They always have or get what you need quickly! 2 tires in stock and put on our truck, without an appointment! The best place in Eastern Kentucky to get tores andd service on your vehicle. Thanks Scott and garage crew.....! Exceptional service with the best crew in the buisness.

I was just traveling through and stopped to get my brakes checked. The staff was all very welcoming, I was treated with kindness and the work I needed was done promptly. I would recommend this auto shop to any travelers passing through or someone new to the area or anyone that wants to work with a genuine staff! Thanks Hutch Automotive!

After wasting my time at NAPA in Jackson I took a chance at Car Quest. These guys are very helpful, friendly and reasonably priced unlike the other guys. I highly recommend these guys.

Not happy with this store. Had to purchase a part for my car. On my receipt it lists a part number for "Wearever" brand which is like Carquests store brand. It even came with instructions that said "wearever" at the top. After I had the part put on my car I noticed that the part says "Sanyco" on the side. From what I understand, this is a small foreign company that rebuilds parts from used ones. I called Hutch's and the woman I spoke with assured me that there was no big deal that the part number on my receipt didn't match the actual part I was sold and stated that it was in fact a "new" part. When I looked online there was like a $50 price difference between the part I paid for and the part I got. And who knows when/if the part fails if Hutch's will honor a warranty on a part that I don't have a receipt for, as my receipt is for a different brand entirely. Not satisfied at all with the outcome of my call to them, nor the attitude of the person I spoke with. My business will go elsewhere as I don't trust to buy an air freshener from this store anymore.
