Be careful dealing with these people. They ripped me off on towing 2 years ago. They just charged me $136 for a junk rim. He told me he was ordering a rim. I'm thinking new or hardly used. It was junk. I just went & got the same rim from Youngs for $50 in way better condition.

Would not recommend them to no one rude people . update on the post review at the beginning of looking for an engine i seen the engine on there website it had a busted front valve cover i called them about well they said they had it then called me back and said they couldn't find it and said they could order one i said fine order it the very next day they called said it came in from a tville well i went and got it brought it to shop i noticed it had a busted front valve cover i did call the wrong vehicle and they charged me a 90 dollar shipping fee for the engine they already had i been dealing in vehicles for years and i know every salvage yard in t ville no one shipped them an engine i took engine back they charged me 90 dollars for an engine they already had it only had one stock number on it now if it came from another salvage yard it would have had 2 on it bad business

I would do business with this company in a heart beat! My truck was in an accident and towed to their lot. When I went to go see it and gather some of my things, I was met by the kindest man. Extremely helpful!!

CrooksDo not send your car here after a wreck they will wait the max days allowed by law before informing you that they are charging you $30 a day for storage fees on a vehicle that was towed there. So yes in addition to the $300 towing fee to take a vehicle less than 10 miles they tack on another $300 in storage fees before you are even aware!! They do not tell you at the time your car is being towed awayInstead they just take advantage of an already horrible situation and rob you blind. So if you was not aware of this so called "common knowledge" As ayoung driver be aware!!

I bought a refurbished rear-end and it was bad. I had to go back and exchange it for a different one. Now Bobby is calling me 25 times a day and leaving filthy voice mails. He said I brought back the wrong rear-end and wants me to pay for it again. I definitely would not trust this guy. I have always had a great experience with them until now. Be careful guys

I ordered a wheel for my Nissan Frontier through Masterson's on a Tuesday. The gentleman on the phone was helpful and told me the wheel would be at my door by about Saturday. I received the wheel I ordered on Friday. The wheel's quality was better than anticipated. I'll check out Masterson's if I need parts in the future.

The mechanic side of this place is terrible as well as the service. Had a car for 2 weeks and cant figure out what's wrong with it then they keep messing with it and made it to where it doesn't run now . Definitely going somewhere else for parts and a mechanic. They also don't tell you anything. You have to call every day till they decide to answer

I highly don't recommend to buy anything from this Place, I called them from Nashville Tennessee about a Tailgate they told that the condition is A and nothing wrong with it!!! Then I drove for a 3 hours and got there to get that tailgate, then they brought me the tailgate and I saw there's a damage on it 5 hours work!!! Thank you for wasting my time and gas

After I promised and placated my customer that I would do my best to repair his car, I call to find out where my part is.......only to be told it was delivered to a random shop in Minnesota. Thanks for letting me know a week later.

Make sure the part you want is there making verify that I drove down there and he didn't have it took 4 days to get it in lot of gas no discount unless I need to park bad I'm not going down there again

I dont know if the guys ar the counter know their parts or just know how to work the inventory computer but which ever it is they think their the best at it. If you dont believe me just ask them. Their s&!% dont think.

Very upset for how they treated my boyfriend had him drive over an hour for a part that he would sell for 125 to get there and say he can t have it I would not recommend this place at all for no one
