Amazing staff.They went above and beyond to resolve my issues and took the time to explain the difference between the two choices.In my opinion was a little pricey but hey what isn't in today's world.The facility was clean and easy to navigate.

Hopkinsville Huston is the best place to go for John Deere and Stihl needs/wants.I frequented the other Huston near me.Believe me when I say the Huston in Hopkinsville is extremely more professional and curious.

Sold me a Lemon for a tractor...defective from the beginning. It is in more times for repair than I can count. Nobody is replacing my unit but they have excuses for everything. No followup unless you go in person. Will buy from a competitor who cares.

I recently purchased a zero turn mower from Hutson and I could not be more pleased with the transaction. I worked with Tristan Dixon who provided first class service throughout the entire process. Tristan was willing to go the extra mile in every way. He coordinated the shipping of my mower to Florida with ease. He was also very fair on price and responsive to my phone calls. In my experience, service like this is very rare today and my hat is off to this A+ business! Just wish we had one in Florida!!!

It has been over a month and am still waiting on my lawn mower. When I dropped off was told it would most likely be week till it was looked at. Took 10 days. Was told it would be done in a week when we agreed to the repairs. It has been 3 weeks every time I call am rd the parts came in that day and it will be ready in 2 days. The service department it full of liars and this place should not be trusted

I had a really great experience. The salesman was very patient and took his time with me and didn't rush and showed me all the models I wanted to see and answered all my questions.

Not to bad talked with a guy in sales a about trading in my mower and asked wat for low hour mowers they got and he said he don't know but he will go check and call me right back never heard back from him I guess making a sale wasn't on his top priority list
