The before and after photos show the amazing job they did repairing my car! It looked like the damage never even happened once they were done. I can't stop smiling, I'm so happy to have my car back. Everyone there was so helpful throughout the process. They answered all of my questions and explained the process and what to expect. I highly recommend them!!!

Just had my spoiler installed on my 2016 Scion tC. Monica was so sweet & very professional! Dustin installed my spoiler. He did an amazing job! I love it so much! They were super friendly, efficient and great work! Would go here again for all my car needs. If you ever need work you can trust go here!

They did a great job with my 2018 Ram laramie longhorn. Had to replace frame and most of the bed after being rear-ended. They were sure to check every detail. It took a while given supply chain and parts. But used only the best parts and tried to go above and beyond to make up for any little hiccups along the way.

First I would like to thank Brad and Faith for customer service above and beyond. If either one of them tell you they will call you back you can believe them because they will. I am sure the whole shop is trying hard to make the best of a bad situation when it comes to getting parts. From what my husband says (he works in auto manufacturing) it is close to impossible to find people that want to work. This has affected many businesses. Brad kept me informed I m a timely manner. Faith is super kind and polite each time I speak with her. I know there are many others behind the scenes. They all are excellent at what they do. My car has been went over with a fine tooth comb. I can rest assured that it is safe and repaired by the best in Hopkinsville. Thank you for everything. I've with them for 6 months due to my vehicle that was recovered after a theft. Let me start by saying every single staff member I spoke with was polite, kind, courteous, and compassionate. They went above and beyond to help me get everything taken care of even when the insurance company was being a pain and the challenge of me being from Louisiana.

I absolutely love this place, took my vehicle here for some insurance work when I was rear-ended. They are very good at what they do, I had made a list of all of the issues that I had seen and they picked out all of the issues without me saying a word. They are very thorough in the work that they do and when you get your vehicle back it is detailed inside and out. I would highly recommend this business for any collision work that you may need or even if you need a good touch-up on your vehicles paint job. All of the staff was super nice and took the headache away of me having to deal with the insurance company. Thank you Hopkinsville Collision Center.

I was recently in an accident and was in need of major body work on my Chevy Cruz. Hopkinsville Collision Center came to my rescue!!! They worked quickly and efficiently and made the repair process so easy! They worked with my insurance company and made sure that I was taken care of. The staff at Hopkinsville Collision Center turned, what would have been an extremely stressful situation, into a painless and easy process. When I got my car back, I couldn't even tell it had been wrecked!!!! Thank you so much, team! You're all amazing. I was told that if I chose not to replace my headlight then they would put that amount towards my deductible. I thought awesome . I go pick up my car and they said they ordered the headlight but it came in broken so they just buffed out my old headlight and guess what.....I still had to pay the deductible (minus $40 for the buffing) for the inconvenience. My biggest problem is that I had no idea about the change in plans. I dropped my car off thinking I wouldn t have a deductible. Communication plays a BIG role in customer service. Never again!!!!!!!

A 2019 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid operated by the Tennessee Nashville Mission of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints had severe scratches in the rear passenger-side door. Two of our missionaries living in Hopkinsville took the vehicle to Hopkinsville Collision Center for an estimate. Rather than give an estimate, HCC buffed out the scratches and sent them on their way, all at no charge! We definitely will use their shop for all of our future body work.Service: Body & Trim

They ordered a front bumper in March and we still didn't get one but they charged the insurance company for one.
