I've called this business twice in the last 2 weeks to inquire about potential sales. They have yet to return my call.Edit: just to let you know that it has been over a month since I initially tried to contact the business, and they still have not called me back.

I have had 2 Toro Self propelled mowers. They are the best I ve ever had. Lawn Cutters services them and when our 12 year old one was wearing out we bought a new all wheel drive Toro from Lawn Cutters. Starts easy and mows smooth. Good Folks to deal with.

Bought my mower there back in 2013. Used them for annual service but won't anymore. Put two blades on wrong (spacer in wrong place) did not replace the horribly worn blades and my oil filter came loose after a few hours of mowing. That could have been a real catastrophe. Fortunately I always check the oil etc. Left messages for the owner to do the right thing and maybe cut a discount, never heard back from them. They won't be getting ANY future business from us.

This place never fails to disappoint. When I first bought my mower it leaked all of it's hydraulic oil out in my garage. That was the second day I owned it. I had to pay for the replacement fluid (should have been under warranty). After they "repaired" it, it was returned to me and was completely oily they didn't even try to clean it off. Since then I have tried to minimize my business with them. However, I have tried to buy mower blades from them a few times. First, they never have them in stock, and I use what is the most or second most common blade size. Last time they ordered the wrong size and I didn't realize it until I got home. While I was there, another gentleman was upset with them because his mower would not start the first week that he bought it from them. Something is clearly lacking at this business, they need new ownership or management. Scag mowers are great and they are lucky to be selling such a strong brand, otherwise they would be out of business. Any future Scag purchases I make will not be from this place.

BUYER BEWARE complete trash.. i tried to do business with them over amazo. do not buy from them online. get sent the wrong item, send it back and then they refuse to refund or replace the part with the correct part. spoke with a lady named leana or Lea or something like that. she was completely unprofessional, rude, and sound like from her they run a very disorganized business. asked to speak to the manager or owner and she laughed at me and told me they were not here right now and you can't speak with them anyways. I hung up. that's ridiculous

This is a great company for repair and purchase. They're reasonable on their prices they're willing to work with you their honest upfront and straightforward their staff is helpful courteous respectful and they always return your phone call or call you with questions concerning your equipment. Their prices are fair. I recommend this place to anybody looking for a good lawn equipment at a fair price with great customer service.

Absolutely horrible place to service your mower, took it for warranty work they give you all kinds of excuses why they can't do the work, finally I got the call to go pick the mower up and half of the work was not done, I left it there, they called me that same day 2 hours later to go pick it up.I will pick it up and ABSOLUTELY NEVER go there again for anything and spread the word on the lawn service community of their incompetency.so sorry to give them 1 star, they take no negative numbers.

horrible absolutely horrible customer service. my mower went in and they didn t keep me updated on what was going on a simple fix turned to two weeks. they are terrible at their job as i constantly have to bring things back for the same reason that they supposedly fixed. overall horrible company

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We purchased our first riding mower with April s helpful assistance. We couldn t be happier with our purchase! We highly recommend Lawn Cutters to others!

Mower in for clutch and been there 2 months.Can't get them to communicate with me as to progress of repairs.Now when I call it comes up with this number is disconnected or out of service.Extremely frustrated with LAWN CUTTERS.Take your equipment somewhere else and you will have one less headache.

Stopped in to purchase a low end commercial or high end residential zero turn mower for my home. I looked around, sat on, researched and compared every hustler raptor model on the floor. After 45 minutes of "shopping", I left the store without a single employee speaking to me. I do not plan on returning to lawn cutters.

Best place for husqvarna equipment which is, by experience, far better than stihl. Field tested for 27 years. Husqvarna has out lasted stihl in my tree business 3 to 1. Also, excellent selection of mowing equipment and other recreational small engine equipment. Great friendly staff as well. Give them a shot for your next small engine purchases for husqvarna, hustler mowers, and more.

I purchased just last week a Hustler Raptor SD zero turn mower with a 60" mowing deck from this company.Excellent salesman, Answered all my questions and concerns, even let me test drive one. :) Very happy.Purchase it, they delivered it on time.I mowed about 2 to 3 acres with it. First time I have ever used a zero turn or any mower as big as this one. I noticed there was a little more vibration in the mowing deck than I expected. Kind of like a blade out of balance. They picked up the mower and checked it out in their shop. Turns out nothing was wrong. It was just me not being use to running such a big beefy machine. They returned it next day with no charge. Very happy. Excellent service and support.Highly recommend this business for all your future lawn equipment needs.I will probably return to buy a few more smaller bits of equipment like a trimmer etc..

I bought a mower from them and didn t even have 120 hours on it and it blew up I took back to them and month went by and didn t hear anything back had to go over there head to to get a response so they gave me a new mower not a month later the throttle went bad got a new throttle it went bad and every time I call I don t get an answer or when they are pose to call me back they never do they will never get my business again

Horrible customer service, they go under the seller profile lcpower1 on Amazon. They said I could return a part, made me ship it to them (which I paid for) and then emailed me to say they refused the package.Do not do business with!

i ordered a throttle cable for my string trimmer. picked out listed one for my model. but when it got to me it was wrong. called your customer service and the lady was like yea its common to send wrong parts .if your online listed parts are not the correct parts then you should fix that huge waste of my time!!!!!!!!!!

close to early got out there at 4:02 they closed at four don't get off work till 3:30 so had to go to lowes so be sure to take off from work or go at lunch cause they seem to have bank hours and they have pretty knowledgeable parts people but you are definitely gonna pay for it they don't mind charging list price
