I have purchase quite a few vehicles here and have had a great experience each and every time. Staff is very helpful but not pushy. I've always felt I've gotten a fair deal with purchase and trade, and all vehicles I've purchased have been top quality. I highly recommend By Pass Motors if you are in need of a good used car or truck.

This was my first time ever buying from Bypass Motors - I HIGHLY recommend this "car" lot to anyone looking for a vehicle!!! I bought my Jeep Patriot from them in August. I had been on their website looking at it for months before I decided to get it. I went in to test drive it. They allowed me to have my mechanic overlook it for me. We found a tiny issue with a camshaft sensor, they fixed it with no issues. I hope my Jeep last me many years because I love it, but if I am ever looking for another vehicle, I will go back to Bypass Motors for sure!!!

In my opinion the best dealership in the state of Kentucky. I have now purchased 4 cars from By-Pass Motors and I live in Louisville and drive to Lawrenceburg. We have loved every one of the vehicles we purchased from this dealership.They offer great prices with no hassle whatsoever. Great guys to work with. I will definitely do business with them again.

They have good quality inventory and good sales every so often. We bought our truck there and saw a few things that concerned us. They agreed to inspect and repair everything we were concerned about. We got a great pickup for a fair price. Took it to Florida the next week with no issues.

I drove from Knoxville TN to By Pass to buy a vehicle I had been searching for. The price was very good for model and they were both helpful on the phone before coming and I had a great experience once there. Todd was nice to work with on loan and overall experience. I would buy another vehicle there feeling confident it is as described. Thanks By Pass for a great experience, as car buying can be stressful.

wow, where do you start? courteous, honest, helpful, and awesome quality is what you get at By Pass Motors...what a great business plan the designed and followed all these years...I am on my second car from them and in the last year have recommended 8 people who also bought cars. It is a family that started this and have given their business the same great values they have given their sons. Nice to see such a great place in these times. everybody that works there are great people!

Came by with the intent of a couple different vehicles. Ended up finding a great Hyundai with low miles and a great price! Jarek was a great help and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the food talk and the experience. Thanks again for helping us in a less-than-desirable situation and making it work way past our expectations!

Excellent experience! Matt was so nice and helpful. We arrived around closing on a Saturday and they stayed hours after to sell us our new car. They have great prices and fast service. Would highly recommend you make the drive out to Lawrenceburg to see these guys!

I have always been a big supporter of the local and small business owners. I have always went to my by pass motors ,got tires rotated and oil changed on 2 cars and today I was hit with a big surprise .My tires and my husband's tires was rotated not balanced and 2 oil changes was a $187 normally it would have been 40 bucks a piece if that Such a disappointment. Will not be back.

I've only been there once at this point, to look at and test drive a car. So we'll see if I stay this happy if we try to buy it . But everyone was very friendly and helpful. They answered my questions straightforwardly, and offered to continue answering them any time, by phone or email. Todd was the person who I spoke with primarily, and who rode with me on the test drive. He was great.

We don t buy vehicles from anywhere else. These people take care of their customers and treat them like family. They don t pressure you like the big dealers do. I always bring my vehicle to have it serviced here as well. Everyone from sales to service is amazing here. Give em a try!

My wife and I dealt with Jerrick in purchasing our 2017 Ford Fusion. Jerrick handled everything for us by phone and was always in touch. When we arrived for the actual pick-up, the whole crew there was friendly and got us through everything to register our car in another state. And the car was in mint condition. Unbelievable, one oil change and 1 tire rotation without even betteven bouncing tires from my wife's car and my car was $187 when before it was $25 for a oil change and $25 for a tire rotation. $60 for a tire rotation and $40 for an oil change. Are you serious this is a joke please beware of this store I think they have changed owners

Wouldn't recommend to anyone! Living over 2 hours away, found the truck we wanted. Spoke to them several times early in the week, decided to put deposit down, established financing with them, and then they called the day before our trip to pick it up to say there was an incident with the truck. It had a "ding" and it needed to go to the body shop. They offered pictures and it seemed very minimal so we decided to continue with our plans. When we arrived, we found at least twice as much damage as in the pictures they sent. This is no small ding at all.When asked why they didn't tell us before we made deposit, financing and the trip....well because they thought it would be fixed and we would never know.. Dishonest and no integrity!! At no point did they admit fault..they said it was normal! Where I come from this is not normal!! They should have disclosed the first time we talked when I asked if it had been wrecked or had anything wrong with it. The 2016 Ford Expedition has been wrecked, don't be fooled. They say they do this all the time. Wow!!

2019 Chevy Spark we looked at smelled like an ashtray inside! We tried to negotiate price in buying 2 cars and they wouldn't budge! If we're going to pay near new car prices, we'll buy a new car at a dealership!
