very easy in and out access to the interstate. The store is clean and so are the restrooms. very well stocked with snacks for the road

Clean store! Clean showers & restrooms! Nice personnel! Lots of souvenirs, hot & cold on-the-go foods. McDonald s & Subway attached inside. Good lot, decent fuel lanes.

Paul the manager was very helpful. However the experience from an RV point of view was time-consuming and tiresome. It took 3 long hours for them to fix the mess. They booked me for Armadillo Texas and I m in Horse City Ky. Of course they made me feel like I did something wrong. But the cashier had me to scan with my phone camera a scan code and then enter my details. At no time was I asked a store location. Then I went to a living nightmare, turned in my credit card details was sufficient funds. I shouldn t had a problem, but it was a horrible app. Anyway, they booked me for a stay in Texas, so they had to fix that disaster and got me in the right spot now the electric doesn t work, no Wi-Fi no electric. I m at the point now where I just don t give a darn but I was charged $40.77. The first time they charged me $39 and then tried to charge me a cancellation fee of $27 I contacted my Credit Card and explain to him what happened and they said that was ridiculous and they will work with me to dispute it. According to the supervisor on the phone in the manager, that money supposed to be refunded to me we re on standby with my Capital One card to make sure it is refunded. I ve learned a valuable lesson from this experience. I will not be staying at anymore Luvs RV spots. Again Paul was helpful. The cashiers are nice. Oh and they need someone to work the RV spots. Paul gets real busy! This place is off the interstate so it s very noisy. I am tired . Not a good night sleep. On the positive side, I m happy to at least to get out of heavy traffic. They crazy out there. The staff is nice and people greet you when you walk in. I am thankful to them despite of what has happened, and for a place to rest!

The manager on duty, whose name was Mo, was very polite. The technicians name was Andrew he was also very polite. I have told my friends to try and have their repairs done on 2nd shift because they are polite and give excellent service. Thank you, Mo and Andrew

Store 360 is the greatest... Service Manager Damon and the workers on his shift saved the day for me. I can't express my appreciation enough. The helped me tremendously... On top of that my shower was as close to home as it could be OTR. The Subway employees were great and so was my sub. I hope to be routed this way again just to feel at home again. Thank you so much.

If there is less than one star I ll put that. This rating is for the subway, I was there Wednesday 03/13 evening and a big fat black kid that works in subway disrespected by talking dawn to me and refused to serve me because I was still looking at the choices to find out what sub I ll order. As a manager of the truck stop or subway, you need to hire nice people that treat customers with respect and be helpful. Loves truck stop had very good reputation and as a truck driver I only stop at loves for fuel and food workers like this will get you bad reputation and customers won t stop there anymore as drivers talk and put the words out there.

They actually have a two man crew cleaning the restrooms. Very impressive. They have redone the fuel island which is a plus for every driver

Good customer service, but the Service shop is God Awful slow! More techs walking around smoking doing nothing than working! I've had tires changed quicker in the middle of nowhere on the side of the road! Don't come here if you want quick service. Over 2hrs for tire change is pretty bad! Probably because the guy changing the tires is on the phone the entire time

Had I tire blowout on my trailer as I was heading home for the weekend. Lucky I was 2 miles from this Loves truck stop in Horse Cove Kentucky! Its was after 12am and the mechanic running the shop, Markas ,was knowledgeable about my tire, very helpful and eager to take care of my damaged tire in a timly manner. The technician on duty, Andrew, was very professional and had a positive attitude towards getting the job done and I appreciate that greatly! Both Markas and Andrew deserve 5 stars and I will make sure to stop here whenever I need help again. Thanks for the hard work guys!

UPDATE:Great addition to staffRosemary is very pleasant, excellent customer service, as well as Rachaelle (I hope I spelled that right) Always working hard, keeping it clean and stocked. Bouncing back and forth helping customers. Fountain was back up. Yay! Now, if you could get Diet Pepsi on the line up...You are definitely appreciated. Thank you, again, for all you do!Store is clean. Fountain is down...waiting on Coke or Pepsi to come and fix. Grills were stocked and looked fresh. Everyone was very polite. Paul at the truck counter is very nice and knowledgeable. He did not hesitate to ask people if they needed help with anything. Excellent customer service! Thank you for your help Paul! And to everyone that works there....remember...you literally help the world go (or get) around! Thank you to those that make a difference out here.

I was greeted by a Cashier as soon as I was walking in out of the cold. She told me where the bathrooms were. Bathrooms were clean & warm which was nice. They also provided seat covers which is always a big A+ in my book!! They also had a Lottery Machine close to the entrance doors where I decided to take a chance on a $1.00 scratch off. When I got back to the car I scratched off the numbers & found that I won $1.00! A win-win!! I had my hubby go back in to claim the $1.00 since he was going in to go to bathroom & buy a couple of Starbucks Drinks. We still have a long drive ahead of us, yet (250+ miles to go).

Nothing to eat here other then chips or cold food.the McDonald's is practically closed. Maybe if you wait an hour you could get a cheeseburger. The loves doesn't keep up well with the roller dogs. It's a nice parking lot. But the store and restaurants suckBy the way fuel is much cheaper less then 30 miles away at the Petro plus there's good food and better everything there. Just got stuck here because of my hours lol. There's not one thing here to spend any money on. .

Okay, this place is good and bad. Fuel island wise; don't bother unless you have at least 45 minutes you want to add to your day. However, parking wise is much better (trucks) since the construction cause before that my buddy got double tapped caused 25k in damage to his truck. It's not as bad anymore since they expanded the parking lot. Again though this is definitely one of those locations that need to police the fuel islands cause there is absolutely no reason it should take us truckers almost an hour to get fuel because everyone is parked in the island. This love's NEEDS to put a stop to this. As do many others...

I would like to give a shout out for Technicians Mo and Andrew for their help,they helped me with changing my tire on my Jeep, God bless them I offered to pay them but they said it was there pleasure they're the best

I do not recommend this mechanic shop! Impatience is one thing but these people are very inconsiderate. They skipped me in line, and never called me. I m parked right in front on their doors in a parking spot they told me to park in.I had a mechanical issue and came to this loves at about 1:00 PM CST. I checked in with the tech at the desk. She told me they were undergoing a shift change at 2:30PM and no work would be performed until after 3:00 PM. I was told to park in the designated parking area for repairs and that the techs would call me.7:00PM CST, I walk inside to get an update on my status in line. The tech tells me they don t have me in the system and that they can add me to the list. I tell them that I have already checked in and have been here since 1:00PM CST. They then place me at the end of the line. They then tell me that I may not be seen about until the next morning.The same tanker truck and trailer has been in a bay since my arrival at 1:00PM. No repairs being made. What s understood doesn t have to be explained! This place isn t big on speed. If you don t wanna do the job then don t do it.

Bathroom was packed fueldesk girl immediately let spouse use a shower so she could use toilet. She was VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. The beautiful Blondish lady with a sweet southern accent in McDonald s who filled my kiosk order WAS EXTREMELY POLITE,Courteous,Very very nice . I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK WHEN IN AREA AGAIN . She is DEFINITELY A HARD WORKER . She even gave me extra ketchup. I wish I knew her name she kinda looked like Amanda the sister of Amy and Tammy Slaton from 1000 lb sisters

Just wanted to share my experience with this location. Hat's off to the manager Damon and his techs Mo and Dakota! They really came through for me when the alternator on my failed! For truckers time is money! They got me back up and running in record time!

Absolutely the rudest staff of every stop along I65! Lady came over the intercom and started threatening and was verbally abusive to someone she deemed to be parked wrong. Never have I heard a place of business berate a customer like that. Absolutely disgusting classless woman!!!

Good location. There are many people constantly. But the service is obsessed. Your things are impossible to wash because workers refueling blue towels with shower. In shower room 3, on the ceiling mold, also there are no hooks on which you can hang their things. Please make a great service

If you want to be blocked in and late park here. No parking lot enforcement, dumb drivers park all over the place. You d think Loves would check their lot but not this one.

Toilets dirty and blocked, showers smells like cat piss. Perfect place to catch some disease. Awful place to stop . Staff don t care what s happening on the floor. Wouldn t give any stars at all.

This is one of the best loves I ve been to. Huge parking lot with an Amish store nearby you can eat at. Showers were clean and had hot water.

Nice gas station and rest shop. Had everything you could need for cheap and some fun extras for travellers. I liked that they offered shower services for the trick drivers. There were restaurants attached and the bathrooms were extremely clean!

According to International they put the wrong hose on and did so incorrectly. It's really bad when they won't take responsibility. Brian was suppose to call me this morning, but never did I had to get in contact with him.

This has to be one of the nastiest places I have ever seen. Then the customer service one you get inside . McDonald s and Subway were both just as nasty as the gas station. I wouldn t stop here again if I was running on fumes!

Customer service is bad! Lady cleaning the coffee station just cuts right in front of you and doesn't even ask you to move. She just went opening a drawer in front of me and almost hit me with it. Then the manager Joe is rude too. I was trying to scan my app for point and he just tries to pull my phone out my hand like it's his. I don't let people touch my phone, it's gross. You are handling money from people's butt sweat and handling all kinds of items people touch and then grab something that I put against my face... no. Joe then got mad I wouldn't let him take my phone and I told him to just scan the phone and slammed his scanner on the counter and rolled his eyes at me.

Dont stop here .. rude people .. dirty restrooms .. they dont let u park nowhere else just in dedicated lines .. garbage place ..they will come and knock in ur door at 3-4 am even though u are not bothering nobodyEven though u are not blocking nobodyIdk they just hired ton of rude employeesBunch of KARENSZero knowledge on costumer servicesNever will stop or park in here
