Had a tire blow out in the afternoon and they were able to get me in next day to change all 4 tires. Staff was super helpful and got the job done in a reasonable timeframe. Would recommend to anyone looking to get new tires.

I have a mechanical problem with my vehicle. I went here this morning to have Raben check it out. The man at the front desk told me he did not have a mechanic on staff and did not want to talk about potential problems. He did not offer any solutions or follow up appointment opportunities. I think only a poor mechanic business are the only ones who don t have a mechanic working on a Saturday morning when they are open from 8-5 . Overall my customer experience was poor and their lack of offing any guidance, or help is why I am leaving a 1 star review.I went to auto zone down the street. They scanned it, told me I needed a pack of spark plugs, and an ignition coil. After doing this the problem was fixed. I am sure Raben could have done this, but their customer fulfillment expectations are seriously poor. I do not recommend using this mechanic shop.

I never had a issue with raben tires I love the work they did on my Ford Taurus, front alignment back in August 2023 and the price was affordable. I'll be back for my repairs very greeted with a smile and professional Thank You,

I was having a rubbing noise in my Jeep. They said it wasn't alignment problem. I got my Jeep back 2 days later and the noise is completely gone 10 out of 10 recommend

Didn't like only bc I just needed a tire plugged and they literally told me it would take 3 hours so I never even went to them

I went to superior paint and body for an alignment, they told me that my 2 month old lower control arms need to be replaced. They wouldn t do that alignment unless I let them overcharge me to replace them and then they would do the alignment. I went to put new tires on my vehicle and he said there s nothing wrong with the control arms. I went to raben so they could check it out and do an alignment and the mechanic told me everytbing looks new. Then they did the alignment and my car rides smoother and now I can save money on tires. Thank you raben.

Customer service was excellent, tires were rotated in a timely fashion, they also discovered a small split on my wiper blade which both were replaced. Will definitely refer this company to family and friends. Thank you for your service!

I genuinely can't tell if the people here are incompetent or just lying to customers. Went in for an oil change and to give my truck a check up. They give me a quote of $650 for new brake pads and a caliber on a single wheel and a new serpentine belt. I recognize how high that price is and take my truck to Coleman's out off Princeton Rd. Long story short: $214 for the repairs. If you do go here, at least understand going in that you need to be on your guard.

After finding a flat tire on my vehicle, I took the tire to them to get it fixed. They quickly checked it out, and explained to me it was damaged beyond repair. Even though it was getting close to their closing time; they located another tire at their warehouse, brought it to the shop, and quickly replaced it for me. I was able to get it back home, get it back on my vehicle, and get to work on time because of them. I have bought tires from them in the past, and will continue to do so because they always come through on service!

They are always friendly and helpful. The first time I took my 2010 Titan in they ask if I wanted to replace one of my fog lights. I knew it was out for awhile.I had a few others changing my oil before taking it to Raben and they were the first ones to ask about my light.I told my mom to go to Raben because the people she was taking her car to were charging to much. She got a good deal and friendly service (she went to Raben in TN).I tell my friends to go to Raben. I haven t been disappointed with their service.J Adams a loyal customer.

Service was excellent. I took my Envoy in for front brakes and waited while they did the work, 1 hour and 15 minutes later I had paid them and was walking out the door. They were very professional and efficient, great job Raben Tire. I use them for my tire and brake needs. They have always treated me well. Thx!

Not only the best prices on tires and service in town, but they even go as far as making sure that any coupons or rebate that is available is applied to your purchase to get you the best deal. I had four new tires and an alignment done and from the moment I walked in, to the time I payed, was in one hour! So I truly appreciated their hard work to get me in and out

+Tires arrived the day after ordering over the phone.+Customer service was nice and friendly.+They have a courtesy shuttle so you don t have to sit and wait.-Took almost 5 hours to complete the service. 4 tires and an oil change.2021+same as above however, service was faster this time. 4 new tires and out the door in a little over an hour..

We had a tire blow out on vacation. Swapped the spare and continued on our way. We dropped off both tires from the camper at Raben while camping, they called 2 hours later they were done and straightened the wheel also. Great service and reasonable price, Thanks guys.

The atmosphere was very calm & relaxing. The shuttle driver (4got his name) was very polite & talkative. Customer service was excellent. I was out in a short period of time. They were very courtesy and explained things ask did I have questions. Most Definitely will be going back the person that helped me was Andrew. At the Hopkinsville Kentucky location awesome crew.

Everything was fine as far as maintenance goes. They repaired my vehicle in a timely manner and were very courteous. The only problem I had was I live 9 1/2 miles away in Pembroke and I was told that the courtesy shuttle would not pick me up at my home to bring me to my car. Very inconvenient.

Clean facility and courteous staff. It has been about a year since I have had tires mounted and was somewhat shocked when I heard the total to just mount and balance 4 tires that I had purchased online. $160 to mount and balance tires just seems very high to me. I had to have it done and they were the only place that was available so I are the cost. I will shop around next time I need to mount and balance tires to find the best price. Overall, Raben tire of Hopkinsville is a good facility, just labor is quite expensive.

My family have been taking our cars here since we moved to Hopkinsville, my father especially since he travels a lot for business. The staff is always very helpful and able to squeeze me in when they have the time, and they know what they're doing. The only complaint I have is their reports they give with each check up. I replaced my tires last summer, and within two oil changes the mechanics said I should consider replacing them, when I hadn't even driven 6000 miles on them yet. But anyway, it's a great place with wonderful people and knowledgeable staff.

Went in for a flat repair this morning. Excellent and friendly service. I noticed they even adjusted tire pressure on all tires not just the one needing repair. Hard to find shops that do this anymore. Again excellent service.

They claimed to order tires for me 2 days in advance. When I showed up to my appointment they informed me the tires weren't there yet. After 2 hours of waiting they offered to put on a different brand, which took another 2 hours of waiting. I can only assume they didnt actually order my original tires, had someone run to another location to pick up another set. No one really seemed to care or explain what was taking so long. The place seems pretty poorly managed. The customer service employees were too busy having personal conversations to answer the phones that rang no less then 20 times. I'd choose any other business over them.

My car was working fine just went in for a simple preventative maintenance. Car has been acting up ever since that is directly related to the maintenance that was done. It took way longer than it should have with me having an appointment scheduled and they have feed me nothing but bull when it comes to why this happened. Don't waste your money go to a place with trustworthy mechanics who will get the work done in a timely manner without issues.

Had my car aligned there a few days ago. Took 20 minutes. Got in my car and it smelled like a total ash tray. The smell was so bad I had to go and get some air freshener to be able to tolerate the trip home. I really expected better from Raben than this.

My wife and I have been going here for almost twenty years and many cars ago. Again, great service. 4 sets of tires on 4 vehicles this year, getting ready for winter. Brakes done yesterday, 12-23-21. Runs like new again.Oil change, new oil filter, wheels balanced, and wheel rotation. 12-10-22

I've always done my own work, but my wife goes to Raben so she can have service records. Finally I needed some stuff done that I can't get to and they delivered. I'm very satisfied with the work and the customer service.

I bought four new Goodyear tires had an appointment arrived on time, thought I would wait at the store to have it done, 45 minutes later it hadn t been started, went and are in the meantime, But my real displeasure was when I made an appointment for rotation and check a slow leak in front driver s side tire, my wife took the vehicle for the appointment , which we live 40 miles away, and waited for a little les than an hour. She spoke of the counter person being on the verge of rude and not very helpful. When she returned home I realized the tires were not rotated and I called Raben and asked why they were not rotatated, and the response from your person said my wife didn t say anything about the rotation, although I clearly made it a point when I made the reservation. The counter person proceeded to lay the blame on my wife and not apologize for any wrongdoing on their part. He did say that they replaced valve stem, which I thought should have been replaced with the purchase of $800 set of tires. This will be my last purchase there

We had an air conditioning problem on a cross country trip. We were able to get right in and Jason diagnosed the problem right away as a actuator problem with the damper. Jason fixed the damper and then checked and charged the AC system. Through the whole process Jason explained everything well and took the time to do things right. This could have been a situation where we would have been at the mercy of a shop and could have been taken advantage of. Instead we were treated well, and were back on the road in a hour and a half or less for a very reasonable rate.

Was a walk in to have a leaking tire looked at on my SUV. Was told it might be awhile as they would work it in. Waiting area was comfortable, that hour and a half flew by. Very reasonably priced, great service.

The guys at Raben get it done right every time! Go see them for your next set of tires or an oil change. Don't forget they take online coupons as well.

I had a 7:00 AM appointment for an oil change. I was on time for the appointment. At 9:00 AM, I asked if there was a problem or reason it was taking so long. The gentleman checked and came back to tell me it would be ready in about 20 minutes...about the time it takes to do an oil change. I wasted two hours assuming they were working on my car. Very disappointed with the timing, but I guess they changed the oil okay.
