This is my first time using LaGrange Service Center, it will not be my last. They perform all kinds of service. This time I was in need of tires. Purchasing tires was a pleasurable experience, none of the push to purchase additional items and service. They have good pricing and are very professional. Next time we need service or tires we LaGrange Service Center will be our first call.

What a fantastic place! The speed and accuracy at which day were able to fix my van Was nothing less than astounding. Such a great group of people working there with a positive attitude, and a true sincere desire to service both the customer in the vehicle. I can t say anything but greatness about them. Thank For all that you do.

I usually always bring my car here and they are trustworthy and great. This time my car has been gone for going on 4 weeks and it still isn't fixed. I'll be taking my car elsewhere next time unless something changes.Update: they hit my car on the back with something and did not tell me. I have before and after pictures. Truly disappointing and disgusting of a business. First picture was my car on the tow truck, I zoomed in for this review. 2nd picture was when my car was returned to me.

Kevin didn't hesitate. He came after hours and not only towed us for a great price. He also changed our tire after hours when the shop was closed. Without these guys we would have been stuck like Chuck.Thank you very much.

The perfect hometown service station! Friendly, helpful, and FAIR staff. Had my wife's Buick into several places to check front end noise. No one could pin it down. Took it to LaGrange Service Center and they had it fixed by the next day!! Highly recommend and I will NOT take my vehicles anywhere else!

Kevin and his team have serviced our vehicles for years and we are always happy. We have also had a couple of roadside emergencies and they have been quick to respond and always polite and helpful. I couldn't recommend a better team !

Was nearly "stranded" in La Grange due to my water pump going bad, but from the start La Grange Service Center was nothing less than helpful. They quickly diagnosed the issue and while they knew they couldn't help me same day, they willingly called a couple nearby shops to see if they could.We decided to spend the night in La Grange and they kindly prioritized our repair as we were merely passing through to Tennessee. Our car was fixed and sounded great by about 11:30 the next morning and all for a very reasonable price too.Kevin and has staff were amazing, nothing but respectful, kind and friendly the entire time. It was a scary situation for myself, but I felt secure with them working on my car

Excellent service. Broke down on the highway and they towed the vehicle to their shop and had us up and running again in a few hours. They even searched for vehicle recalls and identified the appropriate service builtin, so I knew what to reference with the dealership. Super professional and courteous. If I lived in the area, they would be the shop I'd always use.

Truck broke down and these guys got me towed in less than an hour, gave me a ride to where I was going, fair price If I get in a pinch again this ll be my first call.

This is the best group of auto mechanics. I was stranded in these people came to my aid even though they were fully booked with work for another week. I can't say enough for thier help. I would recommend everyone to use this service. Know that they make sure the fix is safe for my trip to Florida where I live.When the parts where not available locally he found them and ask me to speed up the repairs if I'd go get them. Understand that this part was on back order except 1 Chevy dealer had it so we made sure to get itAlso he had an employee who volunteered to work on my truck on Saturday ,his day off to get me on the road. My thanks and appreciation is to high to type but I would return to his shop to have anything done because of his heart as a gentleman and what friends do to help out.

SNAKE OIL SALESMAN! I was charged an extra $45 for my towing expenses because as soon as the tow company was the only party who had my car in view it caught on fire (30-45 minutes after my accident) granted there is the SMALLEST possibility this happened BUT there s no marks suggesting any portion of the car was ever on fire and also no extinguisher residue. They also could not prove a fire extinguisher was used and I had to pay anyway.

Had a flat tire on Interstate 71 and found this place just down the road. Service was impeccable as they squeezed us into their busy schedule and we were on the road in no time. They even had 2 of the tires we needed in stock. Very thankful for their service and would highly recommend to anyone. One of the few places I ve seen a full service gas station and such eagerness to get the job done right. You won t be disappointed!

I've dealt with many auto Repair shops throughout many years However this shop exceeds all expectations. They have knowledge and Wisdom that pertain to many vehicles of all kinds. They were able to fix all my issues and have me back on the Road in a Timely manner. They are very kind and willing to work with you.Prices were fair and I was quoted exactly as stated beforehand.I'll never take my truck anywhere else. They have my business for the rest of my life.Thank you all for all your hard work and for helping me in my time of need I greatly appreciate it.

I was stuck with a flat tire after a chiropractor visit and was attempting to change it to the spare when Mark offered to help, both he and his son. In about ten minutes, the spare was on and Mark had told me how to patch the hole in the main tire (properly, this time). He was off work but still had on his work shirt for this place, so I had to look it up. It says a lot to me when someone will work a full busy day and then turn around on their time off and help someone who isn't even expecting it and has no way to repay them. I appreciated their help beyond words.

Just got off of the phone with them. Super nice, and quick to offer their assistance. While driving 71, my popup campers' leaf spring broke. I had to abandon it at a local McDonalds, as I live in Pennsylvania, 6 hours away. After calling multiple people from my home, these folks were quick to say they would not only tow it back to their place, but also order the part and fix it. Obviously, none of the work was done yet, but he seemed very confident that there would be no issues. Call these folks first! They want to help!

After having frustrating experiences at other auto service companies in the area , I decided to look for a well-reviewed establishment to take care of my car maintenance needs. Between reading multiple positive reviews and talking to others in town, I decided to give the La Grange Service Center a chance. I was on a 1 week wait for my oil change and was given the option to drop off my vehicle in the morning which was guaranteed finished by end of work day or come at 8am and wait in the lobby and it will be complete in 1 hour. I chose to wait and witnessed first hand, the amount of attention given to each customer's needs. The owner himself was making phone calls to customers giving updates as well as calls in the area to find car parts needed for repairs. Everyone, including the mechanic that did the work on my car, was very professional. I have since been back and recieved the same amount of care and attention as my previous experience. Very satisfied customer!

They are always very helpful and they try to be as accommodating as possible. They kept my truck after it got wrecked for about a week and inspected and waited on another company to inspect but they didn't charge me a dime. Prices are competitive if not better than competitors.

While driving our parents car to Florida for them from Ohio we encountered a lil tire issue. We came directly to this service station due to their already wonderful reviews and was not disappointed. They were immediately attentive to our issue, identified the problem, gave us a recommendation and we were on our way. What a top notch crew. If you are nearby and need service by someone trustworthy, caring and honest - come here!

Everyone was super nice but I waited two weeks under the impression I was going to get a call when the part came in. When I called for a status update I was told I would have to source the part myself. Another shop had the part in two days and the vehicle was finished the day after it was dropped off. Seems like someone dropped the ball and I m disappointed we couldn t work together.

Excellent as always, didn't even over charge me for a new drivers mistake. They got the temp to show in fahrenheit on the console :). (No there was not a setting). Thank you as always!

Really professional and helpful towing service. Both of the men I dealt with were very patient with me and kind, because I was stuck on the side of the road and called them, crying. They took care of me and my car and now that I'm home safe and warm, I especially appreciate the prompt and professional service.

I was recently driving home to Detroit when my car started acting up on 71 near La Grange, KY. I checked for mechanics on Google and La Grange Service Center had the highest rating. I called them, they sent the tow truck to pick up myself and my car, and fixed my car quickly. I was only off the road for 3.25 hours! My fix was not an easy one, but they worked hard to save the parts so that I wouldn't have to wait while new ones were ordered. Everyone was friendly, patient and answered all my questions. The owner even called me the next morning to make sure I arrived home safely! I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you, La Grange Service Center - you are my heroes!
