Had a flat that I needed fixed and my spare swapped over before I drove an hour out of town later tonight. No questions asked they got me in immediately and were super kind. Will definitely be back here. I appreciate the customer service and professionalism from this shop.

Wild cat chev quoted me 950 for a new shift cable when I brought it to Randy s they originally quoted me 500 for a shift cable, but it wasn t even The shift cable that was the problem it ended up being a smaller fix that only cost me $100. They literally saved me from getting scammed and saved me 800$

Called earlier this morning to have my battery check and they got me right in. Was only there for half and hour and had my battery changed and they even changed the battery in my cars key fob due to it showing low. Great place to go and they have always treated us right.

Randy's automotive is the place to go for vehicle repairs. Excellent customer service, honest and reliable. We took our vehicle in, as suggested by the manual, and he did a check and addressed what needed to be addressed. No extra work was done to make an extra dollar. I was pleased with the very reasonable price as well. I recommend him to everyone I know and will continue to take my vehicle there.

These guys are legit! No fuss in and out. Will go the extra mile to get the job done. Work completed on 1998 Suburban 2500... Front End Redone, Oversized tires mounted and balanced, wheel alignment, and steering box replaced all work done at a very reasonable price. David has my business as long as live in Hoptown!

We love this repair shop. We have had to never take our vehicles back for any repairs they had performed. Good, down to earth people. This is the only auto repair shop I recommend to people, family and friends.

We've tried four different mechanics since we moved to Hopkinsville, and Randy is by far the best. Very skilled, honest, and competitively priced. I appreciate the fact that they will tell me if the cost of repair will exceed value of the car. If Randy's can't fix the car, he will refer you to someone who possibly can.

It is the best , honest and good.. when Randy owned it, now the new owner is no where near good and honest. He always seems to have a chip on his shoulder. Randy was always smiling and pleasant... Not this guy.

Its now called Indian Hills Automotives. Under new management. Same bunch of folks running it. Good experience with them on a Friday afternoon fixing me in and getting my repair done. If there's any problems they can usually work around it.

Best place around! Tires, batteries, and if there's a wait... they let you on own up front! Personally we prefer to wait, if at all possible.
