Chip, Wayne, and Keith helped me so much. They fought tooth and nail when the lender was being difficult after I had already signed the contract. They made sure I got to keep my car at the same price with the same deals. They helped me with a vehicle in my price range. They kept the payments under the max I wanted. I will highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends. When other dealerships said they wouldn t help me they said yes. I have never met such great guys at a dealership then now. I m so proud of them and thank you again for all that you guys did. I love my vehicle and I m forever grateful!

Pushy finance officers and sellers, site didn't care about some unresolved issues after buying car. Didn't return my calls. No complimentary anything. Usually they put scotch guard on the rugs and detail the inside. Offered water and chips

Not impressed! I told the salesman and sales manager what I was looking for and my price range. They presented a few options. After test driving they took almost an hour to get me a price. Well over my max. They just wasted my time. I won't be back.

Went for a recall service .. when checking in through the app it ask you to choose which services you would like they don t do anything that says included into the service just what you initially book for. so make sure they re going to complete everything you choose before discounting with your advisor and hitting submit on the checkin app because they re not going to be sure what your referring to that was the only problem other than that recall issue was fixed.

Mike in the Service Dept. was very helpful in setting up my appt for new tires. He found specials for me so I could save money on the 4 tires.They were very efficient and did an excellent job of replacing my tires as quickly as possible. The waiting area was very comfortable and clean . They even had snacks, tv and games for kids.I would definitely recommend White's Auto Mall for any service you might need on your vehicle.I especially recommend talking to Mike for any info you might need.

Always professionals, keep you informed and apprised of the situation. My Jeep went in for a major issue, that unfortunately could not be fixed (cost/age not reasonable for me). They didn't charge me on the diagnostic and labor, just material cost were applied. Dustin even helped me when I had questions about other cars (I needed something affordable), I honestly felt like I was in good hands even when the outcome of my Jeep was not so good.Thank You Dustin and White Auto Mall!PS - Did you know that a check engine light can mean 1 of 170 issues! I do now!!!

I retired and came back to the area and started getting my oil changes at White's Auto Mall (to include purchasing a vehicle here), and I've noticed a recurring issue. They never call to let me know when the vehicle is ready; instead, they wait for customers to come and inquire. This lack of communication can be inconvenient, especially when you're waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. It would be great if they improved their notification system for a smoother customer experience.

I am giving Madeline a 5 star review for the service received on October 9th. Although it took the scanned documentation that I provided and 6 hours of waiting to confirm that the U-Connect system did indeed need replacement, Madeline consistently kept me updated and had her driver take me to Panera for a lunch break. She made sure that the parts were ordered and checked to confirm that the extended warranty will cover it. Aside from the U-Connect issue, I will also need to visit Lyon County offices tomorrow. The license documentation that I received yesterday is incorrect. It has the license from our previous vehicle listed as current. It is not.

It was such an awesome experience at Sisk Auto Mall!! All staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The salesman JOSH MANN was the absolute best as usual!! I have been buying cars from him for years and will continue to! He made the process as painless as possible. :) Each and every person I met at SISK made me feel at home! Would definitely do business again! Best car buying experience yet!

Every employee I came in contact with greeted me, assisting me or not. Every question answered. My RFID light came on the next day. Called Whites automotive, the young Lady I spoke with stated , Bring the vehicle in at your earliest convenience. RFID reader fixed. The supervisor asked me to bring my car back to get it fully detailed for the inconvenience. I replied, It wasn t necessary things happen however the young lady asked me to bring my car in, leave my car in for they made the mistake. white s automotive would have a loaner car for me, because it will take half a day to detail it. That s what I call service!!

I haven t had my car from this dealership even 6 months. I have had to put a starter, fix my own Ac and bracket on the front driver suspension so the grease would stop coming out. They don t check the cars as they say they do. The management care more about losing money then actually helping the customer. Bad business hope they do better in the future.

All around the service was great! I just moved here so it was my first visit to get my Jeeps oil changed and I usually have to wait a couple hours at other dealerships to have it done but they were quick I was in and out in about an hour and usually they tell me it s done and walk away but Mike my advisor came out and talked to me while walking me back to check out. I will definitely be back, thanks for the great service!

Don t do business with them Murray the service department manager is a clownnn!!!! My right back tire came off on the freeway and could have lost my life I just picked up the vehicle from their dealership He wasn t concerned about my well being at all.. Tried to cover it up and said it didn t happen their. And also recommend my insurance could fix it.

Today, I had the pleasure of purchasing my new vehicle with an amazing salesman, (Tyler Vincent). He went above and beyond what I expected. The process was great and he was very thorough with explaining all the information needed. Other than being a great salesman, Tyler Vincent is a great person. My reasoning behind 4 stars:Experience 1. 2 StarsExperience 2. 5 StarsExperience 3. 5 StarsI had Dustin as the service person the last two times I took my vehicle in to be serviced. Here's what I liked:1. He returned my phone calls2. He explained the service3. He waited on me quickly when I entered the garage4. He called me when the vehicle was completed and was knowledgeable about what had or had not been doneEvery time I have taken in my vehicle, issues were resolved with the van.

Mark Scobee was the best!! I highly recommend him if your looking to purchase. He was very knowledges about financing and was very honest with us. He never once push us to buy. Not to mention he got us the best financing thanks to him I m loving my new Jeep Cherokee 2020!!!!

I used to RAVE about this dealership s service department back when it was Sisk Auto Mall. Since it has become White s, the service has gone way down hill. I have been sitting in the waiting area for over 4 and a half hours now for them to fix a recall on my Grand Cherokee even though I scheduled an appointment. They were not expecting me because my appointment did not show in their system even though I received a confirmation email and text. The service advisors told me they are overbooked and understaffed which should not be my problem.A few months ago my husband came in due to a check engine light, they wanted to charge him even though the Jeep was only a few months old. That appointment also took way longer than necessary.I m disappointed that a service department could go from being so stellar to what it is now. I will be taking both of my Jeeps elsewhere for future needs.

Tony in the service department went well above and beyond to assists me. My car broke down Friday and was towed into the dealership. He went above and beyond on a weekend to make sure my car was not only fixed, and running, but so selflessly stayed well past closing to ensure my vehicle was properly taken care of In time for my upcoming trip to see family! I drive 30min from Clarksville for a reason; this dealership is full of wonderful people, and top notch service! Thankyou Tony!

We suspect the sales manager was employing a classic ploy to apply pressure on us to buy by passing through mentioning the wife of one of the salesman's who was interested in buying the Honda. Our mistake was not insisting he give us the same deal he would give the salesman's wife. LOL

My husband was there for 3 hour getting services and a new tire. The tire was put on backwards so he had to go back on Friday and white s offered to nothing a little gas a little money off the service. And the service Melanie. Needs to have several classes in customer service

The dealership I bought my car from sent my vehicle here to be fixed because they couldn t fix it. Told me my car just needed to be reprogrammed so they did.. check engine light back on, sent back to them and told me the dealership I bought it from broke a wire and they replaced it for me.. check engine came back on, sent it back and got told that the mechanic didn t think the wire was the actual problem they continue to try to figure out what s wrong with it and think they have an idea of it. (My dealership thought they kept using them for money so they sent it to another shop for another opinion) since then I have asked if I could get all my paperwork they have on my vehicle while they had it.. took them TWO WEEKS and multiple phone calls and text for them to get back to me. They have terrible communication skills.. I for the most part had to contact them myself to get info while they had my vehicle. I went through 3 different service advisors. Madeline my second advisor didn t seem to have much knowledge of my vehicle every time I called about it. I had to contact her manager to get info on my vehicle. Mike was my 3rd advisor he was a lot more helpful and knowledgeable and kept me informed as much as he could. But it also seemed their manager wasn t communicating with him either on information.

Was in the process of buying a vehicle and spoke with my bank and the interest rate wasn t what i was told it would be and then proceeded to call the salesman and apologize that I wasn t gonna be able to purchase the vehicle and he got an attitude with me and hung up
