I had a very pleasant experience at the store in Lebanon Kentucky. Both guys were extremely helpful and friendly. This oil change cost me about half as much as the dealer I used to go to. I will absolutely go back to them!

They were able to get my oil changed quickly. No long lines. The service staff were so polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They let me know about their promotions and didn t try to cheat me by selling me something I didn t need (Jiffylube made me say no to 8-9 add ons, which was exhausting). Had to give the 5th star as there was nothing really to improve upon. I received a $15 off coupon so the net price was more than competitive. Almost every oil change done on my last 2 cars were serviced by these guys.

Quick and easy service for oil change and they offer to do other things for free or discounted. Always getting coupons in the mail and that brings more value and repeat business from me. Just went in for another oil change with a $15 discount.

The service and the techs are great! 5 stars....but the website says they open at 730. This is not accurate. And no one answers the phone. It's a great place to change your oil when they are open but doesnt do you any good if their hours that are posted are bad.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My husband and I were traveling through the area (we live in another state) when our oil light came on. Fortunately we were passing right by this Valvoline and they were open! The guys discovered an oil leak and were quite helpful. Unfortunately they weren't able to fix it but assisted us to get it towed.

I took my 2017 Avalon and 2015 four runner there for oil change those guys did a perfect job shown me and my wife everything they were doing very pleased and cost just as much as dealer minus the driving to Greens Toyota.

Extremely over priced. Full synthetic oil (not including labor) is $79, do yourself a favor and drive a mile up the road and buy the same thing for $40.
