Called at 3:30 am for a tow it was 30 degrees outside. Got answering machine. Still waiting on call back 3 days later. Skip these guys and call D&D Towing and Recovery in Campbellsville

They got me in and out in less than 30 minutes for a balance and rotation and was less expensive than any other place in town. Seems like a good group of people. I'd trust my car with them, the shop also seemed neat and tidy with expensive looking machines, and know how people.

Redfern is a honest and straight forward to his costumer's he has the cleanest shop that I've ever seen ! He can do pretty much anything you need done at a fare price. And the job will be done right the first time I recamend to everyone that ask me if I know of a good automotive shop. He takes pride in his work

Rod was our hero tonight! We got our car stuck on a rutted, muddy, one lane county road and when AAA told us no one was coming to help us tonight, Rod answered their call and came from over an hour away to pull us out. Once he got us out of the mud, he waited and made sure we made it all the way back to pavement before driving away. Thank you Rod; you are wonderful and your help was very appreciated.Service: Car towing

I had to have my vehicle towed from Lebanon Kentucky to Louisville Kentucky. Rod, showed up when he said he would and got my vehicle to the destination of my choice in a very fast friendly and respectable manner. 10/10 would recommend.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Worst customer service ever. Zero stars and negative! Uses fowl language and is the rudest person I have encountered in business. Rod has no respect for anyone and is in business to rip people off especially on towing.
