Was able to walk in without an appointment. Got 2 tires replaced at a very reasonable price. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.

They guys where nice and friendly. Had them come out for after hours road service. 900 bucks to get 2 tire put on and a brake chamber replaced. Rather high but I guess when your stuck your at there mercy. Now for why it's only 2 stars. 1 I found the next morning because I did not check when they got done that night that I had a lug nut they stripped out. When I picked one up from another shop that shop was nice enough to install as well as check the rest for proper torque and found 4 of the other 9 rather loose. So fortunately I didn't loose the tires and have more misfortune. The second thing was the brake chamber rod length was not correct causing the slack adjust to not stay in adjustment. For 900 bucks for 3 hours of work I expect to not have to go behind the guys doing the work and fix it correctly.

A friend of mine told me about this place and I m so glad he did. Always have had great service and my tires have always a good grade tire and cost a lot cheaper than other companies. I ve put tires on the last five vehicles I ve owned and also have taken my grandsons and granddaughters here for their tires. The only complaint I have is when I first started going there is I used to get rotate and balance for the life of the tire now they only rotate and to rebalance it s at a cost

If you own a fleet! This is a great company to use! The owner Steve is very helpful and really easy to work with. His team of mechanics ( Dave, Cliff, Robert, Mike, just to name a few ) are hard workers and very knowledgeable and have always gone the extra mile to get my fleet back up and running! Give ACT a try glad I did!

Needed 4 trailer tires and 1 wheel. ACT had them in stock and had me in immediately. Changed them and had me in and out the door quick. Very friendly trustworthy people. Also had the best price in town by a long shot. I highly recommend this company!

On Jan 4, 2022. About 900 miles from home had a damaged tire that needed fixing. They fixed it, all right -- put a plug in it. Took advantage of me being an older woman, being far away from home, traveling with a grandchild, and charged me $35.00 for putting a plug in my tire. With tax, cost me $37.10. Mind you, I drove my car in -- they didn't come to me.

Excellent service! While we were in town, we called and asked if they could balance the front tires on our RV and check the front brakes. They had us in and out quickly! It was a very pleasant experience!

Amazing customer service. We called ACT to put a patch on a flat tire. Must have been a bad puncture because the tire went flat again. ACT went the distance to make sure we were back on the road by finding a replacement tire and getting it on quick. They are some good people and we're glad to have them in our community.

Very rude and lacks customer service. If your looks for somewhere that can take care of your tire needs DON T go here if your wanted be treated well. After multiple calls and promises that a tire part was ordered and then would be in 2 days and they would call I received no call. I followed up 4 days later and was told several times I would get a call right back. I waited to the next day with no return call. I then called to inquire and asked why I was not called back and they guy had no reason to give and rude that I would question this. I then ask if he got the part he said he still didn t know and that they won t get it anymore either. The employee/owner is lying because he said last week they order them all the time and get them in all the times; plus I bought the same part a month ago from them. I would give no stars to this business. I like to support local businesses, but this one will NEVER receive my business and I will make sure all my friend and family are aware of how awful they do business. DONT support this business.

Great people!! Was in a bind and they were willing to do whatever they could to get me back on the road. Reminded me importance of (community). Also give back to community through sponsorships... TOP NOTCH!!

They are very unprofessional. charged me over 50% more than the last time I was in there. After calling and bringing tire in. Some young punk said. We can't do it today. all workers standing around. It's like why didn't you tell me that and i we ould have went somewhere else. Piss poor company will never be back and stop referring

I want to think the people at Anderson county tires for saving my day! After getting a flat traveling home, I called for road side assistance. I didn t have a spare in my car and they didn t have my tire in stock so one of the employees drove to Lexington and back to purchase a tire for my car. They truly wanted to help me get home and I felt like they treated me like they would a family member or friend. Thank you!!!
