I was done dirty. I got my Oil Changed by Big O tires. Then they told me I had a something knocking. but I told them it was my fan and pulley belt tensioner. Something I was replacing soon. Then then 2 day later I was driving to a Military Veteran Event when I broke down 200 miles away. My Engine started to act up. So I immediately pulled over and saw oil was draining everywhere. Well, I was headed to an event with a lot of other Veterans so I called for a tow that day to sent my Car home. 1K tow bill. Then I went to the event and came home on that Sunday Night. I looked at the engine. The oil drain plug was missing. Monday I contacted Big O Tires and let them know of the situation. They wanted there Techs to look at it. But I told them I would like a reputable mechanic to look at it instead. The mechanic's conclusion was that Big Tires did not put the Drain plug on in Properly. I had oil all over the place under my car while I was going 70 MPH. I had Diesel Engine with 155k miles on it. There should be no reason my engine was acting up. Big O had no explanation for the drain plug falling out. Big O tires told me that they are not going to take responsibility for this. Because my time line did not add up. But I sent the receipts a few hours later and then Big O said their decision is made.I'm a fully disabled Army Veteran that fought in Iraq and Afghanistan as an Infantryman. This has set me back and now. I have no reliable transportation now. I'm headed back to work to pay for this. This is the 1st time I've ever been done wrong by a Company in the states. I just wanted to be done right.

Great people, great mechanics, & fantastic service! Big O came to my rescue twice in the past two weeks. I broke down on the expressway when my car overheated late at night. Had the car towed to Lietchfield Big O and they fixed it first thing the following morning. They didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need and fix it promptly so I can get back for a funeral. Today I was dropping off a friend s son and ran over a screw. I called big O, and even though it was pretty late in the day, they said they could get me in. They plugged my tire for free, as well as stayed late to assist another gentleman with tires. I ll definitely be back!

Came in and needed a spare tire taken off of wheel and a new tire placed onto another. Got us in very quickly, was there less than an hour, and even replaced one of my valve stems as well. Service was great, friendly, and affordable.Thank you!

Awesome vehicle services and family friendly too. I took my daughter with me who is disabled and in a Wheelchair. Accommodations were made so that Lori and l would be comfortable. Thank you big O tires employees.

If you like your vehicle nice and neat don t go here do it yourself. The guy working on my truck let the plastic hub go flying across the shop keep in mind everything is clean and stock on my vehicle. Also took them forever to get to my vehicle.

Had an alignment done on a 25 year old car. Initially only took about 30 minutes, but steering wheel wasn't straight. Took it right back and they got it sorted out. Something is still worn out on my car but at least they made my car arrow straight. Thank you.

Well to begin, no one likes to break down. But if you're going to have issues, this is the place to go. The dealership is an hour away and booked out a month! I got my car back in less than a week. It only took time because they had to order the part. Savannah ordered it from multiple places and TG she did. One part was wrong and the dealership never came through. But her third source did. She and Colton kept me informed and the price she quoted was spot on. It was a very pleasant experience. Chris got me back on the road.

Got an alignment done for my car and it came with a warranty, well worth the price. They did an amazing job. During the alignment we realized the right lower control arm bushing was broke and after I got the part fixed the re aligned my steering wheel for free and my car was good as new! Thanks Big O

I bought some used rims that are wider than the stock rims that came on my Jeep Patriot. The staff was very helpful in finding the right tire that would fit under the car and have the most traction. I'm very pleased with the tires and the service I received. I do recommend this store.

We are from out of town and had a tire emergency 15 minutes before close. 45 minutes later we left with a new set of tires. Friendly and helpful doesn't do justice for what the team did for us tonight. Amazing!

Arrived around 11AM to have 2 leaking golf cart tires repaired. Friendly gentleman called me while we were at lunch to say they were dry rotted and needed tubes. We advised them to put tubes in to correct the problem. Arrived at the store at 12:30 to be told they were almost done. Folks in the waiting area we super nice and talkative. The staff loaded repaired tires in our truck after paying our bill. Best experience ever with a tire store! Doug was a pleasure to work with. We will return with all of our automotive needs.
