Good pricing, honest. Saved my butt from deep in the forest with an off-road recovery. I'll try not to get in that situation again, but if I do, I know who to call!!

Best experience I have ever had with a towing service, Tyler was a great help to both me and my mother when we were stranded on the side of the road. He went above and beyond to make sure we had our problem solved. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone in need.

I was a 2 wheel drive in a definite 4 wheel situation. I remembered seeing Stinnett Towing for years and desperately called the number, hoping someone would still answer at this time of day. Thank goodness for cell phones and google!! Marty was very kind and professional. He came as soon as he could, off hours, my I remind you, and diligently pulled my car to safety. That was potentially a bad situation, and I was a little shaken up. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely call them anytime I need them in their area!!!! Thank you, Marty!!

On a Sunday morning while we were traveling home from Florida to Iowa, we experienced a vibration and noise in our 2003 GMC Yukon. A person at the gas station suggested it might be the differential and that we shouldn t go any further before having it checked. We contacted Marty at Stinnett and he was there within 30 minutes. He diagnosed it as the universal joint going bad and that it should be replaced. Sunday in Paducah, KY, what are the chances ..none. While he said they don t NORMALLY do U joints, if we wanted to bring into the shop tomorrow, they could probably do it in the morning. Why would we have anyone else do it if he offered? We did attempt calls to a couple to local shops to no avail so Monday morning, we were at the shop and after one of the repairmen got off a road call, he was there to do the repair. It took him all of about 90 minutes, completely removing the drive train, replacing the rear U joint and reinstalling. And when he told me what the bill was, you should have seen the smile on my face! Let s just say they were more than reasonable for a stranded, out of town motorist that they could have taken advantage of! So, after paying the bill and leaving a generous tip, we were on the road by noon on Monday. I asked the repairman if he knew what a road angel was, and he said they have been called that many times. Marty and his crew were our Road Angels on this trip! I would not hesitate to contact them if you are experiencing any kind of vehicle trouble when going thru Paducah.

Manny is awesome. I ran out of fuel due to a defective fuel gauge. I called big daddy s and they came out but was a joke and couldn t even get my truck started. Another company left me setting for 3 hours so I called Stinnet. They were there within an hour and had my truck running in 15 minutes in the freezing rain. (Manny is awesome) I will definitely call them when I m in that part of Kentucky.

If you're reading this on the side of the road in the middle of the night, these guys will take care of you. We barely had cell service and all we knew is that we were somewhere outside Eddyville at 1am. Jacob found us within the hour and took us all the way to Paducah to get our car to the dealership. Thank God for Danny and Zak who helped my owner/Op boyfriend out when he had a problem with his truck while working. They provided quality work at a reasonable price for him. Zach came and towed our semi truck and flat bed fully loaded to Freightliner. He was very professional and friendly. We drove the back roads and it was very peaceful and beautiful. From out of town. Hit something on the road and got a flat tire. Called and they sent out 2 very nice guys to change the tire for us. Can't express how thankful we were.

Had an airbag blow out on my trailer, and needed a tire. Got everything done in under 3 hrs, even having to go to Paducah to get the part. Very good price for the work and all. I was pleasantly surprised. Great guy. I've shared their company info to the rest of the company I'm leased to. Thanks for a great job guys!!

I had a flat tire on I 24 west. Right at mile marker 29. It took me more time getting hold of my insurance company and having them send somebody, 45 minutes. Than it took for the tow truck to get to my location, change out my tire, tell me where I should go to get another tire, which was right down the road and very reasonably priced. I wish I had gotten his name, he was great.

Danny was such an awesome, kind and funny guy. He went out of his way to do everything he could to help is get the extremely difficult part to get for our semi and made sure we were satisfied and kept things light hearted in a stressful situation. They don't get any better than the guys in this shop. Highly recommend

Stinnett saved our butts!! Our big moving box truck caught fire just infront of the weigh station on I-24. We were lucky and got it put out with the help of the fire department. Stinnett towed us to their yard and that's when DANNY C. took over. Marty said he'd be the point man and he sure was! Sure, it took almost a month and a lot of parts to get our old beast truck going again, but when Danny says he can get r done he can git r dun!! Thanks to Danny, Zac, Marty, and all the folks at Stinnett Truck and Towing for getting my Son and I back on the road to Atlanta with what drove like, a Brand New '89 Int. My 18-wheeler rolled over and my trailer was loaded from front to back. Marty and his team showed up to the accident site quickly and did an exemplary job from start to finish, working Non-Stop for numerous hours. They took great care in the off-loading, had every bit of equipment needed for the job, and when flipping my tractor trailer back over did it cautiously and gently. I can't say enough about the professionalism and hard work of this company.

Fantastic and Honest! Had a truck loaded with 45,000 pounds, 9 totes at 5000 pounds each. The load had slid and the scale house in Kuttawa had has shut down. Called Stinnett-no problem. They gave an ETA of 1.5 hours and they were there in less than an hour. Had the load re-work, secures, and had us rolling again in no time. With past experiences in shifted loads, I was certain as to what the amount would be with what we were working with freight and situation wise. In cases like these, pretty much at the mercy of the help have to do whatever it takes/cost to get it done. Not only was Stinnett s charges less than what I had expected, they were more than fair and HONEST with their charges. Will definitely keep Stinnett in my contacts and will use if we have a need in the area again. No questions. J&J Warehousing and Storage/Tennessee

Trying to be fair in my review, so 3 stars because they fixed the issue at hand, and got my driver rolling. But they also completely ruined the wiring throughout the entire truck. Invoice says they ran 1 "new" wire, but whatever they spliced into has all of my internal lights not working, obd port has stopped working and truck will only shutdown if cruise is on with parking break set. It's a total Charlie foxtrot and going to cost me 5 times as much to get it fixed properly now.

We broke down on our way home from vacation. Made a difficult situation much easier. Marty was on the hyway when he got the call and stopped by. He was very kind and patient evaluating the situation, making calls to hook us up with repairs, explaining our options, and waiting for our decision . He found us a shop open on Sunday and had us towed quickly. Thanks.

Great service. Marty very easy going on the phone. Quoted price well below what my insurance company tried to save me. That was including towing a uhaul trailer back to Paducah before taking my truck on to my mechanic in metropolis IL from bottom side of eddyville KY. Joseph my driver was quick and efficient and great talking to helped pass the time.

Great experience. We broke done on a Saturday morning. Myself, my husband, and our 2 dogs, and our motorcycle. Our driver came to our rescue. He drove all of us to a repair shop and dropped us off at a hotel that accepted pets as well as or motorcycle.Forever grateful.. thanks for all your help!!!

We were traveling West on I 24 heading to KC Missouri, when our diesel tow vehicle starting giving us grief, and eventually went to low power mode. So we needed to get the tow vehicle, and 5th wheel towed. When we called, Marty advised us it would be about 45 minutes until they could get to us, and by God, they were Johnny on the spot. They towed our truck and 5th wheel to a campground we found that was fairly close, dropped the trailer off in our spot, and dropped our truck off. They were super professional, and very customer oriented. They truly helped us make a really bad situation as pleasant as could possibly be. Thank you Marty and crew.

Danny saved the day at 2am and came out to help with a flat tire! Seemed to love his job and was a gentleman, very professional and kind. And even stayed behind me for a few miles to make sure everything went ok on the road. Thank you so much!!!!

They were excellent! The driver came much sooner than expected and quickly got our tire changed so we were back on the road.
