I was traveling from Manitoba Canada for the Thanksgiving holidays. I lost all of my coolant about 8 miles from Horse Cave. A local slowed down and asked if I needed help. I asked for a recommendation for a tow not knowing where I need to tow it to. They said call PCS, they will get you going maybe even here at the side of the road and gave me their number. So I did just that. They responded to my call promptly. Towed me to their shop. And it didn t stop there. Cory was clearly knowledgable of what I needed and was looking up my part while I waited for my ride to a motel. And this was late a night! I was very impressed for being a Parts Manager back home. He had the part ordered that I needed late at night and had me all fixed up early the very next morning again with a very reasonable rate. Very friendly folks. I highly recommend.

Not a good outfit. Family member had a wreck, they towed her car. Spent all day in the hospital with her in Nashville and had to stop when we got back to get her keys, bank cards, phone ect out of it. Pulled up no number to call anywhere posted by the car. Car wasn't secured at all just sitting under a tree in the open. Got the belongings out. One guy rolled up he was nice and professional as could be. Asked how she was ect. He left. When we finished another employee rolled up. Big jacked up chevy. Bald headed middle aged man, high as a moon cricket on meth. Blocked our vehicles in. Looking for a confrontation. I said "Hows it going man?" He walked up to me, not saying a word and stared for 10 seconds like he was gonna intimidate someone. Had my wife and my family members fiance with me. I told him I wasn't arguing, we already got what we needed and we were leaving. "Well how bout you get the F off MY property" That's what we're trying to do. Have a great night, sir. Stay away from these guys unless you carry. They're gonna get hurt one night acting like that to people who just went through a traumatic event. I wouldn't call them after dark. Man's lucky my wife and that young boy was with me. If anyone needs a tow/wrecker service, call CTS in munfordville. 10 minutes from this place. CTS will get you fixed quick and professionally. I don't think they have workers on drugs either. Stay away from this business. Gives the community a bad name.

I had the pleasure of having the owner help me out on Saturday the 27th. My truck transmission went out on Friday as I was hauling a tractor to Virginia. I had to leave it overnight in a parking lot. When I came back with my empty trailer after delivering all the way to Virginia and coming back another 6 hour drive to load it. My truck wouldn t clear the trailer underneath. I was stuck with my truck half way on my trailer. The owner Brad pulled up next to me. He saw I was stuck and out of the kindness of his heart he lifted the rear of my truck up so I could back underneath it with my trailer. He didn t charge me a dime. If he had not stopped to help me out. I would ve been caught in the oncoming storm. This is an amazing person and company. THANK YOU!! I would most definitely recommend him to any and all and I ll be using him if I ever need help in that area again. I was so tired and felt defeated. If it weren t for him I wouldn t be home right now. Excellent service and very professional.

If there was 0, I would have given them. We had an issue with our battery light and PCS turned up on time. They checked the Truck and told us they would return. They returned without notifying us and started changing the Alternator before discussing with us. After they completed the job, the Truck was not fixed. PCS then suggested towing the Truck to the shop and we declined. Without notification they removed the Alternator and cut a lot of wires on the Truck and left old Alternator with the bolts on the floor. We tried calling them numerous times and they did not pick up. We got another Mechanic and he confirmed they had cut a lot of wires. Fortunate for us, the Truck got fixed. There was no need for their Malicious Behavior. If u do value your Truck, please do not let these guys touch it.Service: Battery service

What a outstanding company! My F-350 broke down on me in Horse Cave, Ky around 10:30 at night. I called PCS Towing and he told me it would be 45 mins. The driver arrived in 30 mins. The driver and his equipment was nice, clean, and professional. I would highly recommended PCS TOWING and I thank you for your service.

I had an issue with my Uhaul(this towing company was used as a contractor through them) and was originally told it would be 30 minutes or less. After an hour and forty minutes the manager or owner called and told me he was behind and they would be there in 15 minutes. I simply stated that we had been waiting and wanted reassurance that they were coming. After another thirty minutes I was told by uhaul that the company would not be coming because "I was rude to them." Not true, even though I'm not from Kentucky I will NEVER use them or recommend their services!

A BIG shout out & thank you to Brad Graves who stopped at 3:30 in the morning to help a nurse in distress after hitting a huge raccoon did quite alot of damage to my car not to mention my nerves! He was my guardian angel. He towed my car & had it fixed in less than a week. He did a great job & made a horrible experience much easier to deal with. I highly recommend his towing service. Also thank you to his wife, Gina who was so nice to me. I am blessed to know both of them! Tx guys Service: Car towing

Absolutely stunned at how good these guys are. Came and tow my tractor trailer immediately at 9pm and had the water pump and belt replaced by 10am next morning!!! I feel like i owe them more than i paid. Thank you so much for helping us out!!!

The worst towing company ever. Paid $ 986.42 to drop truck and trailer 35 miles. Owner dropped the trailer by his towing company and told me the dealer were he is going to drop the truck, had no space for trailer. When we got to the dealer there was more than enough space there. When the company send a driver for their tailer a week later PCS Towing charge $600 for storage. PCS Tow very dishonest. When the owner, who is the tow truck driver dropped my truck he did a poor job. View pictures.

Worst Towing company ever, My truck broke down on the road, he towed and he said he will fix it, it was an air leak and its two hours job, I paid him 950$, next day he said he needs to order a part and it will be On Monday ready, I said ok, go ahead and fix it. On Monday I called the guy he said you have to pay 425$ and I will tow it to dealership because I don't have time, I am busy. So I lost almost two weeks and paid $1375 for nothing. I will file a complain to commerce division regarding this issue, he is so unprofessional and rude guy.

Great company to work with. They understand the the urgency in JIT freight and are on the job. Got to my truck and got me towed to my location with time to spare.

R U N !!! (read 1 star reviews)THERE IS NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS BUSINESS! YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO USE THIS SLEAZY OUTFIT! I GUARANTEE IT! THE OWNER IS NOT NICE AND NEITHER ARE HIS RIP OFF EMPLOYEES! THEY SHOULD ALL BE BEHIND BARS! I WOULD NOT LET THEM TOUCH ANYTHING I OWN IF THEY PAID ME!... AND I AM SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE.

Fiance ran out of gas and these guys normally don't do gas runs. They made a special run just for us and only charged 20 bucks. Was a big blessing. Thanks again! You saved the day.

Very fast and reliable service. Requested tow in the middle of the night in frigid conditions. Guy was there earlier then he said he would be.

We were stranded on highway with 3 kids and they said they would be 30 minutes and never showed up. When we called they were extremely rude and said too bad.

Not a good place to have your spare mounted. $125 just to mount a spare when it can be done anywhere else for $35-$50
