Our wipers broke while driving in the rain and we were able to get to this AutoZone quickly before they closed. They were so helpful and knowledgeable in fixing our problem and guiding in a solution. Very thankful!

I just had a messed up battery to replace. A 5 min job turned into an hour and an outstanding employee by the name of Dale helped me out. The customer service was top notch and the best Ive ever seen in Hopkinsville. I would recommend this place and him to anyone. 5 outta 5 hands down

Currently living in Hopkinsville I come here for all my car part needs. The staff is ready to help as soon as their current customer is taken care of. If you know what you need and don't need help grabbing it they have a self check out system that helps skip the line

Was on a call and worker had everything pulled up and told someone they had to finish this. Someone picked up the phone and started to aske for all the info I did from beginning. I. Said I gave all that and the 1st guy said he had to order it and and was doing that before e he told someone they had to finish. Come to find out 3 workers clocked out and he was one of themHow professional is that!!!!!!

I'm sorry I didn't catch the name of the female employee that helped me but she was absolutely amazing! She was helpful, so very nice, very sweet, & even engaged in conversation with me & my mother. If I ever need any parts or anything I'm definitely going back to this Auto Zone.

The young guy behind the counter is as passasive aggressive as they get. Seems he would rather be behind the counter and point in the general area of interest might be. No one else behind the counter is not an excuse not to carry a heavy items, disabled veterans like myself might get better service at a different retailer.

While passing through Hopkinsville I had some major trouble with my truck. The entire team here went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed and treated me like I was their best friend. I couldn't ask for better service. Everyone there deserves a raise!!!

Love the zone! Having never owned a new vehicle in our lives, we have used them frequently! Always courteous, always willing to dig around to find the items we have needed, always willing to help me do things that my dad had missed before he ever allowed me out on the road-and there are not many of those!

Just from my personal experience it seemed like to me they will sell you anything they can to get you out the door but it's not always the right part always have to go back the second time to get the right thing other than that they are very friendly and very helpful but sometimes they just don't want to do their job

Never once asked if I could use help while the employees stood at the counter chatting amongst one another however another customer pointed me in the right direction.

I recently purchased a new phone that does not have earbud/earphones accessibility - I have to use Bluetooth to listen to "my" music! I went to a well known department store; told the young man in electronics that I needed a "Bluetooth Adapter for my car"; he picked out what I needed & I purchased it - IT WAS NOT FOR MY CAR; it was to adapt to headphones/earbuds & I'd already purchased Bluetooth Earbuds when I got the phone. So when I went into this AutoZone I wasn't really expecting it to be any different than the last time.BUT IT WAS GREAT... I went in & the young girl @ the front cash register spoke to me; asked me what she could help me with today; I told her what I was needed; she took me straight to a shelf that was filled with different adapters! She pointed out the 3 that were exactly what I needed; she then asked me questions about what my needs were; did I need it to have charging capabilities & stayed to help me choose what was gonna work best FOR ME.She was amazing; Thank you so much I can now listen to "my" music while driving!!I WOULD DEFINITELY SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Service good, .was looking for replacement parts for my car. They had to order my part. But one thing stuck out with me at this place is the fact that they are fair and honest. Can beat that at most stores these days.

They have most everything I may need for normal repairs. The employees don't seem to want to help with anything in front of the counter. I'll try other business that have helpful employees next time.

My wife came in today with a defective battery still under warranty with a receipt. Chris, one of the managers, was the person who lacked the professional courtesy and competency to help her today. While it is up to the acting manager to issue a refund, Chris lacked the necessary and sufficient skills to actually help an in-store consumer obtain any sort of help Chris actually had the audacity to tell my wife to have me call him if there was an issue. I fail to comprehend why a phone call from someone currently out of state was necessary to resolve today s issue? My wife ended up taking the battery to another branch in Tennessee, to which a refund was issued via the same payment method used to purchase the battery. Problem solved. At Chris s request to call him if there were more issues, I attempted to call the same day, but he had left for the day. Therefore, I spoke to Jordan, who is another manager and asked him politely to hear my complaint. I stated the same complaints per this writing, to which he believed it appropriate to interrupt and speak over me. To finish my sentence, I it was sufficient to remove the ear piece from my ear and continue talking over him to finish my point that we would be contacting the district manager, who oversees the branch in Hopkinsville, as well as the store that actually has helped us in the past when the Hopkinsville location failed. Jordan kept stating that the store manager knows them and are good friends. Was this articulation to make me aware that nothing would be done about their level of professionalism? I fail to see how their relationship is relevant to their failure to properly address an issue in their store. After making that point with him STILL attempting to talk over me, I wished him a nice day and hung up the phone. I afforded him the professional and common courtesy of allowing him to finish his statements. Why then, could I not be afforded the same opportunity. We will not be back. My best advice: If you have a return, go to any of the Clarksville locations. Those store managers have stated that they receive many complaints and resolve many issues that the Hopkinsville location fails to address.

update: after posting review, was contacted by corporate, they reimbursed me fully.I was told by employee that they could check my battery, even though it was under the ECM as long as I uncovered it. He had me start engine to check charging, said it was fine. When disconnecting device he bumped the ECM, causing it to fall on positive post of battery, cutting off car. Checked all fuses, ECM had arc spots on it. I had to get it towed because ECM was fried. Another person came in while vehicle was getting loaded on tow truck, he said company policy was they were not allowed to check battery that is situated, even if customer exposes battery. $1439.62 in repair, submitted claim to them. They say they aren't responsible. Told them if tech had told me he couldn't check batteries like that, I never would have exposed battery. He went against policy, and they claim no negligence???????I'm a 100% disabled veteran!!!!!

Overpriced on everything and they know very little about vehicles. Several times I went there needing a specific tool, they gave me the wrong one. Went to O'Reilly and they knew what I needed. Last time I needed a brake caliper tool. He looked at me dumb. I explained it, he replied with "we don't have that". I pointed to a picture of it on their display mate for rental tools. "Is that what you need?"

Usually a fair quick in and out. Sometimes the workers seemed bothered to help.
