We had a great experience with the folks at this shop! We hit a deer on Christmas Eve day and got an estimate the following week. Farm bureau worked well with them and it was entirely hassle-free. I would recommend this for any repairs that need to be done to your vehicle!

Easy to schedule. Everyone was friendly and explained the process along with expectations moving forward. Kept me up to date and called me to pick up the car 2 days sooner than original pick up date. Excellent work and my car looks great and running well. Should I need repair again ( which I hope will never occur) they will be my first choice.

Very happy with the whole experience! The one thing I did wish was different, the day I dropped it off, I was not aware that I had to meet with the car rental guy in the back of their office, so I stood in the lobby for a while before I ask and she said, oh yeah just go back there. I got to work much later thank I needed to due to that. The texting communication was great and got the car back earlier than expected and very clean!

This business practices what their name implies you really don't want to get into. Having said that, the professional and experienced staff made recovering my Challenger back exactly as expected. Job #1. Every consideration was offered, and Jeff made the experience very smooth and coordinated between them, Final Touch and Redmond Dodge, to complete the job. They worked well with the insurance companies, and their was little for me to do. The repairs are outstanding, and my car was neat and clean on delivery. Highly recommend their services and workmanship!

Needed a important document printed out as I traveled to Lexington from Bowling Green Ky. Kristian without hesitation printed the document out for my wife so we were able to fax the document over to the place we needed it to go. She was friendly and very helpful! Thank You Kristian

Excellent body shop! I gave them the name of the insurance company and they handled the rest! Didn t have to do anything but drop my car off and pick it up! They kept me up to date with everything. Very unprofessional atmosphere, woman in office was very full of attitude. Picked up a rental car here and am glad I did not chose to use this repair shop based on the few minutes I spent around the office. Maybe their repair work is better than the staff attitudes, but I am good not finding out.

Went to pick up mom's truck from hitting a deer. First attempt at picking up, the headlight trim fell off when touched. The grill was so crooked the trim wasn't able to be secured, just set in place. Second time, the new chrome grill was now half yellow instead of chrome. Rental car coverage ran out, now mom has a truck needing work.Tried to speak with the owner about the experience, he refuses to discuss the matter.Complete lack of attention to detail. Rushing out shoddy work.Tiffany seems mad to see customers and is horribly unfriendly.

I recently used Hadawreck in Lawrenceburg, KY to have my Avalon repaired after a it was damaged in a Walmart parking lot. I was very pleased with the body work they performed on my car. The staff was friendly and professional in all my interactions with them. I was kept notified with the progress of the repair. They also interfaced with State Farm when they found something that needed repairing that was not on State Farm's original estimate. When I picked the car up it had been cleaned inside and outside and looked better than it had looked in years. I highly recommend this body shop when you need body work performed on your vehicle.

My brand new car got hit by some asphalt that flew out of a truck only a month after buying it, I took it here for repairs and they returned it to me looking brand new again! I am so impressed with the work. You can t even tell the dents and scratches were ever there. Paint job is amazing, color matches perfect. I was involved in a hit and run accident. Hadawreck was easy to work with, super helpful, communicated throughout the process and made sure my car was completed prior to the weekend. I took my 2006 Chevy Impala SS in Thursday cause someone hit my car in the front side and they said it would take four days to complete and they would keep in touch with me about the process. When they found out it would take a week they called me and told me that they would call the insurance company and tell them and call the rental company and let them know. I didn t have to do anything all I had to do was drop the car off and pick the rental up and pick my car up and drop the rental off at the rental company.

I could not have asked for a more pleasant or easier experience with something that is usually such a hassle, and my car was beautifully restored. It was done in a reasonable amount of time, I was kept updated throughout the repair process (Thanks, Tony!), and they worked directly with my insurance company so I didn t have to deal with that headache. They even vacuumed and washed my car. We had a bad year last year and someone had hit and run out vehicle and then a deer hit my husband so both of our vehicles needed work. Had a wreck was convenient worked with our insurance company we had front end damage and door damage and they handled both wonderfully. I recommend them highly. No hassle, great work, in a timely manner.

I have had 2 vehicles that needed body work done. I took them to Hadawreck. The staff there is friendly, and willing to help in any way possible. They keep you informed throughout the process with updates by text message. The quality of the work is great, and the cleanliness of the vehicle is too. I will continue to support this business and you should do the same. Great job guys!
