Everybody was really kind and prices was very reasonable. The guys taught me a few things as well such as where my oil should be on my dip stick and where my transmission fluid dio stick Is.

My hubby and I....(Robert F.& Becca .),We have literally come to this place for years. They have always been very professional and I trust the work they do on my vehicle.I have a had them do everything from fuel filters, oil changes, serpentine belt, cabin filter. Came in this morning for my oil change, I wasn t aware of the change over to oil changers until this morning; however everyone here is great and very thorough! They got me in & out quickly. They are always Friendly and informative. Brandon showed me that my oil level was full, & went over the manufacturers list of services my truck is due for hopefully will be back in soon to have those done!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I currently live in Huntington West Virginia and I wanted the best service for my vehicle. I received the best service and quality at Inez Fast change Lube. When I take my vehicle there, i don't have to worry if they check the transmission oil, battery water level, power steering oil, tire depth, washer fluid or any other things. The manager there is a great person and has the knowledge of how to satisfy the customers needs. Jon and team at the Inez location were excellent! As I was travelling out of state for work I visited Fast Change Lube and Oil for an oil change and I was impressed with the experience. The facility is clean and organized, the team took care of me right away, and the service was fast and efficient. As I watched other cars being serviced I noticed that they are very methodical and detail oriented in what they do. An example is the check of each light on the car to make sure they were working was done the same way on each and every car that went through. They have a camera in the lower bay area so you could see on the monitor what was being done with your car from above.To top it all off they even had text based payments! This let me pay with my credit card through text messaging, which was fast and convenient.I highly recommend the location to all!Service: Oil change
