DONT USE THIS COMPANY! They will take months to fix your vehicle. They don't care if their problems cost you more money. Customer service is like talking to a 5 yr old.

Malcolm and West Kentucky Collison is a top notch service provider! We were traveling from IL to FL and a deer jumped into our van outside Hopkinsville on a Friday night. Who knew body shops were closed on the weekends. Thankfully WKC had an emergency option on their voicemail, which rang straight to Malcolm. He went above and beyond to help us on a Saturday, his day off. He made us feel safe, informed, and comforted after such a terrible accident. Even though our van was a total loss, we would have entrusted Malcolm and his team to make all repairs without question. We will be forever grateful for his kindness, helpfulness, and understanding!

I brought my car here for some repairs since a lady had backed into it. They were super friendly, organized, and absolutely wonderful. My car was ready a day early and it looks fantastic! I loved the text updates that I received. Thank you so much West Kentucky Collison for taking care of my car quickly and properly.

I appreciate all the great customer service that I got from the whole office. If I had a question they had a answer. Everything was explained to me from the first day and time I arrived for them to fix a fender bender, which looks like brand new by the way. They are truly great and professional people. I will be using them again if I have too. If you need body work the are the guys. I highly reccomend anyone to use them the results of your vehicle is going to be like brand new.

They dont like using trexis which is the oInsurance i had so i ended up going to Superior Paint and body who did a phenomenal job on my car

I brought a car that was wrecked on the side to Malcolm. The car needed an alignment and he never got one done. The car needed an alignment so now there is damage under my car and ruined my tires. As a collision specialist, Malcolm KNOWS an alignment was needed to be done. He did not do his job! He didn't even check for damage under the car! Then had an attitude when we told him about it and wanted to say wear and tear. He basically said we was trying to stick him. This ain't a first for him. He didn't put screws back in to my sister hood of her car before then blamed her friends when we told him about. MALCOLM IS A JOKE. DONT GO TO HIM AND GO TO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I took my car here for an estimate to repair scratches on the body from hitting a curb. Malcolm used touch up paint and covered the scratches right there on the parking lot at no charge. I appreciate his kindness and honesty. I will definitely recommend the services of his business to anyone needing auto body repair at a dependable, honest facility.

Not a good place to take a newer vehicle. Started off well then their workmanship showed they do not have skills to work on new cars. Picked up a ready Vehicle only to take straight back as paint was a mess full of specks under the clear coat. Paint runs several places. Panels did not line up anywhere near what they should have. Just bad work. Not sure how the vehicle even was ready . Took back only to get sub par repairs again. Now the paint had swirls everywhere after they wet sanded the clear coat. The body panels were made to fit by bending the panels into a not good fit. Absolute disappointment. Maybe our vehicle got a new guy.... will never recommend this shop to anyone. My vehicle has to go to another shop to repair the repairs. Our insurance sent us here and they will not again. Found out after the fact of another person with the same issues of bad repairs and having another shop fix the repair shops bad work.

I took my vehicle here through my insurance after an accident, I've also worked in a body shop so I know the ins and outs he immediately started lying to me he immediately told me that I couldn't get quality parts put back onto my vehicle he proceeded to tell me he would do the job a certain way and then failed to do so he failed to finish the job correctly he failed to finish the job accurately it did not repair all of the damage from my accident my vehicle is now at another shop through my insurance getting redone. You're supposed to be honest and fair and treat everybody's vehicle like your own and if that's how you treat your vehicle you are a sad person.

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had. I took in my 2014 Dodge ram 1500 with damage to the left front end. I finally got it back and the left steer tire is 2 inches further back than the right side. I tire rubs every time I turn to the left. I took it back up there and they wouldn't even walk outside and look at it

I will NEVER use this company again. Thanks to them my car is no longer street legal so I had to go purchase a new car which came with a payment. I had my car paid for by the way! Thanks for the great lesson

Horrible customer service, the owner is a liar, kept telling me my parts were in backorder from dealership. When I called the dealership they said they could have the parts in two days. This facility supposed ti be a USAA Star facility, smh.......Honest opinion

They found more damage on vehicle than the adjustor found. They made sure to get the funds to fix my car properly. Definitely recommend.
