The salesman was great, but the quality of the Honda Odyssey has gone downhill compared to our last Odyssey. Can't believe the poor craftsmanship of the floor storage compartment. Reminded me of a travel trailer.

Excellent service. Let me know the issue on my vehicle and what my warranty would cover and what my cost would be before they started the repairs to my vehicle. They got my car repaired in a very timely manner and were in constant contact with me throughout the process. I would highly recommend.

Review is for the service department. Always a very positive experience. Knowledgeable staff goes over every portion of the service and related expense, allowing the consumer to make a well informed decision. Clean and bright waiting area. Highly recommend.

Good staff (Jeremiah was very helpful). Good service. Reasonable rates. The service department was open on Saturday. I had to drive for an hour to get there, but that's MUCH better than having to make an appointment during the week and having to lose a half-day of work, at minimum.I highly recommend White's Honda

Ricky in the Service Center was an absolute blessing!! We caught a flat on our drive from Wisconsin to Florida we must have called 20 tire places and dealerships, it was a frustrating experience trying to find the right tire and a place that would take us same day then- Ricky to the rescue!! Thank you so much for keeping our trip on track!

Honda in Hopkinsville has always been very good to me. Everyone who services my cars, answers my questions, etc. Salesmen are great too. When I drove my first Honda to its grave, Honda still offered me a trade-in price that my bro-in-law (professional mechanic shop owner in FL) said was more than fair/generous lol. So now I m driving my new Odyssey and I get free oil changes for a little while (I think she said whichever comes first: 24mon or 24K miles) . And of course Hondas are excellent and hold their value so add that to the fact that I can Not say one negative thing about Honda at Hopkinsville

Recall work and oil change were done well ahead of schedule. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Took off one star because we were told car was washed when it obviously wasn't. Not a big deal, still looking forward to our next appointment.

Highly recommend working with Gayla at White s Auto Mall Honda! Great communication, answered every question I asked, and had my approval and terms ready before I even arrived at the dealership. Paperwork was ready to sign and I was in and out within an hour with my new car!

I spoke with Jerry Maggard the manager of the dealership and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I emailed him about a vehicle and he email me right back with all the answers to my questions. I definitely feel comfortable and will highly recommend them for your vehicle

I had great experience in buying my new 2018 Honda Civic EX from Sisk Honda. Both Dave Cole and Tony Bowen were really great, they answered all questions that I had and just made the buying process a breeze. I couldn't believe it, but Dave was even nice enough to pick me up an hour away so I could pick up my new car. I would recommend Sisk Honda to anyone trying to buy a new car! Service department was great! Called me when part arrived and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! They continue to follow up with Honda on a warranty issue providing details as they are received. Excellent and courteous service!!

Everyone else was friendly. Technician explained clearly what was done as well as results of all tests. Process was completely in a reasonable amount of time. Waiting area was comfortable. Snacks and water was freely provided. My time went by comfortably and without any apprehension. I knew what they would be doing.

They are absolutely amazing! They did every thing in their power to help me drive home the same day in the awesome car I had my heart set on! Not only that but I also continue to use them for my maintenance on the vehicle I got from them and they have me in and out in no time! All in all they are way above a 10Out of 10! I've owned several Hondas over the years. My last purchase was at White's Auto Mall Honda in Hopkinsville, KY 2 years ago and I am so pleased that I bought it there. The service team is absolutely wonderful! I usually deal with Corie and some of the other team members. They definitely go above and beyond my expectations from a dealership whether it be in purchasing tires (free lifetime rotation) or just getting an oil change. They will always have my business. They are also very personable which means a lot to me when dealing with a business.

Easily my best experience at a car dealership to date, 1st time buying tires from the actual dealership! The service team was top notch, my shuttle drivers were phenomenal and shouts out to Jeremiah for guiding me in the right direction on my purchase. Awesome service. Thanks again everyone envolved

This was the worst experience I've had. No one would acknowledge me when I was waiting at the service desk.I had a service appointment and was told it should take about 1 1/2 hours to complete. Two hours later, I drove by (since they hadn't called) and it was still parked where it was when I left. They completely forgot about it.They also failed to give me the complimentary car wash that comes with a service appointment.

I take our truck to White's Honda on a regular basis for service and everyone is so nice. This time, however, was a check engine light issue. We were out of town, camping, when the light initially came on. I was able to call the service department and ask if I needed to get it somewhere immediately. They reassured me that driving it would most likely be okay and it was. We got both it and the camper back to town without any issues. I promptly made an appointment to have it checked and as always, Jeremiah was there to walk me through the whole thing. I left it with them and they arranged a ride for me to the office.Jeremiah contacted me later to let me know that all was well. The codes were checked, cleared and ready to go.I'm not a mechanic. I don't know much about the operation of a vehicle. I depend on the people at White's Honda to help me keep the truck in it's best shape. The people, from the reception, sales and service are top notch! I know I can depend on them and my truck isn't even a Honda!Thank you everyone for all you do.

My experience once again was very favorable. Ultimately the reason I scheduled an appointment was because of a dead battery (days shy of 4 years). The battery was replaced and the new one has a superb warranty. However, prior to the visit Jeremiah made sure that an analysis was done first. Several things came up which I had been thinking of having done (brake fluid and transmission oil replaced).All these things were done while I waited (3 hours). I was kept posted on the progress and felt no pressure. I ll be bring the vehicle in more in the future.

Some of the service department personnel are not really reliable on the work they do. The wait time for simple services are extremely long. Some jobs you pay for are not complete at a 100%. For example, I paid for rainguards to be installed more than once and they did not apply the adhesive properly to attach them which caused some of them to blow off while driving and breaking and the others to have rain water drip through in between the rainguard and the vehicle.The sales department is right next to perfect if you end up with the young lady whose name is Susan. She has done absolutely great work on the 2 automobiles that I've bought from her and the 1 my daughter has bought from her.

We needed an oil change for our 2017 Honda CRV. The White's service department made a convenient appointment for us. The oil change and 'check-up' went great. Service was fast as usual and we even had a discount coupon, that I received in an email. See you next time!

Fantastic service experience! I was checked in quickly, and was comfortable while waiting. I waited in a clean, comfortable lobby for about 40 mins for a basic maintenance. I was sent a link to check the status of my service real time. My SA Corie was very helpful with all my questions. I will definitely be back here for my services!

I bought a Honda CR-V from Sisk Honda today. I ve bought many vehicles in my lifetime, but I can honestly say I had the BEST experience ever here today. The salesman, Josh was great!! He explained things about the vehicle where I could understand it and answered all my questions with patience. Everyone there was very nice and friendly. I got a great deal and was very satisfied with my purchase and the great experience I received here today! I highly recommend Sisk Honda!!!

All I can say is praises for this dealership. I drove 305 miles, and they were closed due to transferring ownership. When I told them how far I came to help my daughter, who is in the army, get a car, they unlocked the door and let us in. We couldn't buy the car that day, but the car was held until the ownership transfer of the dealership was complete. They were very patient with my daughter through minor complications. She finally has her car. My daughter was treated with respect, and I feel like they took really good care of her. She is young and inexperienced and was NEVER in any way taken advantage of. Thank you to everyone at Sisk Honda who assisted my daughter in getting her car. You all are great.

I appreciate the care I was given during my recent visit. I had trouble with my battery so they checked my vehicle out thoroughly to make sure things were running properly since I didn t know exactly what caused the problem!! They kept me informed every step that they took and had me out the door in no time!! I was appreciative of the fact that they didn t try to sell me another battery when mine checked out to be good and that they didn t try to push other things on me to buy.
