John and crew are awesome! John worked with us on getting the warranty to cover the bent axel on our unit. When that didn't work out he worked with us on getting our insurance to cover the repair. The whole time our unit was taking up space at his repair shop! This is the best service I have ever had dealing with a major repair. Even when it took months to get the axel due to supply chain issues he kept us informed every step of the way! Reasonable price too! Thank you John for your professional services and support. Keeping it local is the best!

John underpromised and overdelivered! A first-time customer, John really took the time with us to go over issues and answer all our questions. Had our rig ready days earlier than promised. We decided on John and his company, despite being an hour drive for us, because of the great reviews. I can tell he treats all his customers the way he likes to be treated with respect. These days when prices for everything seem so outrageous, John s prices were fair and he/they fixed us right up! He even spent more time at pickup to go over all the work he performed and answered any other questions we had. If you are new to RV life, or a seasoned RVer, I d highly recommend John and Central KY RV Service!

John is A+++! I called to have an air-conditioner repaired in a camper we are living in while we rehab a house. He came to us to service/assess the unit and then again to replace it, he also followed up in between to ensure all was okay due to 100+ temps. We can't thank him enough for the home service aspect due to our personal situation. Definitely give him a call!Service: Air conditioning

Highly satisfied with our dealings with this company. John was thorough and timely. We gave him a list of problems and he checked in with us from time to time to let us know how it was progressing. He called before ordering any pricey parts. He also assessed the problems before ordering any unnecessary parts. When it was all said and done he was also very affordable. We were very surprised at how low the final bill was to do some pretty significant repairs.

I called the owner 3x and discussed my propane problem with him each time he helped me figure out the solution on the 3rd call I thanked him for his help and let him know he solved the problem. I would have brought my motor home to him for repair but he was covered up in work and wouldn't have an opening until November. I thank God for this person and people like him, now I won't sleep in the cold for the rest of the month.Lloyd Dauer visiting from Layton Utah

Called at the minute prior to our camping trip and he didn't make any excuses came right on to our home and replaced a frayed cable on our slide. This guy is the best!!
