Just bought a Kubota zero turn with Kevin Meacham and he made things seamless. We were able to do everything but sign paperwork over the phone and I even brought a mower to trade. Very easy process and glad I went with them.

My husband and I purchased a customized Kubota tractor from the store in March or April and did not get delivery until months later (Kubota s fault for not building it to specs and listing options on their website that were apparently incompatible with our model tractor). Communication with the salesperson wasn t the greatest at first (called several times during the process and was told by the front desk that I would receive a call back and never did) but eventually it got better after management stepped in. If you want to know what s going on, it will take several follow-ups to get any meaningful answers. The company was kind enough to loan us a tractor to get our immediate needs taken care of while ours was being worked on. After delivery, we discovered several hydraulic lines were not properly seated and hydraulic fluid was leaking all over our property before we discovered the issue. Rather than take it in and have it fixed, my husband fixed it himself to save time and the hassle of transportation. The company gave us a couple of jugs of hydraulic fluid for the issue we had. I highly suggest ensuring that all hydraulic systems work without leakage before taking possession of any farm machinery that you buy from here, especially if it s a custom build. Overall, we are satisfied with the purchase but customer service and mechanics could use some improvement.

This not a retail customer review, but a review of the shipping and recieving dept. Matt in Shipping and Recieving was very professional and able to help me out of a bind, while delivering a skidsteer this week. He went above and beyond. I just wanted to leave this, because I would guess these guys seldom get much recognition. Matt deserves it! Thanks to Matt for his help!

Great place to learn about tractors they have my business from now till the day I die !!! I also bought a tractor today and it was a great experience thanks Ethan and Tabi !!!!!! You two deserve a raise .

They ve made it to three strikes and I will never use them again. First they put me into a tractor that was way too small for my needs. Second was when I tried to trade it in and they tried to sell me something I wasn t asking for to offload their inventory again. I went elsewhere across town. The last time was a repair of a part that they said could not be repaired. They ordered an expensive replacement against my account without asking first. I repaired the part in two hours in my garage without the proper tools. Use this place at your own risk. They just want money - not customer satisfaction.

I am a woman and have experienced nothing but top notch service here. I dont know anyone who works here so I m just another random person in the store, which leaves me wondering if the other woman who are complaining are used to preferential treatment? I m not sure but I have been to this location 3 times and have received help in a professional and timely manner. I was very pleased with the staff, they didn t talk down to me and where very helpful in answering questions. That being said they do get busy and you have to wait your turn no matter what your gender is.

Called this morning to inquire about a 4ft rotary cutter. Have one in stock, a little higher price than anticipated but everything is. Drive the 1.75 hrs to get there to be told they don t take debit cards because me might dispute it. Cash and CHECK only. Could you not have said that on the phone. Waste of half a day.

Regretfully bought a tractor and several implements from this company, and have had nothing but problems with both the sales and service departments. To quickly summarize my experience:-My brand new tractor didn t have any hydraulic fluid in it when I brought it home. So I was unable to use it for the first few days. Took off work early to meet a service guy who never showed up. Once I finally got someone out the following day, the tractor was close to a gallon low, and now my pump is extremely noisy even after adding the fluid. This is an unresolved issue.-Upon picking the tractor up, I was given one key, and apparently a different attachment than what I had ordered. Almost a month later, they inform me the service department had given me the wrong attachment, and mine had not come in yet. So now they want me to deliver it back to them although it was their mistake, not mine.-The mower deck was not installed correctly and needs to be adjusted to use the lock function.-The salesman I had the displeasure of dealing with had no more knowledge of their products than I did. In fact, he had sold me an attachment that was too small for my tractor and I had to inform him of this.I regretfully paid the Hunt family $30k for a tractor I m not happy with. Unbeknownst to them, I ve cost them well over $50k in business by sending friends and family elsewhere for Kubota products. And I will continue to do so while they continue to conduct business like this.SHOP ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR TRACTOR AND MOWER NEEDS.

I drove up unannounced and randomly met with Daniel Ingram. He was awesome! He asked the right questions as far as what I'd be using my mower for and answered all of questions with great confidence. I ended up buying the Bad Boy ZT Elite 54" and after 2 weeks, I couldn't be happier.It was a great experience dealing with Daniel and I love my new zero turn. Thanks, Daniel!

These guys really need to learn how to drive out here. In a company truck speeding and trying to race people. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Get a grip before you kill somebody

This review is for the H and R Agri-Power in Hopkinsville, KY., where I purchased a belly mower pulley belt for my 2400B Kubota tractor. I came to discover that it was not a Kubota OEM belt. The belt nor the packaging was labeled Kubota. The belt was labeled Mitsuboshi. I went online and discovered that I could buy the exact belt for $30 versus the $79 I paid at H & R. Needless to say I felt drastically overcharged. I contacted H & R's parts manager and explained the situation. He said he would contact his parts distributor and get back to me. I contacted him one week later, yet still no answer. It has been over two weeks and no answer is forthcoming.The reason I purchase products at H & R is to get OEM products, not after market products at OEM prices.This review is a warning to H & R customers. When you purchase OEM parts at OEM prices, make sure it is truly OEM. If the part and packaging do not have the OEM brand name , then be sure to question it.Randolph Olson

be careful ordering parts from these folk ordered a key for $2.45 received in few days i was charged $30.25 shipping dont mind paying reasonable price dont like being ripped off!!!!

Bought a Tractor from them it run 1 time then quit and costed $2,800.00 to fix. When. I talked to them they told me it was my problem that it was bout as is.. Do not do business with this company. They sell lemons.
