Nice friendly sales people. Helped me pick out the right size and when it was my turn for installation, they did their job in under 20 minutes. Very fast and efficient use of time management for end of their work day.

Brought a loose tire in for a new replacement and balance, was in and out in 20 min and they had the cheapest tire I could find installed anywhere. Cannot thank them enough. Quick and painless, would recommend 5+ stars Service: TiresService: Tires

Went for tire repair, had to get the tire replaced, noticed later that my lug nuts were different, wasn t charged for lug nut replacement, they didn t ask if I wanted them replaced, nor did they tell me that they replaced them, just happened to notice myself. I called the store and told them they had replaced my lug nuts without my consent and I d like the old ones back so that they matched the other 3 tires. Long story short, said they watched the cameras and the lug nuts were not replaced, when I KNOW 110% they were, they re obviously brand new and they re the only ones who have serviced that tire. Overall nice people but I will be taking my business elsewhere .where there are no lug nut gremlins.Service: Auto tire replacement

This place is usually pretty busy because they do such a good job people line up for it. I have never had a bad experience here since 2011 when I moved here. The automotive section is wonderful and they do quick work even when they're busy. Today they said a record of 25 minutes to do an oil change and a tire rotation balance with it.

Would've given more stars, but initially, nobody would answer the phone when I called to check prices, and see when was a good time to drop car off. Technicians encountered an issue and wouldn't mount tire. No one called to tell me there was a problem, in fact, was led to believe the car was ready.

Service was great. I got my oil change and 4 new tires put on same day. Everything was finished as scheduled. Only knock was I specifically asked to have one of my old tires saved as a spare and they did not do that so I had to go back in and they brought me out a tire but I wanted a back tire off my car as it still had decent tread life on it.

I bought 4 new tires 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for them to put them on, I have had multiple appointments due to they can't get to it. I am supposed to have my car there today at 11am, but I noticed that they are not even opening until 12 noon. I am tired of rescheduling my appointment now for going on 3 was later. Also I wanted to get my oil changed and check for leaks, I was told I couldn't schedule all of that for the tire appointment, I had to wait til my appointment time and then ask if they had time to do it!! Therefore, today when they decide to open up...I will go get my tires,,hopefully they will not give me grief,,, and go somewhere else and have them put on along with an oil change and regular maintenance. I assume that Walmart doesn't want to make the money, nor does the employees need the work or possible commission. I wish I could pick and choose whether or not I wanted to work at my job or just sit around and get paid, as that is how it seems there. I have drove over there several times and didn't see much movement other than what appears to be hanging out!!

I usually get my oil changed here and have always had decent to good service, no complaints, so this poor rating isn't predicated on poor service, but rather no service at all.I stopped there today at 4:45 to get an oil change. They close at 6:00. I was informed as I exited my car that they had a tire rotation and an oil change in front of me and they weren't taking any more customers. ??? Really? Huh. Now maybe they were shorthanded and only had one person working in the shop, I don't know the circumstances and wasn't told, but not taking a customer with an hour and 15 minutes before closing time in general seems like a fairly poor business practice to me. Don't you think?

hands down the very WORST "service" I have ever gotten!! needed a quick oil change and tire rotation, also had a burned out headlamp. I thought this was simple enough. no. After checking my car in I got a call from them as I shopped, My KIA Sorrento was going to be a special oil change that would cost me more,, a lot more,, so I opted out of the oil change. However still needed tire rotation and headlight bulb replaced. So I had that done only,, to a total cost of 63 dollars! I immediately drove to valvoline where they changed my oil for 19.95. I didn't tell them I had just had tires rotated and "balanced" and they told me they had to adjust the tire pressure in 3 of the tires!! Then later that day/night, I was driving home in the dark and my headlight was pointing and shining to the far left and up in the trees!!! I couldn't see anything and I am sure the traffic I met also were blinded by the light shining directly into their eyes!! VERY unsafe!! I would have been better to have not gone there at all!!! VERY BAD!!!! do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Went in for typical oil change. They said the oil plug was stripped and they couldn't get it off. They asked where the last place was that I got my oil change. It was at the same location! They said they didnt have me in their system, even though the oil change sticker was still on the inside of my windshield.Have had similar experiences in the past with damage to my vehicle and parts, extremely long waits. Ends up costing me more once I pay to have things repaired.UPDATE: Brought the vehicle home to change the oil ourselves, dipstick was halfway out and the cap covering the oil filter access is missing. Called up to the auto area and they said it wasnt there when the vehicle came in. I told them they were the last ones to even work on the vehicle and was told they dont know but it was missing when the vehicle came in this morning.

Worst tire buying experience of my life. I will never buy anything from the Lawrenceburg Walmart again, the people were rude and incompetent, and when I was noticeably angry at the service I received one of the mechanics came out and basically threatened me. Never go here, especially if you want the tires you bought put on your car.

I tried to get 4 golf cart tires changed but the cashier wouldn t ring the order up because it s a long wait . I said ok I m in no hurry. He said well i still can t write it up??? Ok dude. Typical Lawrenceburg Walmart service. Take all your wheel and tire needs to A&J tire and service center.

Oil change was super fast and service was great. Highly recommend this place if you don't feel like changing your oil yourself and want it done correctly and in a timely manner.

Phyllis and techs were great dept manager however not so much she answered an incoming call and was rude and short with the customer on the phone and told them to hold on (not asked told them) she just hung the phone reciever on the phone itself and turned back to finish up with my order she made a low voice comment about the caller. How professional

Got a battery for the car cost $53 plus a $12 core charge which is returned to you when you trade in your old battery got a one-year warranty good battery helpful staff enjoyed my visit would recommend Walmart for automotive battery needs

Will not be back over charged for oil. Truck holds 5 quarts was charged for 6 ......they said that my owners manual was incorrect....
