Idk what's happened with my mechanic. Been taking my truck here for 5 yrs with no problems. What occurred this past time was crazy. Took the truck for a ball joint and possible gas leak and was told it would be a couple of days. We thinking I'd get it back by at least Friday. Nope. I tried calling over and over with no way to leave voice mail. Went to the shop once at around 3pm and no one was there. Then I went a week later and still no one was there. Then got a response via FB that the truck would be done by Monday. Mind you, my truck had been there now for almost 3 weeks. Finally got my truck back but was told nothing was wrong with it. It needed a ball joint in a bad way and still had a gas leak. When I got it to a different mechanic they found that the lug nuts had been stripped and they had to cut them off.Anyway, my ball joint is now fixed and the new mechanic had to replace most of the gas line. Had to buy all new lug nuts. Smh. Idk what's going on but I really liked Mr Marcum. For 5 yrs I thought he had my back. Idk what happened but I hope whatever it is that's going on gets better for him soon.Services: Exhaust, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change
