We just arrive to our campground and found our bedroom air conditioner was not working. We called Reece and Todd had just left our resort. No need to say his punctuality was impeccable. After reviewing our system it was felt a new part was necessary. So unfortunately he left and then 3 minutes later showed back up for one more option and........TODD is the BEST!!!! Thanks mostly to Todd, but also to Reece for hiring friendly and caring employees. Todd is my pick for employee of the year:-)

I called Todd on a Sunday morning early, and I have to be honest, I didn't think anyone would answer. I was so relieved when he answered. I told him my situation (leak under the shower) and he said he would be at my RV within the hour. He arrived within 45 minutes. Amazing! Reece's motto "You Relax, We Repair" is exactly what happened. My wife, son, and I sat up front and Todd had us as good as new within 30 minutes. Repair price was very reasonable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Reece RV Repair to anyone that wants prompt & professional service!

We got to our campground on Friday evening and I called after hours, Todd called back within minutes and came out first thing Saturday morning to look at our AC - turns out we needed a new one - He called Monday morning and got everything taken care of with the warranty side and called to let us know they were shipping us a new one. Came out as soon as it came in - very nice and professional!!! You won t be disappointed in his service. Thank you Todd.Larry and Diane

We arrived at our campground near the Smoky Mountains today with issues with our blank tank t-rod. We called Reece Mobile RV Repair and Todd was out within minutes and fixed the issue we were having. He was amazing, professional, and very affordable. He literally saved our camping trip! If you need assistance while visiting the area, Todd is your guy!Thank you again Todd!

On our first trip of the season to Pigeon Forge we hooked everything up and discovered a water leak in a plastic bypass valve under the kitchen sink.I Googled mobile RV repair and called Reece RV Repair.Todd Reece gave me a reasonable time frame to make the repair, came when he said he would and did what he said he would. He made the repair quickly at a fair price. He is competent and personable. If I ever need an RV tech in the Smokies I will only call Reece RV Repair. It would have been a long weekend with no water in the camper.

When we got to our campsite we noticed a leak in our roof.I called Todd and he told us he would be there in the morning to repair it.He was on time and got right on it!! With in no time he had repaired the roof and we were back to enjoying our vacation. He saved our trip. I would highly recommend him. Very knowable, personable and reliable. Thanks Todd

The night before we left Gatlinburg for our next destination we had an odd electrical problem. We were pretty sure that we would just have to go home. I called Reece RV repair and Todd arrived at our site in 30 minutes. He was able to track down and repair the problem. The cost was fair and reasonable and he saved our vacation. Thanks very much.

While camped at Pigeon Forge, and just back from the grocery store, our fridge started flashing a code and beeping! None of the RV dealers I called could get us in for repair, but one referred us to Reece.I was so thankful that he actually answered the phone instead of voicemail that I kept getting elsewhere! He was familiar with the problem and said he'd be over as soon as he finished his current job. He came, he saw, he fixed! His service and price was excellent! A true answer to prayer, I highly recommend!

We needed to have two of our slide out awnings replaced and small leaks taken care of. Todd came out the next day to address the leak even though he didn't have enough fabric to do the awnings that day. He came out the following day to replace the awnings and didn't charge two different service calls. He was reasonable on all of the work performed. We are very pleased with all of the work they performed.

Don't waste your time calling anyone else. Todd and his team at Reece RV Repair are quick to respond and know exactly what to do to get your RV back in business again! Reece RV Repair was fantastic. Very willing to help us when both our RV A/C units went down while camping. He saved our trip!!! Without the A/C units we would have had to go home.Another RV repair business basically said they were booked up and couldn't help us. Todd made it happen even though he was booked up too.Thanks Todd

To be honest, I'd give these guys a 6 if I could! Our air conditioner broke down just a few days into our trip. The earliest we could find for a repair was at least 2 weeks.So there we were a thousand miles from home, and not knowing what to do, whenmy husband happened to see their truck in the RV camp we were at and walked over to speak to them.Less than a half hour later, we had a brand new AC, and a couple new friends.These guys are fast, professional, AND reasonable.I highly recommend them.

The gentlemen who came to replace my air unit were phenomenal! Before they replaced it, they ran a test to make sure it actually needed replacing. They were able to determine there was actually nothing wrong with my air unit and explained to me how the air units work in RV's. They had an opportunity to make a decent amount of money in a short period of time and I wouldn't have known the difference.However, they were honest and took the time to educate me about the equipment and how it works. I received another estimate from a local business in town who was not honest and was willing to take my money, instead of doing the right thing.Reece Mobile RV Repair restored my faith in local business and people in general. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any RV Repair work you may need!

In the day of having to wait weeks for dealership repair Todd is truly an answer to our needs. He was available and arrived in a timely manner, did the work and put our minds at ease. I would now drive to Pigeon Forge to get this honest and knowledgeable service from him. Highly recommended.

We were ready to leave the campground, the last thing to do was to retract the leveling jacks in our motorhome and head out. I pushed the on button and the controller lit up like a Christmas tree. None of he buttons would function. I called the mobile RV repair shop we normally use, but we were out of their coverage area. I went to the campground office and asked if they knew of a mobile rv service that worked in the area. They gave me a business card from Reese RV Service. I called and left a message, I received a call back in about 10 minutes. After explaining what happened, Todd told me how to reset the control module and in a matter of a few minutes we were on the road. Todd could have easily made a service call and made some easy money. Instead, he fixed our problem over the phone. That is great service. Thank you very much.

We called Todd because our electric to the RV shut off and we couldn't figure out how to get it back on after several of our own attempts. He walked us through the steps via phone and made it so easy for us to get electric again and get our A/C back on. Thanks for the great and friendly service...you are our "go to" and will be referred by us. God Bless!

Had an electrical problem during car show weekend and made a couple calls but everyone was busy. Called Todd and like everyone else it was a busy time for them but he was still interested in my problem and took the time to question me about what my issues were until he determined he knew what the problem was and guided me as to how to correct it. They will always be my first and only call whenever future issues arise with my RV while in the area.Service: Electrical

Todd and his wife Ellen are the best! They were lifesavers and I want to sincerely express my profound thanks and kudos for a job so well done. We were staying at Jellystone in Pigeon Forge in our Solitude fifth wheel. We had our front awning extended out overnight. One of the arms collapsed in the middle of the night. The arm was bent beyond repair and actually had fallen on our door, thereby trapping us inside our trailer. I called them around 8am in the morning as soon as I discovered it. They said they could make it out soon. Thankfully, I was able to move the bent arm enough to open the door to let our little dogs out. They were out to assess the damage within a short time. He reassured me he would be able to fix it that very same day and had a replacement arm back at his shop. He had to leave to go finish another quick job he already had scheduled and to get the new arm. He left one of his tall ladders to keep the awning propped up so it wouldn t cause anymore more strain on the fabric or fatigue on the other arm. They were back within a brief time. He and his wife worked together with expertise, professionalism, efficiency, competentcy and courtesy. We went from disaster to relief with just one phone call to Todd Reece! Great guy, expert repairman and very affable personality and very reasonable in his prices. Todd should always be your first and only go to RV guy in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area!

Todd repaired our furnace and found a problem in our propane supply. He was professional, courteous, and his rate was as fair as any we have experienced. We will call him again and will recommend him to anyone.

I am staying at a local campground and the last thing I expected was a problem with my black water tank and a backup into the toilet. The campground host was unable to find any blockage with a snake (blessed that he tried) and gave me Reece RV Repair's card. He was unable to come to my site until tomorrow but after giving him the specs for my rig, he offered suggestions to check. It turns out there is an additional valve to open on the passenger side of the rig. I cannot tell you how incredibly blessed I am for his ability to troubleshoot over the phone saving me money and him a trip to my campsite. KUDOS to an incredible businessman.

I had an issue with my travel trailer s water heater. Turns out I m the fool who didn t know how to light the pilot light. I found Reese s RV repair in my campground fixing someone else. He came by and took care of my issue for free. He was professional personable and kind. It s really a genius idea to have a mobile RV service tech so you don t have to break camp and haul your rig to a service center and be out of commission for part of your vacation.I would highly recommend getting your camper repaired by this guy.

Our RV refrigerator threw an error code. Todd had to figure out if it was a problem with the fridge or the coach. He made sure we had power to the fridge while we tried to determine the problem so our groceries would be safe. He was able to deduce that our converter was bad. Replaced the converter and produced a more than reasonable bill. Happy to have him nearby!

Called Todd to check out our A/C and was quick to tell us what needed to be done,, gave a more than fair quote was very friendly and extremely easy to deal with. Would recommend him for any repair you might need, very hard working gentlemen and didn't rush he was very through in his performance

Was camping down in Pigeon Forge and lost power to my 120 volt in the trailer. Tried everything I could think of but still didn't work. I called up the owner of Reece and told him my issue. He walked me through a couple of things over the phone and helped me get my problem solved quickly. Really appreciated his help and knowledge.

Our RV commode would not empty. Getting ready to leave RV site and did not want to leave tank full. RV Park recommended Reece, we called, he said I have 1 elect. job ahead of you but will be there within 2 hrs. He and his assistant came worked until they found the problem. A piece of broken plumping pipe was left in the drain from factory and had worked its way to the bend of the drain which stopped the flow. He never said "mam I don't know, or it will cost you an arm and a leg to fix this, or we will have to come back tomorrow". The job was completed and we were totally satisfied with work and cost.They were kind and very supportive of our problem. I will never call another RV Repair Service in in the Smoky Mt. area except Reece RV Repair.

unfortunately, my air conditioner decided to die just when it hit the 90s. I called Reese RV repair and Todd was able to come out and fix the problem for me. I appreciate the fact that they knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. They had everything they needed with them and within an hour I had a new air conditioner.I will definitely call them again in the future.

We had brake squealing when we came into town. Called him for service and he came out the next day. Checked all four hubs and put back together. Was thankful for his availability and work.Brakes needed adjustment and was good to go. We are happy that the brakes did not need replaced this time but thankful for honesty from a company.It's always better to be safe than sorry.

Amazing friendly, professional, and responsive service! Camping at the KOA in Pigeon Forge TN and our less than two-year-old air conditioner broke down during a hot spell. Reece RV answered the phone after 5pm and arrived on site in 15 minutes. Next morning by 10am replaced our air conditioner under warranty.
