There is nothing I can't get from this store! I am betting that Robbie Pollard has found a way to accommodate each and every customer within 50 miles of his store. Can't go wrong going to Buy-Rite first. When you do, tell them that Will Adams sent you.

Hometown ppl that go above & beyond 2 help get what u need & their knowledge of parts, tools, ect.. is wonderful! Great 2 still have locally owned family business that care about you & your needs. These ppl never disappoint when your not sure exactly what you need, they will give 110% 2 get it right the 1st time

NAPA has always been my go to store for most of my chainsaw and small engine needs, in general. No more! The chain has lost it. The customer service experience consisted of telling me, the customer, to go find the screws I need for my chainsaw. An entire wall of screws to go through. Not that hard to look it up in your system. Two associates were present and no help and only one customer, myself. The big guy with the beard? You know you were wrong and should be ashamed. If you don't want to help a customer, then clock out! Or quit! I simply exchanged a few words with the associate, and walked out with my chainsaw, with no screws.

Great place to buy parts. Very friendly. Jeff Cansler really goes above and beyond to get everything I need so Tht I can keep my truck and trailer safe and in good repair. Thanks But-Rite!!

From out of town and needed a fuel filter for my truck ! Was broke down couple miles from thier store and they brought me the filter and got me going ! Will give my business to napa from now on as I called the other 2 box auto stores and they wouldn't deliver to me ! THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE !
