In these last three months there survice have not been worth the money. They are starting the new year of 2024 by breaking and taking my own garbage can.I buy a new can they break the wheels off of that one.Them leaving garbage in the bags in the can .Not taking trash at all because the check has yet to arrive.

Always get the trash on time and always get any boxes or anything beside the trash can! Now the customer service is a different story. First time I called to set up and pay the lady was super helpful and said she had set me up on auto pay and took my card number. Now that 3 months has passed I got my invoice in the mail and looked pasted it since my card was taken and set up for auto pay. Then my trash was not picked up, I called and asked why and the lady was very rude and said they do not keep cards on file and my account was on hold since I did not pay. So why was my card number taken the first time? Anyways. She offered to set me up on auto pay but I was confused as she had just told me they do not keep cards on file. Very weird in my opinion. Hopefully my trash gets picked up next week since it is already full.Service: Junk removal

Pros:Their pickups were on time except extreme weather and circumstances... courteous people. Cons: Have to pay at 3 month periods... Have to rent their cans ... no flexible service plans ... have to pay for every week of 3 months even if not used or needed.Service: Trash removal & disposalService: Trash removal & disposal

My family lived in Murray in most of 2022. We have since moved and I was sad to learn that Hall's Waste Management did not service the area we were moving to. These guys always answer the phone and they always take care of you. I don't often post reviews but when a company is above and beyond better than its competition, I will. Best trash service I've honestly ever had!

They are by far the best company we have ever used. Never miss a week if they are running behind or having problems they post on their site,send an email or call and thats rare they actually do their job. With my last company they missed more weeks than they came but still expected full payment every month, I have been with Halls for over 5 years now and they haven't missed a beat...so glad we found them.

I'm very dissatisfied with the companies services. Unfortunately I live in a community and don't have an option to switch companies. We recently moved to Kentucky and are figuring things out as we go. I paid this company in advance for several months service up front. At first they were great then about 3 months in they only started taking our trash maybe 2 times a month. Then I get a huge bill some for the months I already paid and them wanting more money in advance for future months. After having to personally pick my can up from there place, they can personally come pick it up and cancel my service. Like several of my neighbors I will be using the dump. It's free!!!No breaks, get it together and learn customer service and how to treat your clients.

We had the worst experience with trash pickup until we switched to Hall's. They never miss a pickup and are always quick to respond. And their prices can't be beat. I'm not sure why anyone chooses to go with those other guys.Service: Trash removal & disposalService: Trash removal & disposal

We used this business for years personally and at our place of business. Great prices and always willing to come back if we need them to. Top notch service during the rain, snow, and during the virus. Very helpful office staff as well. Would highly recommend them to everyone!

The drivers are courteous and professional when they pick up the trash. They never throw the empty can, they simply set it down with the lid inside. The office communicates with the customers ahead of time if there is a change in schedule. Nice people.

I've had hall's for years at my home and where I used to rent shop space at. They've done a great job at both places.Thursday, I called to add my new shop space to the route. They may have not gotten the message in time to put me on for that night's run, so it didn't get picked up overnight. Flash forward, Saturday morning, my trash was picked up!!! It wasn't near the curb and they went and got it!!!! :o I'm impressed and amazed they came so far to do that!!!! Thanks you guys! 5 stars!

New customer, although I've lived at the same address in Kirksey for 24 years. Thought I would give it a try, make a change as the lady said. I'm very happy that I did, too! You just can't beat their price, and so far they've took care of me, took calls, answered all my questions so I know what to expect and nice about it, too, even with me calling several times. No bs and that makes it well worth it. Thanks yall!

Workers SPEED. Office personnel defend them.saying they have a speed tracker on them. Guaranteed if I was an officer they would have been pulled over for speeding as well as reckless driving because they were hauling a trailer with no lights on. (Apparently they forgot to flip the "switch" to turn the lights on. Office personnel are friendly at first and while explaining ur concern tend to get rude. Thankfully I don't have this company as I'd rather burn my trash or haul it myself than deal with the likes of this company.

We use Hall s for multiple properties, their service is phenomenal. We've used them at our personal home, forgotten time take our can to the trash, and they ve even walked to the side of our house and taken it for us. I can t recommend them enough.

As a small family business owner I m tryin to spend my money locally and get away from corporations. Threw the years I ve watched halls grow. I was excited to see a truck in my area capable of dumping dumpsters.This morning I called and left a message inquiring about a dumpster. They called back a couple hours later. (This is a family business they don t have a call center in India taking calls that you can t understand. Give them break) a very friendly office personnel help get us set up. We choose a two yard dumpster, not surprised they didn t have any available because of there growth and competitive rates they can t get them in fast enought. They gave us multiple cans to get us by until our new dumpster gets in. We are happily waiting for our new halls dumpster and very excited to see the growth of a home grown local family business. Thank you for taking care of us until our dumpster arrives!

Very friendly office staff. I've had my garbage picked up every week like clockwork. Unfortunately I've seen them out as late as 8pm picking up my trash to make sure it was picked up on the right day. I am glad I chose to use Halls.Service: Junk removalService: Junk removal

Keep them tricks parked. It's for everyone's safety. I don't want to try and drag my bin to the curb and fall more than I need for you to have a driver get hurt or a truck damaged. They charge you for 3 months and only pick up for 2 out of the 3. No set schedule they come when they please. They change pick up days without notice Very rude customer service will not recommend.

They came faithfully. But they drive like maniacs and swing bats at my dogs. . I live in the county. They need to drive more carefully and respect the clients property.

Customer service was terrible, the owner was really rude. There has been a time the boy walked up and got my can when I forgot to take it out, and that alone kept me with them longer. But today when I had an issue they were hateful and unprofessional. Waste Path was $5 a month cheaper, so I switched service.

I live in Marshall county in a little town called Fairdealing in Marshall county an they are serving me for trash pick up they were very helpful an help me an they are the cheapest waste Management around that I found when I went into there office the greeted me with smile I will be staying with them has long has the do my trash pick I would recommend them to anyone that needs trash pick up
