Went there looking for a motorcycle battery and jumpstart/inflator unit. They didn't have the unit I read looking for, but they had a good supply of batteries. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I went to buy replacement windshield blade. Had a great variety of them in stock. The prices were good and on top of that the one I purchased was installed by one of the staff members.

Very helpful staff. Very friendly as well. Always have a good deal for oil change supplies. Very good selection of tools as well. Prefer them to auto zone any day.

I am old school type person. I still like this place but getting stuff like plastigauge, piston ring pliers, hydraulic crimping tool. Have to wait 5 days to get it out of Georgia. I still use them but it is only for basic stuff! No professional engine builders tools! What a disappointment!!!!

I walked out bacause the two counter persons were too busy on phone to even acknowledge my being a paying customer with a 100% chance of a sale, cash in hand. As it would be, Two blocks up was Autozone, I spent my money there.

It depends on who you get. A couple employees are friendly and helpful. A couple guys will completely ignore you and walk away.

Friendly. Attempted to give good service but did not carry in inventory that which I needed. This was on Friday but no delivery until following Tuesday..

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. BROUGHT IN MY RECEIPT BUT STILL WOULD NOT WARRANTY MY PART. PART WAS LESS THAN 30 DAYS OLD BUT THEY COULDNT FIND WHERE I BOUGHT PART IN THEIR COMPUTER SO THEY WOULD NOT REFUND OR REPLACE. MANAGER TOLD ME THEY HAD EMPLOYEES PUTTING PARTS UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES AND PHONE NUMBERS AND WHEN I ASKED WHY CAN I NOT GET A REFUND SINCE YOU TOLD ME ALL THAT HE STARTED CUSSING AND YELLING AT ME AND TOLD ME TO NEVER COME BACK TO HIS STORE. I CALLED THE STORE OWNER AND HE TOLD ME THE COPS HAD BEEN CALLED TO THIS STORE 3 TIMES THE PRIOR WEEK AND NOW I SEE WHY. WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AT ANY ADVANCE AUTO AGAIN. I WOULD NEVER TREAT ANOTHER HUMAN BEING THIS WAY .NOW I GO TO AUTOZONE AND OREILLYS.

They don't get parts right. I live 23 miles from town and had to drive back to get the right part. That's a total of 92 miles for a part.

excellent service from the boys , it is a shame that they do not provide the tools as in other autopar and they do not allow to use the bathroom otherwise they were 5
