My starter locked up right after purchasing oil for my Nissan.The employees have been super helpful in my delima from jumpstarting to working with me in getting a part I need. I think O'Reilly's should acknowledge these employees for going above and beyond.

The staff are always very helpful. They have a tremendous amount of knowledge to share with the customers. I've noticed a pretty good jump in cost in each item. That's why it's a four star. Great place to go though. Will still frequent O'Reilly Auto parts.

There wasn't enough help in the store.the girl behind the counter was very nice.i had called prior to visiting because they had a better price. But once I got there she couldn't find the part in question, so I ended up paying more for the same part I could have from there competitors.

I went in there to buy an adapter for my trailer hookup from the flat phosphate hook up to the round six position hookup walk-in sit at the clerk do they had something like that he took off went right to it and we looked around for about five minutes before we found the right one he fixed me up these people are great for the old man working there with white gray hair and white beard he's a little shady sometimes just kidding

The staff were nice and knowledgeable. The management were able to help answer questions as well. Picked up brake rotors and cleaner for a good price. Thanks O'Reilly's! Only con is the place could be a bit cleaner.

Stopped in because my fuel filter casing became loose. A young man named Dustin went the extra mile to ensure I had the right tools. This is why I trust Oreillys. Great team!

Super great parts store they have access to just bout everything you need in auto parts an one thing I like about them is they are open till 9 in the evening. Get off of work an still ha e plenty of time to get my parts

Perfect place to order parts for ur car, they usually have in stock, if not they can order it, usually there in a day or two. Every make and model they can get u the part u need. Don't matter what year your car is. Check it out.

Jason at the hopkinville location is rude and unprofessional. I had to goto corporate just to get a headlight warranty replacement because Jason is an idiot. Take the extra 20 minutes and goto clarksville.

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst auto parts store I ve ever been to or called. The staff is rude and degrading! I wouldn t go here if it was the last auto parts store in the state! I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone EVER.
