Probably the bottom rung of Hilton Inns. Room was ok, breakfast was ok. Staff awful. Really nasty man at front desk, stated he was unable to give me my Honor Points for this stay.It ok kay to stay here but keep it short and do not expect usually Hilton values.

Thank you very conveniently located to a couple distilleries. We had a big dog the grounds are nice! Great for walking your four legged friend. Breakfast was terrific! Loved the little town of Lebanon! If you are visiting make sure to make your way to Mammy's in Bardstown! Chasers in Lebanon! The people iin town are so friendly!Nearby activities: Mammy's great restaurant! Staff was terrific! and Chasers in town best onion rings!

Great staff, rooms were very well maintained, breakfast was much better than i expected, and the pool was amazing. The pool was heated, and it wasn't overy chlorinated. There was a shower and bathroom dedicated to the pool, too.My only complaints would be that they could use a little maintenance here and there like there was a bit of rust on the drain in our sinkOverall, I would def recommend

This hotel is out to make $$$ ! Mostly clean but the two rooms I had (for four nights each) need bathroom attention. It won t be acceptable in another year. No choice if you need to be here in Lebanon.Do not stay in an end room near ice and soda machine! Loud vibrating sounds through walls and they don t care!! I asked to change rooms for the next three nights and weirdly there were no rooms available, ha! Who has ever had a room assigned to their reservation 8am that day. It was comical!Noteworthy details: Stay 30 minutes away if you want quality service.

Room was quiet, clean, & not smelly. Bed sheets were clean & crisp. Bathroom & towels were fresh & clean. Breakfast was just right.... good variety of coffee, hot tea, juice, cereals, fruit bowl, eggs & meat. Staff was friendly, smiling, & helpful. Overall appearance of hotel (inside & outside) was clean, no litter or trash, carpet was clean-no evidence of soil or stains.

The room was fabulous.clean and we'll stocked. The people was super nice and happy. The pool used by my girlfriend was warm and clean social distancing. The breakfast the next morning was full of options very impressed with the oven appearance of the building inside and out. All the employees were neat in appearance. Polite and generally happy.

Probably the only safe clean hotel in the area. I went on a work trip to visit a supplier. Hotel was fairly clean and cheap for a one night stay. No issues. Staff was pleasant and helfpul. Hallways were a little smelly but the rooms were clean and beds as well. Beds have protecters on them which was very reassuring. Protectors are changed every 3 months. Breakfast served until 10.

Made reservation online and paid ahead with a credit card. When check-in, was told the credit card we used for reservation was declined for temporary hold for damages (which was a total lie because that credit card works just fine later that day). Provided another credit card and was charged for the night on the other credit card. Don't go here unless you want to be charged twice.

This is a great place just stay if you're looking for a small-time hotel for a few days while a wedding trip or work event is going on. They do have a pool and a very tiny Fitness room with only 3 pieces of equipment. The pool itself is very tiny butt the room is spacious. Dairy Queen Hotel oh, there is a small problem and mix up with the rooms that I booked two weeks prior to, was supposed to get two beds but instead only got one, but the person at the front desk easily without a second thought brought a crib from my newborn, in a roll out bed for my three-year-old. Great customer service.

Very nice women working at front desk and breakfast area. Rooms smell like stale smoke. Light fixture not working; when I went to check if light fixture was plugged in (it wasn't) I discovered trash (tissue, etc.) behind table between beds. Also USB ports (both) on table between beds not working. Smear of blood/ketchup on wall I cleaned this off with alcohol wipe-yuk. Light bulb on table not working (switched out). Ironing board broken. 8:55 am knock on door wanting dirty towels, I was told that they thought I had checked out. General run-down appearance of this Hampton Inn. On a positive note the young lady at the breakfast area was a breath of fresh air. She was working hard to clean and keep everything supplied. I wish I had read the other reviews before booking. Big mistake on my part. Also not one staff member was wearing a mask.

My wife and I stayed here recently for a single night. The rooms are comfortable but starting to show their age. The bed are good but pillows are typical hotel pillows where they're fluff with no real density.Customer service behind the desk and the breakfast were top notch.Real reason for my 3 stars instead of 4 is due to one employee. Masks and social distancing are required. However, As we were checking out one employee joined us on the elevator without a mask. Given the circumstances I feel that the more responsible action would have been to wait for an empty elevator and wear a mask.

I really wish I could remember the receptionist name, but he was so friendly and helpful. A fantastic personality. The rooms were good and the breakfast was great. The walls on the other hand were thin, if you know what I mean. You could hear the neighbors walking.

Friendly staff, cleaning much more due to COVID it seems like. We had an issue with our shower and as soon as they realized it wasn't fixable quickly they moved us to another room at no charge. Breakfast was good as well. Highly recommended!

This was about the only pet friendly hotel we found near Makers Mark. They charge you $45 for a pet cleaning fee for your pets to stay, rather than a daily $10 charge like other places I've stayed. Good if you're staying a long time, bad if it's a shorter stay. The room was reasonably clean. The staff was incredibly friendly. The biggest complaint I had was the pool was out during my stay. I'd called just 2 days prior to my stay to make sure all was well and wasn't informed of this. They also wouldn't honor a government rate, as I'd booked online, I couldn't find a space for that at the time so that may be more my fault, and I'm not weighing that in my rating. It's close to downtown Lebanon, and the view of farmland from out window was a delightful change from the typical miles of parking lots in most chains like this. We booked a king, which was comfy but made the room feel cramped. I would give this place 5 stars if they were more flexible at check in, had slightly larger rooms for their king size beds and kept their customers abreast of changes in amenities when calling.

Business traveler-The first room smelled like stale cigarettes. They graciously switch me rooms. The second room was nasty. Floor was all wet by the AC, bathroom was filthy with hair and dirt. I don't know the last time it was cleaned. The room and bathroom was just nasty. I travel weekly and admittedly have not stayed a filthiest place. The breakfast area was so gross I could not eat. The floor was sticky and dirty. Lebanon is a small town, but that doesn't mean the hotel has to be disgusting. I would rather drive 45min yo a cleaner hotel than stay there again.

Nice front desk staff. The facility is just a little bit long in the tooth. (Old) Reasonable maintenance has been done but it's probably time to start refurbishing some of the rooms.Hot breakfast was nice but you still can't serve yourself. Don't get me started. I'm sure it's still due to some local regulations, nonetheless aggravating. The "business center" is a closet and the printer is not scan capable but I guess that's OK since it's on a shelf almost out of reach above your head. You wouldn't be able to see what you're doing to put a document on it anyway.... maybe as part of refurbishments put in a real business center.

Everything was clean. Room was small but that was OK. Wish they had rollaway beds. Stayed here for my daughters gymnastics competition. Staff was friendly and very helpful. First time visiting so will most definitely be returning. The fact that it's quiet is always a plus!

We encountered great service. We had a small hiccup as my husband left his suit jacket and 2 dress shirts in the closet. He contacted the hotel and the gentleman who answered when he called did not "see it" and put no effort to find it. I'm happy to report that we called back later that evening and not only did the lady who answered help us, she put us on hold and went to the room on the second floor and checked the closet and found his clothes. She went above and beyond.
