DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! No price mentioned up front, only a bill after the fact. Both owner and office manager have no customer service abilities. Had to request a receipt and separately request an itemized receipt. Charge was for 20 miles when the tow was for less than 8 miles. Also a very out of the norm $125 show and hook fee, nearly double market rate. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. Would put zero stars if allowed.

If there was a way to give this company zero stars believe me, I would. The owner was extremely disrespectful towards my sisters. When he came to tow our car he told us to get what you need now before he took it to his place. He said we could get our bags out after we got a new rental car. (We are on vacation heading towards Canada). After we found a new rental car we called him to get out belongings when he angrily yelled we d have to wait till Monday and that he told us that already. While this is understanding it was a Friday evening and I was 3 hours from home and 6 hours from my destination. I had no place to put any of my bags, how am I supposed to get it out? My sisters and I already had to be taken by police car to a McDonald s to wait HOURS to figure everything out. This company , if you can even call it that, is not here to help people. It s here so he can make a buck off of you. He couldn t even pull the car onto his ramp correctly, he had it dangling off the side of the trailer. As he drove away, WITHOUT TELLING ME WHERE HE WAS TAKING THE VEHICLE, pieces of the car flew all over the road. Do yourself a favor and don t have him tow your vehicle.

I called them for a tow, and they asked if they do roadside assistance, and they said yeah, and they quoted me a good, cheap, price!! :) I highly recommend anyone to look them up, and see what services they offer, and definitely use them!! They offer fast, friendly, service, and like I said before, I highly recommend anyone to use them, thanks, have a great day, and God Bless!!

I am very sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the driver. Please know the issue has been addressed and the driver released from our business. Upon learning of the way he was treating people he was immediately let go. We strive to make our customers happy and to treat others the way we would want to be treated. Again, I sincerely apologize.

Rudest people I have ever spoken to! They towed my wife's car after she had an accident! The driver didn't tell us where he was taking our car or even tell the cop! When we finally found out, we called him to take her car to another body shop he resisted and insisted that he do the work to repair her car! No matter what we said, he pushed back! Finally we talked him into taking it, but it was exhausting!

Don Hedges has been a blessing and Christmas miracle for me and my family. He has been patient and worked with me to pay for the cran and tow after a terrible car accident. This location comes highly recommended as they are honest and friendly folk. Thank you againfor everything Mr Hedges.

Excellent and friendly service. Towed my boyfriends truck from Buckner ky to Shelbyville ky. Quick arrival 15 min only and quick hook up and doom for multiple passengers too

He put a new bed on our truck and painted it. Completely awful! Looks like they took a spray can to it. Even sprayed the marker lights. Complete joke!

These people are the absolute worst people to work with! Don't get your car towed here, don't take your car here to get it fixed stay as far away from this place as you can!
