Outstanding dealership in every way! The general manager, Gene, was truly fantastic! He helped every step of the way ensuring we were well taken care of from the minute we walked in until the time we left. Our salesman, Jason, was an expert in helping us chose the right vehicle, he detailed all the options that would fit our family s needs, and worked with us on our budget as we selected the best vehicle. Cortez, the floor manager, assisted as well explaining what could be done on our trade to make the transaction happen for us that day. They also have a gentleman by the name of Zach to explain all the details from the technical options of the vehicle and help set up your GM account including On star. The trade and new vehicle purchase was finalized by one of the best professionals you ll ever meet in their Finance office, Nate. He took good care of us and walked us through all the paperwork needed to take care of our family and our new vehicle. Each person on the team cared for us like we were a friend they had known for years.Gene has a great team at Patriot Chevrolet in Hopkinsville Kentucky! My husband and I purchased a vehicle here and it was unlike any other dealership we have ever been to. They treat you like family and ensure you are fully satisfied. All the staff was professional and helpful. Our salesman James was amazing. The general manager Gene took time to meet us and help us personally and he was very hospitable and hilarious. You could tell the environment was very chill and they were all so eager and willing to help. I would not only recommend this facility but we will only buy from them going forward. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Don t go anywhere else this in the only place I have found that truly cares for you and your family not just your $$

What an amazing experience I had with Patriot Chevrolet. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, understanding and very patient with my husband and myself in making our decision on a vehicle. Especially Janel. Big thanks to all the employees who were also just as kind and helpful Billy, Tim and also Nate! We felt comfortable and not pressured or forced into buying anything. Bonus, they do courtesy checks too even after the purchase to make sure we understand our vehicle and everything it has to offer. Also to answer any questions we may have. Great dealership to work with. Purchased a new Yukon, was slightly nervous not seeing the vehicle in person but purchased over the phone since I live 5 hours away. It was the easiest buying experience ever. The delivery driver was very courteous, and the salesman did great over the phone.

Update 3/28/24--Just was contacted by manager and they are making things right. Will have to change to 5 stars.I bought a used 2021 SUV late evening of 3/26/24. The next morning we noticed 2 things wrong. 1st -1 daytime running light is burned out and driver side seat handle is broke. I let salesman know that very next day and he asked manager and he said the manager said, they sold it completely gutted, no warranty. Which is fine but this was the very next morning and I would think the manager would say, we should've caught that with inspection before selling it and have nothing really to do with a warranty. Not sure who the manager is but they aren't professional at all and with something like that, I won't be back. As far as the salesman, he was really great.

My husband, Eric, & myself had such a perfect experience buying our vehicle from, Katherine at Patriot Chevrolet.Once Eric had went to Patriots website & completed the credit approval info, (which took maybe 2 whole minutes) he was contacted within the hour & Katherine did all the hard work for us.My favorite part of the car buying experience was the customer service... from literally everyone at Patriot Chevrolet. Starting with Katherine & her incredible behind the scenes magic, my husband & mine only major challenge was, "do we want this color or that?" All paperwork, details, ... boring stuff... it was all printed, highlighted, ready to be signed by the time we got to the dealership. (Truly amazing!)I also want to thank Nate in the finance department. No one likes talking about money, credit scores, & income to total strangers. However, Nate was relatable, knowledgeable, & hilarious. It was refreshing to work with someone that didn't make us feel embarrassed about questions, but rather explained the answers before the questions were asked.As for the rest of the team at Patriot, from the moment we walked in the door our experience felt genuine & exciting! It really seemed like everyone invested at least a few seconds of their time to welcome us, congratulate us, & just shared in our overall excitement.To sum things up, I highly recommend Patriot Chevrolet & if you don't have a sales person, ask for Katherine... she is seriously amazing!Vickey & Eric Barnes

Update edit: I've been back and forth with the dealership about the issues and it's been challenging they have been pretty chill just trying to get them to hold up there end is a total nightmare of a run around if you thinking about using these guys to get a new car do a full inspection of the vehicle they want to sell you, do a test drive and don't sign anything with out reading it fully it saves headaches laterOriginal post:My guy Peter sold me my truck cool dude, but here's where I'm pissed off I got lied to hard and this place keeps trying to screw me over, the sold me a truck I thought was pretty clean thought I would be getting a good deal but when everything's said and done I'm gunna end up pay more then 3 times what this truck is worth... the facts they told me this truck had been thru the shop and looked over as it was a previous trade in it's the only reason I bought it cause I honestly thought these people where genuine and I've never bought a car of a dealship before... I leave with the truck the front ends wobbly check engine lights on and it's idling rough, try to get it back for a service they charge me 128 bucks just to do nothing but look it over which was how I found out they sold it to me under a as is clause and now I find out the truck had been in a wreck and I'm paying 21k for a wreched vehicle 37k after the loan... and they never gave me the car fax this truck isn't worth 21k it's barely worth 15k... these people are a joke and con-artists I should have reviewed this place before ever going but I guess I was in desperate need of a new vehicle and these guys could tell that

This was by far one of the easiest, hassle free vehicle purchases. I called the dealership this morning, spoke with Janel Adkins, & she was able to assist me through the entire process via text and phone call for the purchase of my GMC Sierra.Edit: I am back the very next day purchasing a matching Acadia from Janel Adkins, & the service, ease, & experience is just as excellent.

Patriot Chevrolet in Hopskinville , Kentucky gave me a great experience. Our sales representative was Quan Webb went above and beyond he worked with us and gave us the best deal that other Chevrolet Dealerships wouldn t. Also Nate Henry the finance accountant was amazing and fun to work with. Made the experience smooth and fun. I have never been so pressured into buying anything like I was that day. I even asked for my own car key back and the sale lady refused.I can in looking for a barely used car, and she shows me a wannabe station wagon, knowing I would turn that down.I've been watching FB, and you guys had no problem selling used vehicles to others. Am I happy with this vehicle? no not at all. Now I'm stuck with something I did not want.Also, I kept telling her I can't afford those payments. She she grabs a banker guy to run his spill.Thanks for making me feel like I'm going fail. I can not afford this vehicle, and she is a awful lady. I've regretted it since I drove away from that place that day.

First of all my car was not serviced on 3/11/24. It was serviced on 3/9/24. I sat in the waiting room and could NOT watch TV because they could not find the remote which they claimed was locked up in the managers office over the weekend. Really?I got home and realized they did not give me page 2 of my bill so I don t know what they did to my vehicle. Unhappy with that day of service. I would like for someone to send me page 2 of my service bill so I can have for my records.

Well. I don't like giving bad reviews, but I must be truthful of my experience. I had purchased a used vehicle from Patriot Chevrolet and thought I had gotten a good truck. From a reputable company. HOWEVER! I drove off the lot to go home the truck had a hiccup in the motor, which made me nervous. I took the truck back to the dealership and asked them to take look to see what could have made the issue. They stated that there was nothing but a bad sensor and it was nothing to worry about. I stated that having issues THE MOMENT OFF THE LOT is not a problem one should have from a certified dealership! Well I drove off and went to work. On my way home. It gave another hiccup and worried I had just bought a lemon. When I got up and went to start the truck . NOTHING! Wouldn't start. I called the dealership and told them and they told me to take it back to the dealership well I had to pay for the tow and it sat there for about 2 weeks. got a call I was told the fuel was broken and needed to be replaced. 1,428$ !!!! I've not put 300 miles on it not even made my 1st payment on it. I spoke to the salesman gave me the runaround. Got transferred to the service department same runaround. I spoke to the finance manager and was told nothing we can do or will do! Your truck your problem. I asked if they would even help me with half of the bill .NOTHING. I Haven't even driven it 3 days I've only sat in it 4 times.. you would think they would help since I JUST BOUGHT THE TRUCK in short my opinion. Very poor businessmanship. TERRIBLE customer service I DO NOT recommend this business buy your vehicle somewhere else. I know I'm not the only person who's had vehicle problems the day they they have bought from them...buyers beware!

I'm very happy with all the personnel I encountered at the dealership. All seemed very professional and I really appreciated how Gene handled his crew. I would of liked to have had a better go over of the vehicle and it seemed very dependent on my having a smartphone and also forking over my bank card # to Onstar. I was not impressed with that 'only this way' format. I did not opt to continue with Onstar in that moment as I was under the impression I got to try it first without setting up auto payments until after I got to try it. I have no owner's manual with the vehicle that I can find anyway and that is disappointing as well. It's hard for me to dedicate to more money right after I just spent the most at one time I ever have please understand that. Can I get an owner's manual or does it too depend on Onstar?

Cortez, the sales representative my wife and I worked with yesterday was incredibly helpful. He was very patient with me despite the incessant questions and probing I was bombarding him with. This man went as far as offering his own food to my pregnant wife when she complained about being hungry. Having a negative equity of about $8000+, Cortez and Chris Castro worked their magic to absorb the entire debt, got us a brand new truck with positive equity having traded in our Tahoe. These guys are incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful and helpful ;would recommend their services to anyone (with a good understanding of car sales -do your due diligence as a customer) everyday.

My truck was basically held hostage from me. I drove in at 11 am and didn t get my keys back until 6 pm. Just going in to test the waters not only to be harassed by a banking manager trying to sell me a 65k truck that had obvious front end damage. But to also say no and ask for my keys numerous times and just be ignored by the staff. At one point I thought I was gonna have to call the police to get my keys back.

I have bought several vehicles from Katherine. I give her 10 stars. Cynthia in the service dept. She s very rude. When she s wrong about something she s unprofessional and yells in the phone being very rude. She really needs to go to a rage room or something. Even the other employees who work there have told me to stop dealing with her due to her having a bad attitude. I bought a 2023 of last year which I have been having problems with the radio blacking out, volume not working, static with music and gps, while in drive my backup camera comes on. I ve been having problems with my key fob since day one. No key fob detected or my car won t start or shut off. I bought the vehicle new, it came with one key fob. Cynthia said in order for the vehicle to work right two key fobs have to be programmed due to newer model vehicles needing two key fobs to work properly. Keep in mind I only received one key fob when I bought it and they said it would cost me $269. for a new fob. This will be my last vehicle purchase from Chevrolet of Hopkinsville.Update:Still have to pay for a second key fob that I never received when I bought the vehicle new. Switched from Cynthia to Nick and within 2 weeks got my new radio and recall done. One year later and Nick got the job done in two weeks! He is very professional and kind. He knows how to treat his customers. I give him 10 star's

Well, this business is doing a promotion right now that is kind of confusing... Read the small print on the scratch off, because I guess it tells everyone they win a prize. I went thinking I won a $2500 cash prize (which would have been so useful after a PCS move from Colorado)! I went and verified online if I won and was led to believe that yes, I won the prize. I called the establishment before I drove 30 minutes to check if it was a scam, I was led to believe it wasn't. Small print is important, folks - you aren't going to win the prize you think you won! But the staff was friendly and definitely ready to refinance/get me in a new car. Since mine is paid off, I'm not quite interested in that - but I did get a chance to win a nifty $2 - unfortunately I spent more on the gas to get there, but hey: ya win some you lose some. Read the small print, haha!
