Best service. I was able to get a car with no hassle and no run around. Ryan Carey was great to work and helped in being able to get me on the road with the vehicle I wanted at the price I needed. I would highly recommend if you were looking for a vehicle.

First off, the service writers are wonderful. They are quick to help you and assist in any way possible. The lube techs always seem to get you in and out. Never a long wait and the shop is extremely clean for the type of work they do.

My Sales Associate, Susan Johnson, was beyond helpful with educating me about the Nissan Rogue and all of the many features new to me that are standard on the 2023 Rogue. She promised to be available whenever I have questions about my new vehicle. She held my hand for two days while I made my choice about a particular vehicle, trim, etc. I couldn't be more pleased.Sales Mgr, Jeff Wilson, and Business Mgr, Keith _____, were also very personable and helpful. I feel I have a new home for vehicle service and advice.

I won this Nissan Frontier at Oak Grove Racing, gaming & hotel. Everyone here was very patient, kind and helpful with me getting the vehicle I wanted to take home (cause I couldn't decide if I wanted to trade, but decided to keep the truck) Travis provided exceptional customer service. Best experience at a dealership I've ever had. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Service Writer informed me of services that was needed on my vehicle that I had no idea needed attention. Not only did they do an outstanding job on repairs they even washed my car after Service. 5* Service from beginning to end.

Ordered a wheel lock key over a month ago, they said it would take 7-10 days. A month passed by and I didn t get a call or anything. When I called they said that they didn t know what was going on and they they were checking on it. I asked for a follow up and they never called me. Another week passed and I went to the dealership to see what was going on. The parts sales rep said that they didn t know what was going on but the part still didn t show up. I m still waiting on the wheel lock key. Never received a call or a text until I went by to check on it and complained about it.

I went in for an oil change and found out my back breaks were critically bad. They initially said they didn t have time that day to finish because of closing, but after making an appointment for 4 days later and them finding I work and drive to Nashville everyday, they somehow managed to get a couple of guys to stay and team up to do the job! I am very thankful for them!

Before Whites Auto Mall, I did a lot of business with Sisk! I have bought 5 or 6 brand new vehicles from them in the past 5 years I ve lived in the area. I bought my Wagoneer back in November, and traded in a vehicle, and they kept my plates! They were supposed to get me DV plates but instead changed it and transferred my plate. I now live 2 1/2 hours away so I got everything in the mail my registration everything and that s when I found out that they transferred the plate. We called. They said that they would overnight the plate to us and we never received it. We now have no plate, and our temporary tags are expired. We ve called multiple multiple times trying to talk to somebody left messages and never received phone calls back till I literally just sat there and kept calling the dealership over and over and over and finally got to talk to Mr. Cody. He looked into what happened called us back with the excuse. He don t know how it happened but there s no trace of my plate they have lost it and that he cant do anything about it and he apologizes and that s all he can do is apologize. When you re in the purchasing process. They are awesome, tentative and helpful. But when you have an issue that needs to be resolved. They seem to not care at all on the situation they caused. I will no longer do any future business nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. Granted this probably won t even be a fart in the wind to the company but least I know they won t have any of my $$$

I own a Nissan truck and need service. Called the service department and was rather grufly informed I'd need to put up nearly $700 in deposit, diagnostic charges and "fees" before repairs even took place. I think I'll support other local businesses instead.

Despite a few glitches with paperwork, and a minor issue or two, the entire staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Micheal was exceptionally helpful, Steve was very accommodating despite how long I took to make up my mind. Les, Tyler, Travis and Phil all treated me like a VIP. I'm glad I stayed with Nissan products and I'm glad I came to White's Nissan. A Rogue and a Titan XD within a week! I must like it there. Both vehicles are excellent products.

I still had 1000 miles before I needed an oil change and I didn't know until I got there. I feel the service guy should have brought that to my attention and I would have waited. Just disappointed about it. I misunderstood the sticker and thought I was over my miles. The numbers were not clear. 4 looked like a 9..

Susan was great to talk with. She was very friendly and helpful and very approachable and personable. Keith was also a great sales rep. Neither were pushy or aggressive or condescending. Their questions were direct and clear and no hidden agenda. I really feel that if I do have questions or concerns, the entire Whites Nissan team would do what they could to help.

Took my Rogue in oil change and tire rotation and received a complimentary car wash. I was so tickled because I was going to have wash it myself. I m 70 and that s a hard job for me to do so I was thrilled and they checked everything. Their service department is excellent!
