Excellent place to do business with. Great selection and Michael and Adam work with you to get you riding. Tommy is by far the best Service Manager I've known and gives you a great run down of your new ride before loading it up on your trailer or riding away down 41A. I'm on my third purchase from them and I'll be back. Thanks JPM!

One year ago I took my 2012 Polaris Ranger in for a spring service and when I had maybe four hours of run time the engine locked up. I took it back to JPM to see what happened and When Tommy checked it he discovered that when the oil and filter was changed oil was never refilled. They immediately took ownership of the error and not only did they replace the engine at no charge they refunded the labor charge for the initial service. It s very refreshing to know that honesty and integrity is at the forefront of management and I will be a loyal customer forever.

This is the type of motorcycle shop you want doing the job. I broke down 30.miles away. They dropped everything to come get me. And they diagnosed the bad battery and got me back on the road. Family owned and operated. Come here! Skip the others!

My new wife and I were traveling through Kentucky, when we got a flat tire on our motorcycle. Michael and the guys at JPM Performance Powersports took better care of us than we could ever dream. Not only did they get the tire fixed, they stayed late to do so. We were really treated like family here. You can genuinely tell that this is a kingdom company ran by a Kingdom family. I highly recommend them and will be back to see them soon!The Prices

Love this place. I drive over an hour just to get service here. Indian service is way outta wack on price , 178 clams for a scout bobber twenty oil change. Yikes !!! From now on I ll do it myself. All other service needs they perform. Great staff from the sales side to the mechs. Very professional and friendly. I m not gonna hold them accountable jacked up oil change price. But I will call another dealer to see if it s an Indian thing or not.

First time in an Indian dealership. It was cool to see them. Was in there for a Yamaha r7, but to no avail. Also looking at a ttr-50 or ttr-110.

These guys were AMAZING! I just bought a used Piaggio scooter from them and it is perfect. They went out of their way to make sure everything was squared away for me. They kept me updated about my loan status and even filled up the tank of my scooter before handing the keys to me! I can't recommend them enough!

JPM is a 3 and half hour drive for me but they Had the bike i wanted in the color i was looking for. After getting there everybody was super nice and very helpful so i came home with a new bike. The service department is absolutely the best and its worth the drive. They installed the stage 2 cam kit and fixed a small electrical issue that I was having in a very timely manner.

A++ dealership here. Hard to find good Yamaha dealers locally so this drive from Tennessee was well worth it! Very laid back and no rush environment, easiest buying process I ve had in a long time for power sports. Big shout out to Shane and Michael for everything. Glad I tracked down an R7 here! Will be back for more Yamahas.

We have bought two Indian Roadmasters from Ryan in the last three years. Out of curiosity we priced bikes at a different Indian and they couldn t come close to the deals we get from JPM. We have developed such a friendship with the guys and gal at JPM that we would never buy anywhere else anyway. They are super honest and are just good people. Tommy is the only one we trust to work on our bikes. He is just that good. We give them five stars for sure.

CHANGED MANAGMENT!! FIXED PROBLEM MADE MONTHS AGO!! Wonderful knowledgeable staff hooked me up on the who what when why on my toys. Great family environment they know me when I walked in and fixed I problem I since forgot. Helped restore my breeze.

This business has a good selection of inventory, and is a nice facility. But the level of rudeness, is unprofessional. Anyone that enters a business should be at least treated with respect, and shouldn t have to experience attitude nor should they be laughed at as they are walking away.

Clean store with a wide variety of outdoor products. Knowledgeable employees. If you like motorcycles and ATVs you should definitely see what they offer.

Shane (sales) and Mike (Owner) were amazing. Shane walked me through the whole custom ordering process, so I received MY Indian; exactly as i imagined it. On top of that, the team were more than happy to hold my bike while away for a prolonged amount of time training. VERY military friendly. This was probably one of the best buying experiences I've ever had, and will definitely recommend JPM to my family, friends, and other Soldiers.-Chaz(Fort Campbell, KY)

These folks are FANTASTIC. Chris got me in at the tail end of the day for new tires on my way to Sturgis. Tommy stayed a bit late to get me taken care of and wouldn't even allow me to tip him. I can't express my gratitude enough.Do business with these amazing folks!

I walked in to the show room with cash in hand and no one greeted me. When I asked to test ride a bike I was told I couldn't because there were a few puddles on the road from rain earlier. I guess I won't be purchasing a bike from here.

Honestly I would steer clear and stay away from this dealership. I am an avid long distance rider. I was 10 mi away from this dealership and showed up at 9:00 a.m. when they open. I had an exhaust leak and needed a new exhaust system. One of the managers or even the owner himself not sure who he was said I'm sorry there's nothing we can do for you. Didn't check in the back didn't see if he had an extra exhaust system or even a pull off exhaust. Just simply said sorry there's nothing we can do for you. But then I called the Indian dealership in Nashville and without hesitation was told to come in and we will take care of you no problem. Drove an hour and a half to the Nashville Indian dealership to receive some of the best service I've ever received from any dealership. Hopkinsville Indian dealership is not a place you want to go if you need repairs or upgrades they have four customer service and could care less if you're traveling across country.

Excellent service dept. Got service done on my 2019 Indian Chieftain Dark Horse Saturday 3/5/2022. Was in and out in no time. Very friendly staff. They make you fell at home. Thank Guys for taken care of me without an appointment.

From the second I walked in it felt welcoming and no one was trying to push me into buying a bike. Which is different from many other dealers. They answered any questions I had. Ryan was very patient and worked with me a lot. Im happy to be part of the Indian owners now.

Great experience with the service department. Also gave me the hrads up on riding the Indians tomorrow...definitely great customer service...Even better update. The repair on my bike was done ahead of schedule and the technician stayed a bit late to change my grip out. They are eventually going to sell me a scout 1901...can't wait for that day.

I was passing through riding my 2018 Scout with my husband who owns a Chieftain. We live near Lexington, Ky. I decided to stop by and simply inquire about tires for my Scout because From day one of purchase I bought From another dealer it has numbed my hands, and has ridden like a tank . I always said I thought it was he Tires! I have heard all kind of excuses! But today I had good honest dependable people , including the owner , who also has hands on in his store solve the issue and explain and show me and give me a great price on a set of new commander 2 tires and get me right in and complete a recall in less than two hours. I am very grateful and Reccrmend this business for best work and prices on all.We arrived home after a 550mile ride today and my bike was amazing. Blessings to all who worked with me and who worked on my bike. You showed curtesy, kindness, and professionalism all day. Thank youConnie and Roy

Used to be a good place do get mechanic work done. Recently I have on 3 different occasions tried to bring business to JPM and felt as if I was a burden to them when I called or showed up. Hey if they don't want my money there are plenty other places that would be glad to have it and smile when I hand the cash over. Owner is a great guy but he needs to get his staff in check before they run more people off and no one comes back.
