Definitely my go to place since I always have my little with me. They get us in and out super quickly. It s a bit pricey sometimes but definitely worth it. I know everything is done not just quickly, but correctly.

Went for an oil change today. John, John & Jacob were great! All very kind and knowledgeable. They didn t mind a bit that I went in 20 minutes before closing.

Called to inquire about gift certificates. Was informed none were available. Which is dead because I would've gotten at least three. Visited today for an oil change. Fast and courteous service. Young lady named Tamara was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Tamra and her crew did an amazing job. Tamra went above and beyond for me by explaining other services my vehicle could use. I never had someone so thoughtful and patient to help me. From the crew, I was greeted with smiles and great service. I left thinking about leaving a review for them! I will be coming to Lawrenceburg Valvoline for all my future oil changes.Service: Oil change

They check everything for me, are very professional and so friendly. I highly recommend the Valvoline in Lawrenceburg. Every time I have been there I might see different faces, but they always do a good job and are kind to me. Their prices are fair, at least for oil changes. If I have a question they answer politely and never make me feel ignorant (I m not mechanical). Being kind is a total game changer. It makes it a pleasant experience.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I d like to express my upmost disappointment and resentment for this Valvoline. I got my oil changed in September and was notified by my attendant that I would need a new oil plug - that they had broken it - but they would be happy to put in a temporary for the time being and replace the plug (that I purchased) upon the next visit - NONE of this information is noted on the receipts of the transaction - after the oil change yesterday, they notified me that my oil plug would need to be retapped by a mechanic and that this is not something they are able to do in shop - I spoke with Ms. Amber (the manager at this location) who denied responsibility of this claim - I will most certainly not be going to this Valvoline location any longer and will make sure that my friends and family are aware of the scam that this business is.Service: Oil change

Before this was a corporate store it went smoothly, now it's at least a 45 minute to an hour ordeal waiting on the vehicle in front of yours. It's pitiful. Standing around, lollygagging, clapping hands, and other behavior indicative of people in no hurry whatsoever is all I see anymore. I've had my oil changed here well over 100 times, they'll see me no more. Please go somewhere else and save yourself the time, I've given them several tries after the corporate takeover, don't be me, don't waste your time thinking it's just a fluke, next time will be different, it's obvious that it won't be.Service: Oil change

These amazing people were so good to me. I came in today with a flat tire, no job, and hardly enough money for food. I explained my situation and they helped me immensely. I will for sure be going to them again and again. Kindness like that for people doesn't come often anymore. Thank you so much you guys. You have no idea how much stress you have taken off of my shoulders.

I've been to a bunch of quick lube places across the country and this one is probably the best I've been to. You're gonna pay for the convenience, but they're knowledgeable and friendly.Recently, I changed my own oil and noticed a leak. So, I took it here and they fixed me up and topped me off at no charge. Solid.

In April they serviced my car and it burned up 10 miles later! Fire was so bad it melted the engine.

Oh my GOSH!!!! The quickest most efficient oil change. It's nice to know you are driving safely. They ask you things you do not think about. If you say No they just go to the next thing on the list, no problem. No pressure, no guilty feeling. Like my windshield wipers needs changing soon, they were ok just a heads up. Plus when you get your print out, there is a reminder on all things they checked that needed to be replaced. GREAT FOR SINGLE WOMEN WHO DON'T WANT TO GET DIRTY.Great Price for everything

Went in for oil change ask if they match price on competition said yes charge twice the cost of ad and was 50 was charged 110, try to get transmission fluid change after 5 employee look and hook up it up could not get it too work

Guys are good at what they do. I gave 4 star becuase they didn't have the air filter I needed. Otherwise they are quuck to get you in and out.

Efficient, but not at all woth the price.109 dollars for an oil change and air filter. NOT planning on going back.
