I had to have my truck towed today to a repair shop (a month after buying it from a dealership) and called Merciful Towing because they had good Google reviews... and they didn't disappoint. Their receptionist Antoinette was incredibly nice and professional, and she called exactly 10 minutes before the scheduled towing time as promised. The two men, one named John I believe, who loaded my truck were professional and friendly as well. It was clear they took pride in their work and made certain to try to not damage anything and double checked each-other's work in securing it on the flat bed to make sure it was safe.Would definitely recommend!

Had a malfunction with my truck so I called Merciful Towing. The dispatch team was very thorough and friendly, they immediately sent their heavy driver Nathan and he got here in about 30 minutes. Very kind and professional, he was very careful with my rig and the quality of Mercifuls work from start to finish really lives up to their motto "exceeding expectations"Thank you for taking care of me and my rig, will use this company again and highly recommend them, especially since they are available 24/7.

Had a tire go flat and called for service, lady on the phone very nice and sent a driver my way. Nathan Taylor showed up ahead of schedule and was very professional. He walked me through the whole process of how they do everything. After changing my flat my car wouldn't start, once again to the rescue he gave me a jump start since he was already there and assured me he wouldn't leave me stranded on the side of the road. 10 out of 10 recommend.

When my car was damaged recently, I called Merciful towing and they definitely exceeded my expectations. The dispatcher Dan was empathetic and worked quickly to get help on the way. When my technician Michael arrived he was dressed in uniform and the tow truck was clean and in excellent condition. He wrapped my damaged window to keep my interior dry and prevent the glass from causing damage. The impound manager Shane was very knowledgeable and reassured me that they would take care of everything with my insurance company. When my repair was delayed, they kept me informed. From start to finish they made a stressful situation more comfortable. I ll be sure to call them if I m ever in need of any roadside assistance.

Merciful Towing is very professional, friendly, and maintains new equipment. They show up on time, work carefully, and are very knowledgeable when it comes to all different scenarios. Towing, winch outs, recoveries, wrecks and more. Light duty, heavy duty, and even things other people won't do. Give MERCIFUL TOWING a call and they'll Exceed expectations!!!

This service saved my life the day the semi ran over me at work. One day I was coming back from lunch and a semi decided to run over me when he thought it was his turn to go on the street so the service had to come and rescue my poor Camaro, which I no longer get to drive I wasn t very happy with their price but their service was well worth the money they got their quick they were efficient their trucks were clean their worker was clean and he was polite. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I have known the owner of this company for several years. We first met in the military and then served together in law enforcement. Luckily, I have never needed a wrecker but I can attest to the character of the owner. You will always deal with a friendly, open man that truly cares about the customer getting treated in a professional manner. You will never find someone with more integrity, morals and the belief in always doing what is right. There is very few people I trust in this world, but Matt Riddle is a guy I trust the most. Even back in our Army days, he talked about his dream of running a wrecker service. Through hard work and countless hours, he absolutely made his dream a reality. If you find yourself in need of a wrecker service or any services he offers, you aren t going to find anyone more caring of your needs and willing to give you the best professional service around.

When the unexpected situations happen in life it can be very frustrating. My car would not start leaving work with no one I know close I went to google. I found Merciful Towing. Dispatch was very friendly and informative. They provided me a detailed work order then sent me a link for easy payment. My driver Roque arrived quicker then the estimated eta given. Not only did he arrive quicker he was in a very nice and clean tow truck he was also dressed professionally. He also talked to me very politely and didn t leave an uneasy feeling I ve had with tow companies in the past. Roque had me back on the road in no time and even found the reason my car battery died.. I left a light on in my car Needless to say I will always choose and recommend Merciful Towing for any towing or roadside service needs.

Merciful Towing is a 10 out of 10. If you need a car, truck, semi tractor trailer or pretty much anything on wheels from light duty to ultra heavy duty towed or recovered. Call, they will get you taken care of! They also have a 50 Ton Rotator for all those things not on wheels you need lifted and placed either on a trailer or wherever!
