I pulled up to run in and buy some stuff and they don t close till 10 and Issac Baxter locked the door and it was only 9:30 that is very wrong they lost all of my buisness

It's like ever time I go in this place they don't ever have the part even though I call before I go there.and they seem rude about it. I think some one in the higher up need to check this place out as a customer to maybe find out what is going on.thanks

I give this place zero stars. Placed an online order, wasn't ready even after waiting the hour the site said for it to be ready. Guy at the counter was on his phone when I pulled up and the order wasn't even ready. He claimed he "didn't know" there was an online order. There were no cars in the parking lot so its not like they were super busy and didn't have a chance to look. Came here because it is closer to the house and the site said they had all the parts I needed, but seems to have been a complete waste of time since I had to go to ANOTHER parts store across town. Next time I'll save myself the time and go to Etown instead.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Jennifer, store manager of O'Reilly Auto Parts, and her crew, along with another customer, for helping me to get the right parts for my boat trailer hub. Everyone was super nice and hospitable. Highly recommended! Thanks so much!

I was over 6 hours away from home and the O'Reilly's that I normally shop @, in my home town...I called about a battery for my car,(Which is Very Rarely stocked in Any of your stores), and the 1st person I talked with tried to pull up my account, but was unsuccessful.After I called my local store and got the number, I called back getting another staff member.After checking, she told me the same thing that the first member told me..."Sorry, we don't have it in stock".She then informed me that she could have it to her store by 10:00 am the next day! This was Great, because I was leaving to go several miles away and needed the battery as soon as I could get it.The staff was Extremely Helpful & definitely need a "Way To Go!!" Truly, people you need Running your counters!

Out with the old! In with the new NGK plug!! Best plug in the market in my opinion! The manager (Jennifer) even stayed over closing time to help me find something to clean out the main jet on a dirt bike! U choose orielleys over Autozone or advance any day hands down!

Cashier was very helpful allowed me to try the fit on my adapter before purchase to make sure I was getting the right thing that was a big help seamless transaction

I shop at O'Reilly auto parts in Leitchfield over Autozone they're not knowledgeable and very inexperienced there is a guy named Jeff that works there he is dumber than a box of rocks.
