First off, Michael is a pleasure to work with. Lighthearted and happy employee.We arrived at the time stated because we were told they could get us in. After 40 minutes of waiting, the owner of the shop (I am assuming) was tending to us looking at our warranty but seemed more interested in helping out the 2 people behind us who arrived after us. He paused looking at the warranty and began helping others, After 25 minutes of waiting for him while standing at the counter, we grabbed our stuff and left. He was preparing the car bays for the 2 gentlemen behind us while we stood there on pause .

We are from Hartford KY and was on our way to the lake with our kids and almost had a blowout, they saved us. He even asked one of his regular costumers if we could go first so we could get to our destination. Very friendly costumer service and great pricing.

If you're in the market for tires and your in/close to Hopkinsville. Take the time and go see this company. It will be worth your trip. The owner took his time to make sure I understood what are the important issues when looking for tires. (Turns out there are many different factors to consider) My time invested with the people at Clearview Tires have paid off for me, not just understanding about the tire, but the information I now have. This makes my decision better for me because I have the knowledge. Have a great day y'all!

These guys offer a lot more than just your basic work and they are backed by warranty like you wouldnt believe. I can go on about how great my experience was, but trust me, give them a go and be amazed! At the end of them explaining all their benefits, I was made an awesome cup of coffee! Highly recommend to everyone and anyone! This will be my family shop! Thanks Clearview and all your employees for the awesome experience!

Place is horrible I paid almost 400 dollars for brakes that still squeak still after the job was completed. I've brought my car back 3 times since the job was done only for Bob the manager and his coworker Don to lie to my face and tell me they hear no squeaking. Bob is very unprofessional telling jokes instead of listening for my brakes while we ride smh ill never spend another dollar at this horrible establishment. They have reputation for being prejudice and I didn't believe it until now. They clearly don't want my business.Service: Brakes

The owner is outstanding in what he does. Very clear and detailed explanation as to the issue that brought me into store, and what solutions they offer and the features and benefits of each solutions. This is where I buy tires and related services. Awesome experience, go there and experience the best in town

Literally never has the tire you need in stock. Only time I've actually had service done, I had to supply the tire. And for the price it cost to just put it on. You're better off going anywhere else...

Fantastic service, fantastic people. Bob, the owner will help you with financing, road side assistance, or whatever you need. Yall really have to be careful, this people are sneaky with their words, They ll tell you is one thing then call you again telling you is another part but you still have to pay them for labor on a part that didn t need to be fix in the first place, till they fix your car (knowing what its wrong with it all along), before you know it you ll end up owing them $hundreds, they manage to get $500 out of me till i realize what they where doing they never fixed my car it still in bad shape. Im never taking any car to them!!

There s not too many places that still have core values of good customer service. Bob and his team did a great job on my new tires oil change and fixing the bulb on my truck. Couldn t have asked for anything more. I m now a life long customer.

I called about ONE tire. Spoke to Bob. Told him my issue. He asked if it was an emergency. Told him the tire was totally bald and had chunks of rubber missing. Sounds like an emergency me, but to him that s not an emergency and would not replace the tire. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANYTHING TO THEM.!

awful experience! i took my vehicle there a couple of time to get oil changes. they are suppose to inspect your vehicle well i knew something was wrong with my car and when they gave me my bill i asked if they did an inspection and they had to ask 10 different employees if anyone did. none of them did. when i asked if they could they mumbled under their breath and acted like they did not want to do their job. i rather pay more and get the service i need somewhere else.

IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD!! First time they set up appointment at 10am but didn t get to my truck until 2pm.... then took it a second time for additional work on tire and everything was fine driving home. Went to work the next day and on my way home I was hearing a noise coming from the same tire they worked on. After investigating the noise at home (just looking at the tire) I immediately noticed one lug nut on the ground and only two out of 6 lug nuts were tightened! I contacted them to notify them of this error, they responded by saying ok glad u caught it and hung up!!! A simple error or overlook could have caused serious injury or death and they disregarded their error! DO NOT TAKE UR CAR HERE THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THE SAFETY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS! I couldn t even get an apology for it!

Worst tireplace in Hopkinsville! Bob is absolutely unprofessional. He lectured me on tires for over 30 min and all their other services. Said that the tires i brought to get put on were a size to small for my vehicle. Tired to sell me a brand new set which they didnt even had in stock. Charged me 5$ for just taking down the tires and putting them back on.

We took our SUV there because had a missfire #3 cilinder.they charge me good money to fix it ,the light came back for the same issue then the blablablabla started ,they charge me again to tests the same problem I took it for...so I would not recommend this place sorry you just lost a good Customer ...

UPDATE::::: 9/5/18CLEARVIEW BENT THE DRIVER FRONT RIM(300.00) AND SO NEATLY WROTE BENT ON IT AND COVERED IT WITH GREASE. I WAS NOT NOTIFIED WHATSOEVER ABOUT THIS NOR WAS I NOTIFIED THAT THEY BROKE DRIVER REAR TPMS SENSOR(40.00) AS WELL AS SCRATCHING UP THE DRIVER FRONT RIM. ALL WHILE CHARGING ME 187.06 FOR WHAT?????? SO IM SUPPOSED TO BE 527.00 IN THE HOLE NOW?? NOT A CHANCE THIEVESI will not be using Clearview again. Appt set the day before for 9am day of. I recieved a call at 4:30 pm stating my car was finished all besides the rear tires being mounted and balanced!! 8 hours for a front end alignment, oil change, and 2 tires??????? Oh thats right. They didnt start on it at 9am like the should have...... No point in an appointment at all.The reason the rear tires couldnt be mounted was stated to be ..... We couldnt get the rear tires off of the rim because they arent factory rims....... REAR TIRES MOUNTED AND BALANCED THE NEXT DAY BY REPUTABLE SHOP COMPLETED WITHIN 20 MINS TOTAL..Come on guys???!!! What the hell is that to say ?? Thats the most absurd and riduculous thing ive ever heard. The rear tires are only 1/2 wider that the front. Sounds like someone didnt want to mount my tires because it was going to run into overtime.You guys lost my buisness for good.Randys Automotive is where its at ladies and gentleman. Two thumbs down Bob.

I just ordered a brand new tire from clearview and had them mount the tire on the rim and balance it and i had to pay almost $200 for the tire and for thm to mount the tire on the rim and balance it on thursday june 13 2019 and come Saturday june 15 2019 as i was driving down the road it felt like my tire was going flat and it was because some how something popped the inside wall and it was the brand new tire i just bought from clearview on june 13 2019 so come monday june 17 2019 i called clearview to discuss the problem and to see about having it brought in and having the warranty cover it and he tells me The warranty does not cover it and tht i dont have a warranty because they didnt put the rim on the vehicle itself but i was told tht if they didnt put the tire on the rim tht the warranty would b void and thts y i brought the rim and let them put it on there if they would have said thy had to put it on the truck itself for the warranty to b good then i would have let thm i mean hell i drove the rruck there on a spare tire and dropped them rim off i would have sat there and let thm do it but now thy say im out $180 and tht itll b another $180 to get another new tire put on tht rim again im not happy with this type of service at all and i will make sure tht anyone who knows me will not do business with clearview tires unless its the only option left

Needed an Interstate battery. Ordered one & it wasn't to be delivered when expected. TROY went to Clarksville to pick one up from Interstate battery delivery guy. Above & beyond in my opinion!

They cheated me. Advertised 1 price and charged double afterward! Found out later that they cheat a lot of people!
