White is not a great company to work with long-term. Seriously avoid this company, you deserve much better in life. It is very cheap, and refuses to negotiate giving you a better pay rate regardless of how many years of experience, degrees, and certifications you possess. White claims toinvest money for expansion, but not for better parking, technology, or improved health/safety standards for their employees. 80% of potential new hires refuse to continue working here after 2 weeks! Management attend multiple meetings all day, but still have several priority issues. The only time production operators see salary personnel is if there is an issue with quality. You will be expected to figure things out and navigate on your own even as a new hire. Production operators get some orientation, but salary members do not.
