The timing or fixing of my car was great! They had it done within a week. However I went to clean my car out after they repaired my window and there was glass still under my seats and mats that were over looked. They did offer to vacuum it out however I live about 45 minutes away for a 5 min vacuum. With it being glass they should ve been very thorough and done a complete detail or offered to do one before someone could ve got potentially hurt.

This was my first time using caliber collision and i impressed with the whole process. Got updates by phone and they fixed it in a timely manner. Will take all my body work there from now on. Thanks caliber for the great customer service.

The entire process was exceptional. I was informed throughout and the vehicle was ready really quick. I've seen other places not do so well in that aspect from friends. I will always recommend Caliber Collision.

Excellent job in repairing damage to our truck and they provide exceptional customer service. They repaired our Ram truck and Mercedes and both were also returned clean and highly detailed. I m an extremely satisfied customer and I d highly recommend them to anyone in need of bodywork services!!!!

The team is friendly and helpful. They finished my vehicle on time and kept me posted throughout the process. They also cleaned the inside! It was awesome. Big thank you to the team in Hopkinsville.

I read the mixed reviews on this particular location and was hesitant about leaving my car here considering that other Caliber locations produce high quality repairs but insurance didn't really give me much choice in the matter. I had to go check on my car and get some answers after they held it for over 3 weeks with no progress, a few of the rowdy employees were walking around shouting profanities and generally being unprofessional. I went next door to grab some lunch and saw several employees there eating and drinking margaritas in the middle of the day and then proceeded to return to the Caliber.I'm not sure I was ready to see employees there drinking and then going to handle customer vehicles under the influence in the middle of the day. If this is the behavior that Caliber collision encourages then I will pay out of pocket to have my car worked on somewhere else. There's still no progress on my car.

Can't say enough about how courteous everyone was at Caliber when our car got hit. They went above and beyond to keep us updated about our van and finished earlier than we expected! Highly recommend!

They will deny this, but they tried to screw us out of a proper repair job when my wife was rear-ended. They said there was prior damage with rust. They said they wouldn't touch it until it was fixed. We had to pay for a rental car for 13 days while we had the car evaluated by another body shop for over a $4k estimate when Caliber estimated at around $1.5k. There was damage to the BSM system and other places they weren't going to fix that were crucial to the safety of my wife driving. Not to mention, they broke a chrome piece on our window over 3 weeks ago and still haven't called us to bring it in to fix it. DO NOT GO HERE! Our insurance company even says don't go here! Other insurances recommend staying away as well. The only nice thing I can say is that when I picked up the, still damaged, car to drive it to another body shop, there was a very helpful and apologetic gentleman there.

Good work on my jeep but communication is poor. I was to receive money back for not replacing my topper on my jeep. Told 4-6 weeks to receive check. Did not receive check so I called to check on it. Guy told me he would find out and call me. That was a week ago with no call.

Great customer service! I had two updates a week at minimum. I knew when my truck had all parts ordered, when it went in for paint and when it was reassembled. Couldn t be happier with the end state. If you have an accident do not use this as your repair shop.I hit a deer last summer. Had a great experience with Caliber in Clarksville a few years back. Insurance changed so the Hopkinsville location was my only option this time.Truck was supposed to be done in a few weeks. Delay after delay happened. I only found out about the delays because I called them on the day the truck was supposed to be done. The service rep was incompetent and never called. How he has a job, I don t know.I had a TRD pro grille before hitting the deer. Caliber put a stock grille on because they said the TRD was on back order. I found out later it never was. They could have gotten it from a local dealer.I ended up moving and one of their Kansas City locations (after almost a year of waiting on the Hop town location) was able to order it.Over a year later I am still finding shortcuts and issues from their repair. The hood isn t aligned properly.I will NEVER let this shop touch a vehicle I own again.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I had just recently brought my vehicle to Caliber Collision to get quite a bit of body work done. It was a lot of work for them when they already had a full lot of vehicles to be worked on--a week and a half behind, and they had my vehicle basically in and out of their shop. They kept up with great communication by always giving me updates. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their vehicle worked on!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim, Battery

They helped me tremendously! When i got into my accident they helped make my journey back to his original bumper! Then when other issues arrived bc of the accident, they got me in in a timely matter and went above and beyond to help! I truly appreciate their help!

Hands down could not recommend Caliber Collision of Hopkinsville enough! We needed our front bumper replaced and the undercarriage repaired in a weeks time due to our schedule and they exceeded our expectations. My husbands truck was even done a day early.

After getting rear-ended I had brought my civic here to get fixed. The service from start to finish was amazing, friendly and professional. The repairs where done with two weeks. The stayed in contact and updated me the entire time. Pick up was easy. Then when I got home my interior button for trunk release wasn't working they told me to bring it back they would look at it. True to thier word they looked at my civic. But it was nothing they had done, did they send me on my merry way, nope the went ahead found that the button was unplugged in the door and plugged it in!!! This quick fix saved me money (like 200 to 300) they simply smile said gotnyou taken care of. So I can't tell you more then that they make your car look new and take care of you even after your service is complete. So if you need repairs done these guys are the cream of the crop. Is there more stars or shiny ones they deserve them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Another trip to Caliber and another fantastic job. Think it's actually better than my last trip.....Unfortunate that my Mustang has been there twice. Richard and the team were amazing again. The paint came out factory perfect and the body work was spot on. Thank you all.....AGAIN.
