My windshield got cracked, and I called me insurance company and filed a claim. The next day, they came to my job and installed right there on the spot! They were very quick and very professional! They communicated with me and updated me. I would definitely give them a thumbs up!

Came here to fix my windshield on my old jeep. Dennis was very professional, courteous and thorough during the install. He got me in early, too! He explained every step to me and even gave me some help with some lights i have installed on the jeep when I asked. He definitely goes above and beyond for his customers!Before and after pics

They don t pay attention to details. The plastic thing below the windshield which has hooks, one of those hooks was busted and that s why the whole thing doesn t sit in place. The windshield was not fixed perfectly. The lane detection camera wasn t mounted back properly. The camera has some specks of dust in it too. Safelite wasn t safe for my car.

Poorly trained techs. Brought a Peterbilt to get chips fixed. Tech didn't use a step ladder, caught tech standing on steering rod, told him to stand on frame. Tech stepped off truck trying to use wheel covers to stand on and broken them off. Refused service and took truck elsewhere. Don't use this safe lite location. Better off taking it to Clarksville where the tech's have better training. Also Dennis the shop manager didn't own up to the damages caused by his technician. Had to call Safelite to get the issue resolved.

I worked with Chris and Dennis. Both were wonderful. I was paying cash when Chris told me that insurance pays without going against your deductible and claims in kentucky. I'm from washington state where we have to pay because it did go against our deductible. He saved me 400$. I can't thank him enough. Dennis put my windshield in. He was very professional and did a great job. The customer service experience that I experienced with these 2 gentlemen was great!

My appointment time was for 9am to have my windshield replaced. I arrived and waited 5 min in the reception area before walking back outside and over to the bay to ask if someone was working the desk. After that, things got better. Of course, the toilet was broken (I even tried to use the plunger sitting nearby to fix it, but that did not help) and no paper towels to dry your hands after washing them. They made a mess inside the car and did not vacuum, they did not clean the glass thoroughly as I saw a great big circle imprint on it from the large suction cup they use to pick up the glass. But, they got me a new windshield and so far, no problems. I was previously informed that the time to complete the process would be 90 min to 2 hours. By 11am (2 hours after my appointment time) I was on the road back home. So, they got it done within the time frame which is always a good thing with me. Overall, I'm satisfied with the job they did.

I had seen chip repairs done by the company, and always thought they did a great job. I had a chip on my windshield after a rock hit it while i was driving home from work. I was not satisfied with the work they did on my car i feel like the chip is far more noticeable now. I plan to take it back to them to see if they could do a better job. If they fix it, I'll give them a better review.

Not the customer service advertised. I setup an appointment to fix 2 chips in my front windshield through my insurance company. Safelite called and verified and sent emails. Even reminded me the morning of with a picture and name of who to expect at my house. Appointment time was a 4 hour window. Like the cable company. Technician was supposed to text when on the way. The 4 hour window came and past. Guy never showed and never texted. Company never called to reschedule. Going to cancel the claim and have insurance setup with someone else to fix my window.

Not super impressed. Need windshield. Got appt like two week out. They call day before....tell me windshield didn't come in. Reschedule another two weeks out. I dumped them. Got window replaced 4 days later. Same company.

Excellent service. Had the windshield replaced, but had a small leak. Called the store and talked to the manager, took the car in and they removed the windshield and were looking to figure out why it was leaking, a piece of grass or something of that nature is what caused it to not seal right. Haven't had a problem since..

Edit: I gave them a second chance and they did a great job. Serviceman was friendly and did a very professional job. After this service, I would recommend them to friends.Original review: Serviceman never showed. After waiting through the four-hour window I called Safelite to find out the status of my appointment. He said he tried to call but didn't leave a message. He didn't bother to try and call again to make sure we, the customer, knew he was running late. We won't be using this location again. Because Safelite is associated with the insurance companies, they don't see the need to compensate the customer for poor service.

I went in to have a chip repaired, it took about 15 minutes once it was my turn. I was there for a total time of less than 30 minutes. The (only) man working there was polite and friendly. I recommend this place to anyone needing autoglass repair.

I unfortunately got a rock chip and crack in my 2016 Scion FR-S. A technician by the name of Dante was assigned to my case. Initially I was scheduled to have the service done at my home but due to work I was unable to be there. He drove to my work without any questions and completed the repair in approximately 30 minutes alot faster than I would have ever expected. They used an OEM windshield and you would never be able to tell that any work was done. In addition to the windshield the technician also cleaned and vacuumed my interior. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

Wonderful staff. I went in on 2/4/17 to get my windshield replaced. The man working didn't waste any time getting it replaced, and was very friendly doing so. I will be back. If you need glass replaced, this is the place to go.

My review will go to a five star when I figure out why I m not able to pull up your location when I m trying to schedule an appointment I live in Hopkinsville and I m trying to schedule an appointment for a rear glass repair on my Hyundai Santa Fe and the only location that comes up based on my ZIP Code 42240 is the Clarksville location on Ashland City Rd. and that is on safelites official websiteNot to mention there s no appointments available at the Clarksville location for upwards of a week I need my rear glass done tomorrow6/18/20

Installed new windshield 2 times before it stopped leaking. 3 time outer seal falling out and it s my fault. There won t be a next time.

Over priced and takes too long used worksman auto had it installed same day Safelite took two weeks to get windshield and was the wrong one
