If I could give 0 stars I would. Now don't get me wrong VERY friendly but I bought 2 used tires and one of the tires was completely out of tread and the belt in the tire was busted so tomorrow I'm going to confront them about it.I took it to another shop and they said it was illegal to sell tires with NO tread at all.Like I definitely could slide my hand smoothly across the tire without any ridges. Plus the tire had a staple inside It. DO NOT RECOMMEND!the other tire shop said I wouldn't have even made it a mile before it would've blew out. I also told the boys working that I was driving 1 hour and 30 mins on it and they said it would be fine, I worried because I had kiddos in my vehicle. Thank god I got a second opinion!!Selling illegal tires !! Be Careful I don't want anyone hurt from the tires they sell to anyone.Now the air guy was the sweetest guy I've ever met. I'd definitely give the air guy 5+ stars! He definitely deserves a raise!

If I could 0 stars I would. This placeWas horrible! After I sat for an hour and half watching 3 people get taken care of that arrived after I did when the 4th pulled up I asked if I could be next because I needed to go get my mother , the guy had a complete meltdown! Said he would blow the place up and shoot me, yes he said he would shoot me! Didn't even do my tires right and refused to give my money back. This guy is a loose cannon. Steer clear!!!!

They were awesome so friendly, so respectful, & very helpful. I'm a single mother & needed two tires for my car & they took such good care of me & gave me such a great deal! If I ever have any tire needs again, I will go back there.

The family was respectful, and fast-paced. I was the 3 car waiting, and I was only there for maybe 30 minutes maybe 40. Tires aren't new, but they come as close as can be.

Scotts used tires is under new management. The FAMILY running it now are very friendly honest and willing to help with anything you need there price's are great can't get this kind of service ANYWHERE else in Hopkinsville. Thank you guys ill be back.

Great tire prices. Fails to tell you that it does not include balancing of the tires, he just mounts them. After leaving with the vehicle, had to return because of the horrible wobble in the front tires. This is when he informed me that "I've been doing this for 5 years and rarely ever have to balance a used tire and have never had any issues". Then called me a liar when I said that all tires have to be balanced when mounting on a rim due to every tire and rim being different.Take your vehicles elsewhere and have someone else do the work, as you'll still have to anyways when he's done with it.

Not a mean post.I purchased my used tires there yesterday(a thursday/because I'm broke!) One of the two was......not so contour to the road. Sounds like a truck riding down the road,but it's a honda civic! If they consider the weekend as inadmissible to my 72 hour guarantee I'm gonna be upset.Wish me luck

I stopped there yesterday in the pouring down rain to see if they could air my tire up. It was 3:30 when I got there. The guy said they were closed, even though the garage door was still open and workers were there. They gave me a hassle, which took longer than it would have to air up my tire. Finally the other worker asked him to turn the pump on. I wasn t asking for a new tire, or to even look at my tire, just to air it up.

Patched a tire that shouldn't have been patched and had to replace the tire a couple days later. I was told I would receive a refund by the owner but he was dishonest. He specifically told me he would have never patched two holes next to each other and I deserved a refund.

Good place to go if you need a spare tire or a tire just to get through till you get the money to get a new brand new tire just didn't have the size tire I need it so if you do get up there you have to get up there early before the good tires are gone if you're using a small small 4-cylinder car or something like that I think there's like a I can't remember size tires that was good but it was far forward Ford 4 cylinder in a it didn't have that tire I had to go to like six different places trying to get a tire for it

Great prices great workers fast workers and get the job done and they sure know what they doing and if a tire is bad they have no problem switching out with another tire and the boss man Scott is always willing to help someone out this place your didn't make a huge turnaround they are now changing brakes oil in small Auto Repair and prices are reasonable they also do Towing once again the old Dean J Tire Shop which is now Scott's used tires and towing sure did make a huge turnaround may God bless Scott and his workers

Quick service and courteous staff. Thought we were out of luck because they werent sure if they could break a set but bossman okayed it and back on the road we went! Much appreciated guys!! Also right off the interstate bout 2 miles. On and off

Honestly.... this spot looks Rugged... but you can not ... I repeat... Can not, get better service on your tires... other than PoBoys in Oak Grove... this is the Number 1 spot for tire service in hopkinsville.

Well the son of the owner should not be working there because he does not know what he is doing he literally put my tire on inside out where it says melt on inside on the outside and scratch my rims up and I just purchased this car three months ago so I will no longer be going back to this place ever again
