Incredible work! Alex is a top notch mechanic, very thorough and informative. I was referred to him by a friend and I will continue to refer him to others. I can't say enough good things about him and his work. HIGHLY recommend!4 days ago I considered him top notch ... After days of begging him to come finish the job on my car, I had to have someone else fix it. Don't pay him until you know for sure that he's completed the job. All I asked was for my axle nut to be tightened (it was less than 20 foot pounds) and my brakes bled. Disappointed to say the least....

He's a honest down to earth young man. He knows what he's doing and fix my friends car for a reasonable price. Had good conversation as well. We will be calling him in the future. He just earned 3 more new customers. Thanks again..

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had them do work on my Diesel engine, people please do not let them touch your Diesel engine Vehicles!!. They came out twice and both time was 4 to 5 hours later than appointment time. The last one was 1130 at night to so call finish the job and they did a very poor poor job. I couldn't check everything because of the time. And paid then to get them out my yard. The guy said he left his receipt book when I had been asking for receipt of work , for two weeks no reply , said they would email it to me got nothing. I had to get another business to do the work right.

Awesome guy's!! I called Mobile Masterpiece left a message. They returned my call in a timely manner . We discussed what i was needing done and i was quoted a price based on our conversation. Mobile Masterpiece showed up fixed my problem. As a small business owner myself I can appreciate a Company that comes through does what the say they can. I will definitely Recommend Mobil Masterpiece and will be using them again for my Automobile repair needs. They got our work truck back on the road !!!!! Thanks Guy's

This guy is very inept at what he does. He didnt even know my batteries were 6 volt. Almost burned them up when he put the cables on incorrectly. Took 2 days to get him out here. He said the first day it would be about an hour and a half before he was able to come out. He finally responded at about 1 am. Said he'd be out after church lol. Next he texted he'd be leaving in about 45 minutes 2 1/2 hours later he called and said he was 30 minutes away. In about 3 hours later he showed up. Charged me 360 and told me my batteries were dead. After loading these heavy batteries into the car I took them to the battery place and they tested them. Told me they were fine. DON'T CALL THIS GUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. THANKS A. J. FOR RIPPING ME OFF.

I Bought a starter for my truck and couldnt get it off, so I decided to call a moble mechanic to replace it for me, he was at the tip of the list and I'm glad he was, he put the starter in but the truck didnt start, after he charged the battery it started. There was a rattle he figured out what was wrong he even drove me to the store to get more parts truck works great now I highly recommend moble masterpeace (alexander) he is amazing.100% will go to him for my next repairs. Also was a very reasonable price!

My daughter was on her way home from kansas, while her husband was deployed February 7, 2020 to South Korea for his military duties. And she had broke down in Marion, Illinois. She had called mobile masterpiece the guy had given her a quote of 300 to come 2 hours and diag. Of the car. Well he had arrived at 9a.m and made sure my daughter could get to Atlanta, Georgia. I am very proud of what Alex had done, and thanks for your time,( BUT I would like to have the socket back for her car, if you don't mind) (since she did buy it).. lmao.. but she made it, and now we can get the real problem fixed. Thank you, you didn't have to come but you did, you were the only one that would. And to me being in the business with my husband for many years, that says a lot for a company especially when a loved one is on the side of the road.. Thanks again Alex !!

was supposed to have fixed my car then calls and tells me it s something that type of vehicle doesn t even take/use! couldn t get in touch with him for a while then had finally gotten in touch with his wife who gave me the run around. she was very rude! horrible customer service skills and not professional at all!

Called for service, told me he would be at my place in 45 minutes to an hour, almost 2 hours later he never showed, never called, never texted, so i messaged him and he tells me he broke down. He could of called or texted me but of course he lacked any common sense. Cancelled the service, and i advise folks in the area that need service to call big daddys road service.

You were right, after diagnosing further i found the hole in the engine behind the starter. I could not except that the vehicle went from driving with no problems to being hit from side and motor blowing. My apologies.

Very fair prices and the work he did was phenomenal.. I feel at ease knowing I never have to be worried about being stranded on the side of the road.. mobile masterpiece is a life saver

This man tried to steal our four wheeler and plus he tore it up even more... I wouldn t let him work on a tricycle. He is very dishonest and he will say he knows what he s doing .... I honestly wish I could give him no stars and he also didn t give us our money back either .. so if your planning on getting your stuff fixed hereWARNING: DONT

If it was possible I would give Aj no stars at all he is not an honest person and he does not do good work he has had my vehicle for five weeks went to pick it up and it has a broken windshield and he will not give me my money back

No professionalism the young man tried to steal my engine and have my car crushed big conn artist and scammer I just caught it in time luckily the man that towed the vehicle could vouch and we were able to catch the young man (Alex) in a LIE.
