I took my SUV out to get a oil change and the individual that changed my oil broke my engine oil filter housing on my BMW. (Not to mention he closed my engine oil cap extremely tight as well) I had to get it towed due to it overheating and leaking massive coolant. All they had to say was they didn't know how to properly do the oil change. I had to go buy my oil and filter as well. I called to speak with someone and I had me wait hours and have been transferred a million times. I spoke to the Caucasian lady with glasses over the phone and she hung up on me. I will be up there with the original part to get compensated. This is not good customer service and I won't be back. Not even for tires. This is extremely out of hand. I want HR or Corporate. This is insane. I wasn't thinking this would happen. I should have just waited until Monday to go to my known certified shop instead of going to Walmart tires on a Saturday. (Mar 19.) I come out here with everything proving the man that worked on my truck messed up my oil filter housing, they told me to come back up here with the part and when I got fixed and now the manager on the floor is trying to argue me up and down when I have paperwork to prove it and the original part. They took an entire hour plus coming out to address me. I remind you it was just done in March. He did bring someone out with him and he did speak kindly to me. I'm adding a star for his politeness.

Unprofessional and disorganized. At no point will you spend less that 3 hours at this location no matter how busy. You will spend at least two hours watching the tech staff gossip and laugh instead of actually working. Management does not care in the slightest, and does not like the elderly.Go somewhere else for service.

They told me when I came in it would be a 2-hour wait to get tires it took over 4 hours. I will never come back here to service one of my vehicles.

Called Sunday evening to inquire about availability of a tire and if I needed to make an appointment- service tech said they had the tire and no need to make an appointment, just to show up at 7am and they d take care of it. Showed up at 7am and was told there weren t enough workers, to come back at 9am. Came back at 9am and was told there weren t enough workers and to come back at 11. The clerk in the Auto Care center wanted to give excuses instead of just apologizing, and pulled thsob story and the world doesn t stop moving. I expressed my displeasure the way anyone in this situation would, said it was effing ridiculous. It s Walmart, surely they could have called someone or worked something out. After speaking with a manager and discussing the grievance, the clerk s MOTHER messaged me on Facebook asking if I cussed her daughter out for something beyond her control. BEYOND unprofessional of that worker to call her parent and tattle, and have her reach out to me on Facebook about it. The only good thing was when I called to report that interaction to the store manager, he profusely apologized.Service: Tires

Came just for a temporary tire to be put on a rim. Every time we bring a tire they find a small flaw in the tire and say they won t put it on. Our car is currently on a old spare that s about to blow and we told them we just needed it so we would make it to an actual tire place (which we d have to wait till the next day anyway because it s Sunday). Took the tire and rim in but after 20-30 min called us to say they refuse to put it on. We ve tried three separate occasions with three different tires. One time they have put one on, as long as the one old guy isn t there, they re happy to do it.

Jamie and her crew are AMAZING!!!! After having my appointment canceled at another location, Hopkinsville got me in on a Saturday with no heads up! I was very happy with my tires but more importantly with my service. Associates were helpful, understanding and just all around the best! I still need 2 more tires soon so I know where I'll be coming back to. Thank you all again for being so helpful!Service: Tires

I needed four new tires because my tires were 3 years old. I asked when the best time to go was and got there at that time. All of the staff was polite and busy getting to as many cars as possible. Particularly the tire center manager Jamie and Buddy were both spot on terrific! Thanks you all!Service: TiresService: Tires

The mechanics can get a whole lot done if they don t have to stop and wait on customer to write out a ticket and get the customer to sign in. I called the auto desk, because I seen a line of cars. Well I was told to get in the line and flag a mechanic and he will check you.

The operating hours need to be updated. I had an emergency and had to be towed to the Walmart tire center. I chose them based on their hours. They were closed to my surprise. I had to stay an extra day in town. The service was fine and they got my issue handled in a timely manner, but don't count on them if you are in need of an emergency.

I would like to apologize about the slow wait times and the mess ups that go on about this Wal-Mart, the oil changes usually take 30-45 minutes per vehicle for mornings we usually 1 tech working on 2 cars at once and 1 tech working on 1 car at a time before more techs come in and techs come in at different tires, walmart automotive does appointments for tires and batteries Monday through Friday the times are 8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm oil changes are first come first serve everyday tire and battery services on weekends are first come first serve. On tire changes 1 tire take 25 minutes to change, 2 tires take 45 minutes to change, 3 tires take 1 hour to change and 4 tires take 1 hour and 20 minutes to change and the reason the times are like this because techs are making sure they are getting the work done correctly without any problems. We are here and always happy to help and if there are any problems we are happy to assist you with it please be patient with us and we do apologize for any and all inconvenience and with any reactions we give you as the customer We apologize. We appreciate your business and always happy to help.Thank you for choosing us for your services

Wait time was quoted as 3-4 hours, but the actual time to get two new tires was only about an hour and a half or so. Other than that, it was great service. They had all my vehicle information already as I had tires replaced at other Walmarts, so there wasn't any hassle filling out any forms. With the volume they do, they have new tires that haven't been sitting on a rack for years. Personally, I think this is the best reason to get your tires at Walmart, as opposed to other retailers.

Amazing Customer service was excellent. We got a flat tire and are from Illinois. They got us in and out as soon as possible. They were extremely busy and the only place in town that would help us get back on the road so we can make it home

The tech that waited on me was wonderful! He answered my questions and helped me find important information about my car that was unrelated to my tire purchase. The tires are great and so was the service!

Made a appointment at 9am to get new tires that I ordered from Wal-Mart put on. It's 11:45 And they still not done. The guy working on my car is standing around talking. I will no longer bring my car here. Horrible service. Only good thing I would say is the guy at the desk was very helpful and nice

Service was absolutely horrible. Saw technicians standing around out in the bay areas on their phones. There was absolutely no sense of urgency at all. Waited over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Cashier was very rude as well. The manager was not friendly at all and seemed like he didn t want to be there. I do not recommend this place at all. I

Not organized at all. People honking when you pull up because some guy says one thing while another says park here. Then the tech with a pad went to check in another car that came after us. So I got out and went over and stood next to the tech as he was checking in a customer and was never even acknowledged or spoken to after several mnutes Someone else gets our business for a simple tire rotation.

If you can afford to be serviced somewhere else...PLEASE DO!!!! The lady who waited on me was all over the place. I think she was in Disneyland somewhere because she surely wasnt mentally at the service dept. Got my order wrong. Was quoted 3 different prices for the same service...HELP!!!!

Packed and nobody helped us. When they finally did they sent us inside and nobody was working the desk. It would of been 100 bucks just to fix our valve stem cores but it cost four dollars to do it yourself. Do not recommend.

They were very efficient this morning. Got 4 new tires out on my Granddaughters car. Only took about 1 1/2 hours from the time I dropped it off and there was 1 car in front of me. They did GOOD

Absolutely terrible. Dropped off car at 1030am to get tires mounted. They said it would be 2 to 3 hours. Called back at 230pm. They said 1 car was still in front of us it would be another 2 to 3 hours! Never going there again.

Waited for over an hour for an oil change, watched a woman stand and eat beside my car instead of working on it. Instead of helping the man running in between my car and another trying to complete the oil changes. She continued to sit and eat. Keep in mind I showed up right at 8 am ( her shift just started) and she ate the whole time I was there for over an hour. Will not bring my vehicle back to this place.

Got told that it would be a 2 hour wait for a standard oil change and if I was sure I wanted to wait. After the oil change, the very next day my car was pouring out oil because they forgot to either tighten or put the oil cap back on. Now I have oil all over my garage. Thank you.

Worse experience ever. Waited two hours to be told they couldn't get lug nuts loose to change my tires. I watched what must have been a new guy working on it, that had absolutely not one clue as to what he was doing. The lug bits were barely on there hand tightened, the lazy sob just didn't want to do anything.

The emo girl that worked behind the counter was rude as if she hated her job and found helping someone to be tedious. Ended up having to take the new tires I bought to someone else to have them put on because I was missing a lug nut. They find reasons not to touch your vehicle. Oh and I waited an hour for them to call me back there and tell me that they wouldn't put the new tires on. Lol

Front customer service can improve ... the wait times are atrocious... but once the car is in the work is really good... minus once that my steering "steering play issues" afterwards... the only time I ever had an issue... besides that the tires and all the help I got for all other items and help to pick out the correct gear was pretty good.

Came in on a road hazard that was a valve stem they had to replace that they had done wrong. I called early enough and they said do t worry about making a appointment just come on in. WE WAITED THREE HOURS. I will never buy tires here again. Sams club yes. This place no. Not to mention the tweakers in the waiting area. If you have any sense avoid this place.

Do not recommend having any work done on a vehicle at Walmart!!Assisted with an oil change on a family members car. Last oil change was done at walmart, it took a third person at an attempt to remove oil drain plug. Had to use a breaker bar to remove drain plug. Torque specs for the plug shouldn't exceed 25 lbs. of torque. Removing the lug nuts from the tire was easier than removing the drain plug. Walmart charges $50 for that specific oil change but has ignorant employees. A fifteen minute oil change in the driveway took an hour, due to the drain plug being over tightened.

Got there at 4:11 , I was told it would be one and a half hours, for a oil change , to rotate my tires and replace my wipers, it took three hours. I have always bought my tires and had my oil changed at Walmart, after today never again!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil changeServices: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
