Wish I could give neg stars. This was my 3 Rd and finally time trying to work with this dealership. Each time has been a bad experience. This time driving in from Cincinnati after setting up a time to test drive because of the drive in. They had in stock what I was looking for. Each time they wanted to talk about financial, getting pre approved though them even before a test drive. Texting up to 3 hrs before going to lot. My 1 st visit after calling i, setting up an appointment, calling in to verify in stock Before I head to site. I showed up getting a different person then I talked to on the phone.. just to say it sold 2 days ago . Then try to up sell to a different model and price. 2 nd time the car was here .. still not the same person I talked to on the phone . But it wasn't ready to test drive. Battery dead, chips crushed on the floor, beer cans in the back seat. Don't list ready to test drive if you haven't done any detailing and cleaning.. so after being called by a rep she talked me into gave them one more chance since the lady on the phone said she offered $1000 off if i came in to give them chance to win my business... she asked What does it take to get your business? Well lady. Treatment of the customer number one, clean cars, no sells person chasing you out the door and saying it's not my fault I wasn't the one you were talking to. This time after wasting my time trying to get me to fill out paperwork, then come to tell me that car sold earlier while the sale lady was talking me into coming in. This after chatting and setting up appointment, called and talked up the car, then 2 hours before coming in setting up. I think I'm done with dealerships. Bait and switch, over price on used cars, high miles, and trying to taking advantage of customers... The list list goes on and on at this dealer.. spread the word. I will!
