Kenny Horn is the best salesman I have ever worked with, he provided knowledge without trying to pressure me to buy something. He helped me make a decision based on what I wanted. He helped with getting the deal worked out. Please if you need a car, truck, SUV.. ask for Kenny Horn, you will have a great buying experience!! 10 star tell him I said so!!So I decided I wanted a 4 wheel drive and Kenny kept looking until he found the truck for me! I wanted all the luxury with a lower payment plus 4wheel drive. Now that is asking a lot!!!! But he worked with the team to make it happen for me!! So . Get on over there to see Kenny!

Saw an ad on Facebook saying low/no credit will get approved for a car with 0 down, made the hour drive after speaking with a lender saying that something could be figured out. I went out of my way to go in and speak with an associate and after about 40 minutes i was denied and needed $4000 down to even get started. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ! Don t waste your time unless you have long credit history or a huge down payment. Even after saying I m not interested, they are still calling my phone!

I ve been talking to Samantha and Elizabeth for the past week about trading in my truck for newer, nicer vehicle, don t get me wrong they were really nice girls, but they already knew I had not such good credit and not a lot to put down. I m single, and was needing a nice vehicle, I ve already filled out the credit application, Elizabeth called me everything looks good. Come on over here. Will try to get you in a car ,fast forward till today. I got to meet Elizabeth but I didn t work with her like she said I would I worked with another salesman. My experience was bad because I d already told them I was driving an hour away, and I would like to know if I would be approved before I took my time to do this she said, most likely , there s a couple banks where it would b 0 down . after I got there, they run my credit application. They tried to give me a CRV with 300,000 miles on it. I do not recommend this place. I left, feeling very irritated and upset. Because before I took the drive, they could ve told me I don t think you re gonna qualify before having me come all the way over there 2 Hour drive over there and back.Deborah Stroud

Barry Fischer, was our sales representative. This man has worked with us and tried putting us in a vehicle for 3 hours. He done his best and we are going home with a 2016 dodge ram. We love it. He was easy to talk to, easy to joke with. And very helpful. I recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Bought a car here in December from out of state, they said they would be mailing the title to Missouri where I m from after the sale. After a month I called to see where it was, talked to a sales manager that said it must have been forgotten and they would get it out to me right away, that was 45 days ago. I ve talked to 3 different people multiple times saying they were personally going to handle it and make sure it got sent out. None of them follow through on their word, and each time I call for an update I get put on hold for 10 minutes then someone comes on making a promise again. Have to get a new safety inspection now because mine has expired, so has the temporary 60 day plate they gave me. This is a simple ask and I m just leaving this review to get someone to do their job.

My initial review about this dealership was ok. After dealing with them since October of2023 I'm starting to think they are scamming people. I'm $1300 in the hole with them no tags, title etc have called several different times. This all started when I found out that I didn t owned this car and putting money into something I don t own cause its been problems after problems with the vehicle. Which if it was mine I wouldn t have no problem with fix it but it s not.Spoke with the loan company was told by the loan company that the dealership didn't do everything on their part and they have what money I have paid cause the account is closed they can't do anything. So now only thing left to is go see them in person to see l can get this resolved. They should feel awful taking ppl money disabled people at that. Spoke with the GM Tony Jimenez show some concern. Take the sale manger she just stop taking my calls. The manager Tyler Lloyd Lawrenceburg Chrysler just seem over the situation and just said I let know something when it comes up. Awful experience with this dealership. People that worked for them told me shady things was going on there.

Had an amazing time picking out a car and getting superb service! My salesman was Bobby Denhart, he knew exactly what I wanted and made getting my vehicle so easy. All the staff were nice and made sure I was well accommodated. Will definitely comeback when it s time to get a new car!

I want to thank Amanda, Ron and the team at Chrysler of Lawrenceburg for the great service and a quick process in buying my new Ram 2500. I drove 3 hours and 45 minutes to look at a Nissan Pathfinder that was listed for sale. I had been in communication with Elizabeth and Samantha for 5 days prior to my long drive. I asked several questions, asked about the CARFAX, asked if there was any rust, smoking, etc. I was provided the CARFAX, a video was sent to me of the vehicle, along with pictures, and all questions were answered. When I arrived after a long drive I was told that the transmission was bad and I was not able to purchase the vehicle! I thought the salesmen was kidding! After all of the communication for days ahead of time, I never dreamed this would be a problem! To say I was mad, upset, and frustrated is an understatement! Barry(salesman) was EXTREMELY helpful, and apologized multiple times for the discrepancies of the women overseeing the online sales and communicating with potential customers!

This dealership is very trustworthy. Kenny Horn was an excellent, knowledgeable and friendly salesman. They literally did everything possible to get us the car we wanted . I would definitely recommend this dealership to get a car from and Kenny as your salesman. He s not one that pushes you to get a car that you really don t want.

Came in to get a module programmed on my truck. They told me they could do it without a problem. Realistically it shouldn t take more than 10 minutes for their computer to tell them it can t connect to the truck. Well after sitting for over an hour I was told they can t do it and don t know of a solution. I was still charged $170 just to be told they can t help.

This is hands down the most shady dealer I've personally ever worked with. My daughter and my girlfriend Co bought a car in April and we still do not have the title or tags. The just keep sending temporary tags month after month. My daughter has been pulled over 3 times due to the tags and was told by KSP tonight 11/2/23 that the car is still registered to a Columbus Indiana resident. We have contacted and attorney and hopefully can get this straightened out or just get our money back. Buyer beware. Make sure they can prove they have the title in the dealerships name before purchasing because if not you get the run around and little to no help fixing it.12/20/23 update still no title. It still has a lean against it in Indiana. They just keep sending temp tags. I'm assured by the dealer that that this isn't title jumping but it definitely meets the definition of title jumping.

My Car Salesman, Derrick, was nothing short of amazing. He did his job and then some. I was declined a car, but he never gave up. He was transparent and honest through out the entire process and made sure I understood everything and if I didn t he took the time to explain. As a single mother and because of past experiences with car dealerships I had worries and stresses, but Derrick was so kind, understanding and patient. Mike was a big help too! Thanks to everyone who helped get me into a reliable vehicle

Management was spot on and provided awesome customer service. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and provided great customer service! My salesperson, Jordan Payne, was exceptionally helpful and fun to do business with! She was very knowledgeable and made the entire process seamless and worry free. Kudos to Bill Willoughby and the entire staff!

I was given the run-around for a week. Yesterday, 12/26 I was told that the person bringing my new car to the dealership was at the hospital with his wife who had an automobile accident. Today, 12/27, Tyler tells me that they can't find anyone to trade them the car they need for me. They straight up lied yesterday. I also want to mention they have at least 5 vehicles on the lot that are what I am looking for. Custom service from the sellers is in the sewer at this place.

I purchased a car a little over two weeks from this dealership. Everything was smooth from my first inquiry up until the paperwork process finalizing the sale. From what I was informed by sales and what was in my contract were conflicting. Once I raised concerns on the conflicting information, I was directed to the sales manager, Tyler. From there my customer experience went downhill. I visited the dealership four days later where Tyler informed me that the issue had been resolved. However, he would not provide me an updated contract to reflect the changes. At that point I called the lender, who advised no updates had been made to reflect what I was originally told in finalizing the purchase and what Tyler had stated had been corrected. Tyler has no longer taken my calls nor called me back on this matter. Due to Tyler completely lying to my face, I called the dealership again but to speak with the general manger, Tony. Tony did take my call the second time that I called in for him. He listened to my issues and advised he would call me back the next day. As of Monday it will be a week that he has not returned my call. This dealership does all they can to make a sale and once that s done they do not provide any customer support/service. This has been the worst customer experience. Also, I was told that a new key would be ordered for my fob and that would take approximately 3-4 days. I ve yet to receive that either. They have been extremely unprofessional in handling this matter. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. I could tell the story of how our car overheated exactly a week after purchasing, several instances of an issue still occurring shortly after leaving a service appointment, nearly twelve hours of sitting in the service department within the span of a week, and so on; however, I will focus this review on the process of canceling an extended warranty.On July 27, 2023, we sent everything necessary to cancel the warranty. I was told this process would take a while, so I called on October 4th for an update. The accounting department told me that the warranty company was holding everything up, which I later found out to be untrue. I called the warranty company directly on October 26th just to learn that they had approved everything and sent funds to the dealership on September 7th. I immediately called a manager at the dealership and was told they would send a check to the bank overnight. After several calls asking for updates, a check was eventually written on November 3rd; however, it was never signed and sent to the bank. I filed a complaint with the BBB on November 17th, but they simply didn't respond to the BBB for nearly two months. On January 16, 2024, after an ignored called and an ignored email, I visited the dealership in person to speak with management about this directly. A check was finally written and sent to the bank after more than four months of the dealership sitting on the funds. I would have paid this loan off and stopped incurring interest back in September had the dealership sent the funds promptly.I have learned my lesson and will never again do business with Chrysler of Lawrenceburg. Learn from my mistake and buy a car literally anywhere else.
