It is a great place to shop at, I buy all my parts that I need for my truck my mower. And the often have the parts we need for the great customer service. Their parts are super reliable, and prices are fair. They will always give you recommendations what you need when you need it. They are friendly, funny people Who care about their customers more than they do themselves. I would not recommend going to O Reillys because they never have the parts that you need a customer service sucks and their employees don t care.

I was bringing a group of students home from a conference and we were 150 miles from home. Thor (the Autozone employee) was awesome and did all he could to help us get back on the road. The other employee (didn t get his name) was great as well. They recommended a mobile mechanic and a good hotel. (We had to end up staying the night.) I would encourage anyone to come here for auto help. Ask for Thor!

The Lagrange kentucky autozone parts store has really degraded in service in the last year. I'm a local repair shop and have used this store and other parts store in Lagrange. There communication between me and them totally sucks, if I order parts on my computer at the shop, and my parts portal shows they have the part I'm ordering, but there stock count is off and they don't bother to call and let me know, so I can source the part somewhere else and keep things going forward. Another issue I've had is, I ordered parts that were in stock, I waited over an hour , called the store and they said they didn't have enough people in the store so they could not let the driver leave to deliver the parts I ordered. Meanwhile, they never bothered to call the shop to let me know they weren't bringing the parts. Ridiculous. And there's others things I could go on about, but I don't want this review to be any longer than it already is. Long story short. There service sucks and the people working there if you'd even label it as work don't care.

Thor was amazing yesterday when we went in to visit the Lagrange Autozone. We had sold a car to a young girl and needed to remove the license plate due to a new Kentucky law. So he happily volunteered to help us as well as congratulating the girl and making her feel so special for buying a car. Thanks again Thor for your amazing customer service.

Stopped in having problems with a bad battery and Justin was quick to put it in and Thor was quick to save me money when in a huge pickle both definitely went the extra mile for me and should be rewarded

Have a wonderful experience at Auto Zone this evening. My son and husband were on our way home from working in Michigan and my sons truck broke down In Lagrange. Everything was getting ready to close. Michael at auto zone stayed late and help him fix his truck so they could get home. He called a friend to come help and he went the extra mile and then some I was really impressed with him and his attitude towards helping us. He is an outstanding employee.

Placed on hold 15 = min then, listened to a young man named Gage/Cage laughing and joking for another 5 min after hold timeout and took me off hold. Then placed back on hold. Hung up called back and was placed on hold again. Finally, Gage/Cage answered me and within 5 seconds told me AutoZone does not have collision film wrap. I was looking at it on AutoZone website... Don't believe Gage/Cage is very serious about is work or the success of AutoZone!!! I'm now going to Advanced Auto to purchase collision wrap!

Inventory leaves something to be desired. Also, they don't take used coolant despite accepting other used vehicle fluids. Began a wild goose chase for me to find a place to accept used coolant after I purchased new coolant from this location and changed it. Only reason this is getting 4 stars and not less is because the staff are very helpful and respectful/professional and the corporate policies are not their fault!

I locked my keys in my car and Callie spent 30 minutes trying to unlock it by trying several store products (and not charging me for them). I certainly didn t expect that exceptional service but greatly appreciated it!

The staff here are like what you want your parts store to be like. I ve never found an auto zone so old school where they genuinely care and so knowledgeable. I spent 4 hours here working on my van on a cross country trip and were so accommodating. Highly recommend this crew. They are a customer first group.

Deciding to get the right part by myself, online, I visited auto zones website- made my selection, purchased and away I went. Arriving at their store, I was immediately greeted and was told the staff was ready to assist with any needs. After explaining my on-line purchase, the associate retrieved my selection and we both agreed to double check my selection for my truck. Of course it was wrong, and without breaking stride, the associate had it replaced with the correct item. Although it was my fault, and a rookie mistake, I wasn t made to look like the idiot I felt like. I appreciated that. I had a different location set as my go-to store, but I changed it to this one- the Lagrange Ky. location. Thanks guys!!

Staff takes a personal interest in making sure your parts needs are covered for your project. There ability to get parts in from other warehouses makes a difference.

Amazing staff! We had car troubles on a cross country trip and the gentleman working lent my husband his tools , offered to stay after his shift tp help, as long as we needed and also called his wife to give me and my kids a ride back to our room while my husband worked on our car. Thank you!!!!

Called to see if they had mobile 1 oil and a oil filter for my car women on the phone was very rude when asked was told she then told me doesn't have time stay on the phone. Sorry for wasting your time for a job your paid to do. Lost me for a customer.

I've only been to AutoZone in LaGrange once but the customer service was excellent. He helped me find a couple of different items specifically for my type of vehicle and it wasn't an easy find. We had to go to my SUV a couple times to help with the answers but he was very patient and nice about it. I will definitely go there again if I need anything for my SUV in the future.

Older gentleman didn't really seem to know how to use the computer to test battery and alternator. I'm not sure if AutoZone prints out results of these tests like some other stores because I definitely didn't get one. The guy just said "it looks good". I got better service at a competitor .

My 18 year old son went to get a wiper blade for his vehicle. The wiper he was told he needed for his car by the manager Tom, was a $35 Bosch blade - not knowing better, he purchased it. Unfortunately, Tom sold him the incorrect blade and also neglected to give him a receipt. When he attempted to return it to get the correct blade - he was told that without a receipt they could not credit him the difference - despite no receipt being given and a credit card being used. When called about the matter, Tom was rude and unhelpful - said that there was nothing that he could do to rectify what was his mistake. Will never again go to this or any other auto zone outlet.

I don t know the gentleman s name but he was an older man and was absolutely amazing. He noticed me lost and looking, got me sorted and even installed the wipers without my knowledge while I searched for more. Amazing service

Terrible!! I would not recommend this business to anyone! I would give it less than 1 star if possible. Bought a battery less than a year ago and it is already bad. Now they will not take the old one out because it is "labor intensive". I thought they were there to work!! And I drive a popular style car. I am not asking them to do something unusual. I am so angry; I will stop here. But never again go to AutoZone.

Extremely friendly employees, these guys at this location are veterans and the Auto industry and know their stuff. There's nothing that they can't problem solve and help you find. I highly recommend this group of delightful gentlemen.

Absolutely best customer service i have ever experienced. My trucks alternator was shot and i had another 3 hours left to drive. Doug Parrish and Glenn Tooney really helped me out in this stressful situation. Even tested and charged both of my batteries. They also let me use some tools to change my alternator in the parking lot. If it wasnt for them, i would have not made it back to Fort Campbell in time.
