I've purchased nearly all my vehicles there since 2010. I've always been treated fairly and dealt with honestly. I still shop around to multiple places when I need a vehicle and almost always tend to end up driving off of their lot with my new purchase.

Tom is the sweetest Christian man. He didn't try to push/manipulate/sway me into a car I didn't want. I told him my budget and what I was looking for. He gave me my options, let me test drive without him, and went above and beyond with assuring me I made a good solid choice. I will never buy a car from anyone else. He's the best!

Tom is the nicest guy! He's a car salesman that doesn't rush you with a bad deal, but actually sits down and talks with you about the vehicles. I would recommend him to anyone

Definitely recommend. Tom is a very honest and good hearted person. Casey (receptionist) was very helpful over the phone as well. My husband and I love our new truck! This is by far the best used car dealership we have come across. Thanks again for everything Cars R Us!

We identified a couple of issues with the car during our test drive. They were to quick to fix the issues, including a couple of more minor ones that we didn't intend to ask for, but mentioned in passing. They did not want to sell us a car with any known problems. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them. The have very good prices and are still willing to negotiate.

The salesman was pleasant, although he smoked while I checked out the car, which my wife thought was rude. My complaint is the car condition was not accurately represented in the online add, or during my phone conversation with the salesman. So, basically I drove down there expecting to buy a car in excellent condition but instead was shown a car that was abused and poorly detailed for the showing. Wasted my time.

How do i start.Recently went to the dealership and had inquired off of a craigslist ad. Their bait and switch process advertising a low down payment with no credit check. I had dealt with tony (kind of cool guy, altgough when i arrived at the dealership he was trying to flirt with my girlfriend at the time). I decided to ignore that and ended up getting a vw rabbit that seemed ok at first. I had put alot of money down and was promised to that the car was safe to drive. Nikberous days after the purchase the car had broke down in the middle of the freeway not wanting to accelerate(randomly). I then took it back to the dealership and tony assured nothing was wrong and evrm test drove thr car running the hell out of it with me in the passenger seat. So i took his word and carried on. The next day i had broken down very far away from my house and called them and they hung up in my face forcing me to have it towed to the nearest body shop. Come to find out the car had been in a very bad wreck and no smog test was even conducted on it meaning the fraudulent stated the car had passed inspection. $700 later i had gotten the car back. Bad fuel pump, coils and alot more. Now i understand maintence issues but being that i had broken down and they refused and wanted to charge me EXTRA for the stuff that had went wrong. I am on the process of obtaning a lawyer for them not stating the cars condition.Steer clear of this place! They feed off of low income people with little no credit promising they have quality cars when in reality they buy these cars broken down and wrecked at auctions and jack the price 5x what the bought it for. In reality i could have financed a car from a dealership but these guys seemed honest and i felt i should give them a chance.

Tom was very good they helped us even though we didn't buy the car right now because of our finances we're going to be going back to see if he still has the car but he is very nice guy he will bend over backwards to try to help you thank you Tom

HonestRatingz: The reason you drove from Detroit, MI to purchase our truck was because it was thousands of dollars less then you could find a comparable truck anywhere closer. I spoke with you on my cell phone as I walked around the entire truck as well as giving you a description of every visible imperfection. I also photographed every single scratch and nick as you requested that I do. Once we had agreed upon a purchase price, that was discounted even further, I drove the truck home that night approximately 30 miles away and back to work the next morning to ensure that there were no mechanical issues that you needed to be addressed prior to your trip. I apologize for the issue with the 4x4 not engaging, it was an oversight on my part in that I did not test that aspect of the vehicle while driving it. Ford 4x4 trucks have approximately 5 different primary components that will result in the electronic 4x4 not engaging. You failed to mention however that we discounted the truck another $1,000 from our agreed upon price to compensate for any needed repair. I am quite certain that more then covered any cost you may have incurred.

GREAT DEALS AND VERY VERY HONEST SALESMEN!!!!! I have bought 3 trucks from them so far and will CONTINUE to buy ONLY from them. GREAT DEALS AND always have quality vehicles

I just bought a truck on March 30th 2018 best place you can go tom is great the people are honest the girl in the front I think her name is cassy she is just wonderful to talk to very helpful thanks tom and cassy for my truck I will be back to buy from you guys again
